The counter guys I have no complaints about. They do their job, they always give consistent quotes and are ok. The back warehouse is a complete joke though. The warehouse manager? big country, tall fella who barks orders with a cigarette constantly hanging out of his mouth is a bit much to hassle with. He can’t find anything, counter guys say something is in yet they go back to grab part and warehouse guy has no earthly idea. Too bad his poor attitude and cluelessness put a bad taste in our mouth. He needs a lesson in management and service man.
