When we arrived the store was closed. We called them 5 times and they never picked up. The website said they were open. We asked other stores who said they have weird hours. Would not recommend.

I’ve bought my last hat from Lids. My son has barely worn a hat he got with Christmas money a little over 2 months ago; the hat is in pristine condition. Today he noticed that somehow the top button part has come off. When I called, Lids told me they would not exchange it because they have a 30 day return policy, which is reasonable if the hat has been worn extensively, but not when the hat is in such good condition, save for an obvious manufacturer’s error. I’m done. Buyer beware.

Ive got terminal cancer and Im doing my chemo with no hair so the perfect place to get a hat. The girl that help me was really great, Ive got a little head and I tried on a hundred hats and she was so helpful. I ended up buying three great hats, love the place.

Bought a hat and wanted to get it embroidered but was told it was an hour wait. It already took forever to get help to buy the hat, I didnt have time. Came back the next day with my hat to get it embroidered. Waited 10 minutes to be told it would be an hour and a half wait, the he just walked off to help another customer. Ill just get the embroidery done elsewhere.

They did not open at 10 a.m. like the website stated, kinda bummed I drove into town to find out the store never opened. This is why most people are shopping at online retailers, no waiting for someone to maybe open the doors.

Theyre alright....usually have a decent selection but wish they had more deals and prices were a little lower, paying almost $80 and walk-in out with 2 hats makes me tear up just thinking about it...
