We have been getting our shrink wrap and cardboard from The BoxMaker forever. Great place. I call in the order and swoop in for quick pick up. Case of wrap, 10 sheets cardboard, badda bing baddah boom... back to work.We file the invoices under, Good stuff Maynard.

This review is from late November/ December 2020The mandatory minimum dollar amounts are insane for orders!!!!We are a start up and need a hand up not a hand out or hurdles !!!!But over the phone it sounded like we could browse what they had in inventory at their location in west Eugene and see if it could work for our needs.Upon are arrival everything seemed ok at first, wear masks, social distance etectera ...But when we were told to meet someone out back it was total chaos... seemed like the warehouse employees were arguing about some various things. The short lady out back was the rudest. After she saw us approaching whom ever she was arguing with walked away and she still seemed mad. All we wanted to see was various bubble wraps and some of the other things boxes, tapes, stickers and the like . It appeared like we were bothering her and she wasn’t very helpful. Maybe we came at a bad time, but our whole overall experience was horrible . The office staff were friendly though we will say, but as we were getting in our car to leave, some one tore out of the parking lot in an unsafe manner without stopping in what appeared to be their personal vehicle. Wow
