A bit too much attitude than I like for a a company thats supposed to serve the public. They are often out of stock so I end up having to buy online.

Handed me a piece of paper to write down what I liked. When I went to order it they used the number I wrote down and never double checked it! Wrong product comes, fortunate they let me return it, but was charged a restocking fee and shipping on the correct product. No ownership on not ordering things correctly... it has taken over a month to get the correct product, and Im out $100!

I have a boutique cabinet shop called Mod Eugene. I use Maverick exclusively for all the hardware for my projects. There guys (and gal) are top level experts in their field. Prices are as low as youd find anywhere. Excellent communication.

They have saved me lots of time and aggravation over the last several years by getting me the proper parts the first time.

I purchased 4 cabinet door hinges, wasnt exactly sure what I needed. They sold me a set of hinges that were the wrong overlay. I called to ask if they had the overlay I needed, she explained they did but couldnt take back the ones I just bought.....something about contractors not willing to take back returned hinges. They could have easily explained that to me when I bought them but conveniently left that unspoken. I never installed them but they werent willing to listen. Avoid them if possible, there are a lot of other options on the internet. They apparently do not like walk in public!!!!!

Horrible attitudes from some curly headed guy who claimed he was the owner, yet kept arguing with me like a child with a smurck on his face and this shorter nasty, glaring woman who kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation and hardware needs. What unprofessionalism from these too. The rest of the staff seemed competent. Never going back, nor should you.
