I bought a shirt here a few days ago, wore it for a couple hours in my house. the elastic snapped - an item defect. Initially I was told that I couldn’t exchange it because it had been warn. I was pretty frustrated by this and reviewed the experience here with a photo.The owner reached out after seeing the photo and explained it had been a misunderstanding of what was wrong the item as the sales person tried describing it over the phone.they held the shirt in my size for a week while I was out of town in order to exchange it. They were very nice through out the whole process. I now feel confident that if I bought something from them in the future that was defective, they would exchange it.

This boutique was recommended to me and I am very pleased with my experience. The employee who was working at the shoe store this morning was darling.

Gilt and Gossamer is my favorite boutique in Eugene!! The staff is so friendly and they always have a great selection of clothes. Their sale section is also always a hit. I would definitely recommend dropping by there next time youre downtown!

I like that their clothing selection is a little different from the usual...Sales staff is always friendly and helpful without getting on my nerves. :) Pricing matches the quality. I never intend to purchase when I walk into to browse, but have never left without buying something...and I always get compliments on my choices from Gilt+Gossamer. Highly recommend.

Meh.Edit: In response to you, there is no way youre a small business like normal small businesses, you are in one of the most expensive locations downtown, and I dont see why you would pride yourself on your customer service. Perhaps I looked too bearded or Eugene to think I was doing anything but killing time. Maybe I just got Pretty Womand...
