So we were able to purchase a New Holland Tractor from Brim with the expert help of Bob Kuperus. The only experience I can liken this type of purchase is buying an automobile. But this experience stopped there. There was no pressure. Only assistance. It was almost like some type of rural Zen experience.Bobs only concern was that we get what we wanted and how best to get there. Always available when we had a question or a concern. And carried us all to the end of the process with accommodation, charm and sincerity. It was literally one of the best buying processes to which I have been a part. I would recommend Bob and the staff at Brim in a heartbeat.Big time kudos!
I have been using Brim of Eugene for several years now. My experience has been absolutely positive in all respects, including sales, service, parts, personnel, quality, responsiveness, etc. THIS OUTFIT IS THE COMPLETE PACKAGE! I am a small to mid-sized Dry Hay and Haylage producer supplying feed for recreational, show and commercial livestock owners. We use a good variety of tractors, cutters, balers, accumulators and handling equipment. There are a lot of equipment options and dealers out there, but Bob Kuperus has always gone to work for me. He not only reviews and researches my ideas, as crazy as they may be, but more importantly, he provides experienced knowledge as to what is available out there in the extensive farm equipment market. When I ultimately decide on a piece of equipment to acquire, Bob and crew are there to provide essential knowledge regarding performance, options available and final build possibilities. When it comes to purchase, Bob is not only fair, but he goes to work on finding the best financing and promotions available; this also goes for when trade-ins and attachments are involved. Bob gets what I need delivered ASAP.Keeping our equipment maintained and ready to go, both before and during production season, is essential for our farm. This goes for new equipment set-up as well. Let me tell you that Harvey, Brian and John in service, Steve in Parts, are the best! Whether it is pre-season maintenance or issues during operations, these guys are top notch and I can rely on them to always be there to keep things going. I consider Harvey my personal equipment Doctor, sometimes just need a checkup, but when there is an issue, he fixes the pain! The crew at Brim-Eugene is like family: they care, they understand, they make things work, and they can take my BS on both my good days and my bad days. Whether large or small equipment is involved, I give Brim-Eugene and crew my highest recommendation!
Bob Kuperus (and the entire Eugene location) made the experience both pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with someone who keeps their word, and is genuinely concerned with the customer’s success. In addition, the commitment to service after the sale deserves recognition … an issue with a new implement failure was handled quickly and conveniently (special thanks to Jesse).Great place …
Bob from Brim tractor was an excellent representative for JCB. The company was excellent with communication over email and with the phone. My experience was relaxed and professional and I would highly recommend visiting Brim for all your tractor needs!
Took an older very small 19hp ford tractor in because the hydraulics were weak. After having it for over 2 weeks they found out it was just missing a small basic spring in the oil filter housing. They charged me over 500$ to put 5 gallons of hydro oil in it, and replace a cleanable 20$ filter part with maybe couple hours of labor. Thats one heck of an expensive oil change! I tried to ask them to be reasonable about it, and they didnt care, and were pretty rude at the counter. Not a place you go for tractor repairs, unless you want to pay $$$ and get terrible service. They basically told me to go find my tractor buried in their disorganized back yard myself, and were not concerned about much of anything except getting payment. Maybe its a good place to go if you want to finance something shiny and new... but, I wont go there again.
I purchased a Yanmar tractor from Brim last month. Bob Kuperus handled the sale and made the experience very pleasant. He was professional, courteous, offered a very reasonable price, and was thorough in introducing me to the features of the tractor. Very satisfied with the process.
I used to be the parts dept manager there. The service manager would come back from lunch drunk on a regular basis, I called him on it and he threatened me with his concealed carry pistol. I complained to the owner and he fired me for complaining about it. Worst business in Oregon.
Great service great parts department
Nice folks and very helpful.
