Field Install Specialist Roger Smith came and set my tank and tested the system today. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Great looking install.

Used to fill personal tanks for fire and RV here, convenient location with my work and always got good service. Today stopped in and was told only serves those with commercial account, couldn’t fill for me. Directed me to a retail store on W. 11th which I can’t find on Google. I think I’ll be looking for a new spot....

Worst customer service and treatment from some of the most rude employees you will find in this area. They will lie to you about pricing and products on the phone. Then show up at this location and a complete 180. It looks like a lot of other people on these reviews have had a similar experience. I highly suggest to steer clear from this location and Company!

I am not one to usually write a bad review but these gentleman seriously need to work on their customer service skills...with the attitudes these guys have, they will start driving business to their competitors...

These google reviews are not an accurate representation of this company. Its the GM creating fake google accounts and rating his own store all 5s so he looks better to upper management. The staff does seem knowledgeable but the Manager is a crook. Price gouges people every chance he gets.

WORST PROPANE PLACE!!! at least in Eugene Oregon. I have a company account with them and they never want to do their job!!!! My employees have to wait forever to get people out to help them and I run a delivery route so my drivers dont have time to wait for them and all started to refuse to go there because of the service. I have authorized all of them to go to a near by gas station instead of there.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Cheaper than the RV park we stay at as well! Get your propane here folks!

By far the best propane folks Ive had the pleasure to do business with!I have a industrial style tank for my propane buffer and its a pain to get it filled at most places. Then the certification snuck up on me and I was unable to get it filled at my usual places. I use my tank 2+ times a week and the other guys said it can take up to a week to get my tank re-certified... The same other guys are also the ones who overfilled my tank..I will update review as needed.. LIFE SAVERS!!!!!

Called to get a quote on a new tank and was very clear in specifying that we only cook with propane and will only need one fill per year. She said no problem. I very clearly asked whether there are any contracts or requirements beyond the yearly tank fee. She said no. She didnt tell me I had to be there when the tank was delivered, I had to call back and ask that myself - good thing I did. My partner is getting suspicious about their conduct so one day before the delivery she calls and they tell her there is a minimum two tank per year fill policy, clearly we cant use that much. Im not sure whether this is gross negligence or intentional misinformation to get new customers at any cost. Either way, no way Ill ever use them.

This company will rip you off every chance they get.

They delivered when they said they would and they charged what they had quoted. Ive had bad customer service from other companies and so this basic good service means a lot to me.
