I purchased a 7 inch headlight bucket and got a 7 1/4 inch headlight bucket. The company doesn’t list any type of restock fee but it was deducted from my refund. I had zero communication responses from them about the return and will never buy from them again

I ordered a taillight and after a few weeks I still did not received it. Kept saying shipping label made. But was going nowhere. Was told it was out of stock and would be in that week. Still nothing. So emailed them again and was told it was in customs and would be in soon. Then got an email from them saying they refunded my money. With no explanation. I will not order from the again after wasting a month waiting. Would not recommend.

Meh... ordered headlight brackets and after over a month of no communication or sign of the brackets, had to call. Then they all of a sudden were shipping out. Still took an additional couple weeks to receive. Then I ordered some extra rubber strips for the fork tubes, but a month went by. They delivered to my PayPal address, which was different than the previous address I had them send the brackets to, but that’s ok. I still never received them and it’s been over a month.

I order new bracket for my gs500 headlight 50 days ago and I didn’t receive it yet, they say that they don’t know where is the package or when I need to receive it... I tried to connect on email and they say the same answer on mail, that usps need tell them where is it but it’s been more than a week and still no answer...Bad shipping service. Trying to get refund because I don’t need this anymore and that was the answer:“We are waiting on the USPS. Nothing has been found. Still waiting on decision.”

Purchased a 1200.00 set of carbs from them May 7th didnt hear anything for a week. emailed and told they are not in stock after waiting several days for a response email. was told parts would be in stock mid June, was fine with waiting for the parts for several more weeks. Mid June still no email from Speed Moto. Emailed and after several days got a response saying it would now be mid July at the earliest. Asked for a refund, several days after I get a vague email stating this has been forwarded to our accounting dept. 1 Week later still no email from accounting or money in my account. Case started with credit card account. customer service 0, product availability 0. 53 days later, still no carbs and still 1200 short in my account.

Speenmotoco is a complete scam they took my money for a throttle cable I paid extra for fast shipping. And its been 2 weeks since I ordered and still the cable has not arrived. Horrible customer service he would not let me speak and kept repeating him self saying g the items been shipped, even though the tracking number shows it was never dropped off to the post office.This guy is a thief nothing more!!

Purchased vm30 kit for my cb350. Easy Install. Excellent Tech support for the carb kit.

Ordered headlight, headlight brackets, and bar ends from them. Had a question about the difference in sized for inverted forks. Got ahold of steve. He had good customer service. Overall a great experience. Will recomend to others. Slight delay with my bar end being shipped from distributor. Got shipped to speed moto co instead of to me. But i always got prompt responses to my many emails. Dont know why people would be calling this company a scam in other reviews when there was just a problem with shipping. I will definetly be back!

Steve was very friendly and even let me come by on a Monday to pick up some parts! Decent prices but excellent service. Ill be back soon because I got the wrong fork clamp

Bought a Mikuni carb kit for a Honda CL350. Jetting and set up was absolutely dead spot on. Plugged it in, adjusted the idle, and drove away.Couldnt be happier.

I ordered a pair of clip ons and waited four months and have still yet to get anything. It started with an email saying they were out of stock and that I could get my money back or wait another two weeks for parts to come in, I waited a month. I called the shop and the owner told me that he would call the dealer and see what was going on and get back to me. Another three weeks went by and still no parts or phone call so I called again and they told me that the distributor didnt have any and they were going to call other distributors to get them and they would call me back, so another three weeks pass and still no parts, so yet again I call the shop back to be told that I need to send them another $50 because the only kind they can get are that much more, so I told them I wanted a full refund of my money, and it has still been two weeks and I have yet to see money in my account. These people are either lazy or a scam, and theyve lost the business of me and all of my friends that ride cafes.

Ordered some Mikuni carbs, item arrived within 2 weeks in good condition and exactly what I paid for. I will purchase from speedmoto again, theyve got a great selection of some cool parts for all different projects.
