If I could get negative stars I would. Don’t go to this place for any services. The owner scammed my grandfather out of money saying He repaired a part and never did. He went elsewhere because he was still having issues and found out that the original part was still on his motorcycle. This place is horrible and the owner is very rude. Would not recommend. This guy is a complete fraud

I had an issue with a rental bike. Fell into a ditch on the mountains. Bike was fine but needed somebody neutral to look at it and assess. They were very nice, assessed any issue and even offered to drive bike back to Portland if I needed them to for half the price of a tow company. Very honest and reliable, even with somebody who is just passing by. I recommend them.

The crew at class A choppers were standup guys. Lost my secondary belt 17miles east of bend ore. Bend HAD no part no bike pickup for me, they suck donkey dick? Gico got my bike to Springfield. I called Eugene HD, got put on hold twice they took my info. Never have called back....Eugene HD sucks donkey dick!! I called class A coppers 30 min.latter they had Fatboy on their trail. They found a new belt bike was ready in three days...awesome they treated me well on the parts,labor and shop rate.5 stars out of 5. like to have them in my area. Thx Class A Choppers, you got me on the road and back home!
