I have been to several collision places in my life time. I have never been to a place where you have to make an appointment for an appointment to get an estimate. Clearly, that is poor business practice. They offered me an appointment for next week.
Good work at a reasonable price. Employees are nice and friendly. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will use them again whenever a nerd arises.

Hit a deer on my way to work. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and rental car company. I just drove my vehicle there, picked up rental car there. Got an estimate two days later. Estimate included cost and a 9 day completion schedule. They kept me informed by texting on progress. In my case, no delays. Was able to drop off rental at their shop and drive off in my repaired car. No defects in workmanship, car had extensive damage to front, looks good as new. Highly recommend their shop.
Had the best experience here! Dropped my car off received a rental from enterprise and it was very easy and took no time at all. I did make an appointment and I did have a reservation with enterprise. I was able to return the rental and pick up my car in the same day. They kept us updated by text and email witch was very handy. Overall we had the best experience and we love How clean/ beautiful the office was along with the amazing customer service.

Techs work is not inspected. Took it in for a doover, no improvement. Some areas not painted, overspray elsewhere, leaky tail light, back door whistles now. Dust from body work not cleaned up. Should pay more attention to derails.
Dropped car off on a Monday and it was ready that Friday. They had a rental car there waiting for us and took care of returning it. Paint matches perfectly even though car is 14 years old. We recommend them

I just dropped my husbands car off here I came in early and one of the staff members came and unlocked the door for me even though he could have left me outside till they opened and he even offered me refreshments, he was very nice. The other two staff members Austin and Michelle were very nice and sweet too, Austin checked me in and Michelle did a walk around my husbands vehicle with me and at the end they were even offering to help me get set up with my insurance for the rental car but I decided to just Uber home. They have been sending me text message updates and so far everything seems to be great and my husband just had some rear end damage so they are saying it will be ready for pick up on Thursday which is wonderful and very fast!! We are excited to see the outcome so I will edit this hopefully with a picture too after we pick it up 😆😆
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! 3 months later and 3 trips back to the shop a d my car still is not repaired correctly and this is after the Regional Manager personally oversaw the repairs on the most recent return to the shop. I am going to a new shop to get it repaired correctly. Also, there were personal items removed from my vehicle during the initial visit that were returned in my glovebox at the second to the last return trip with no mention of it to me. It also seems that the complimentary wash does not apply if youve had to make several return trips for the shop to attempt to correct their errors.
They were wonderful to work with...very good about keeping me up to date on the progress on the car..friendly and courteous people.I will,recommend them to everyone.
John Harris work on my 2016 Toyota collora a while back and had several mistakes wrong with the car after getting home. Took it back to them pointed out the mistakes they sure we will fix that gives us two to three days fine no problem. Picked the car up from the shop took home again still mistakes wrong took back and same pointed out the mistakes and shop manage gets rude with after not even min into the conversation. I look things with detail if you had a wreck your should return to you like nun even happened but not here. They a new painter that’s knows detail a new body man that’s know how go and the parts department o u order one bracket I need the other bracket in order for it to work and not pop back out of place. They just lack detail for me I will never deal with a shop like that again not only the rudeness from a shop manage so hopefully the owner reads this and get rid of the problems round the shop if he wants to continue to progress in Augusta area

Based on my personal experience: do NOT give them your businessTook a front-end damaged BMW X1 to John Harris. When I dropped the car off I was told repairs will take one week. A week later I was told it will take an extra week to receive parts and finalize repairs. At the two-week point my insurance company who was paying for my rental, starts complaining that repairs are taking too long. It’s Friday around 4:00 PM when I call John Harris. After being transferred twice I’m told that in fact the car was ready – nobody bothered to call and let me know. I rush across town to make it before closing time just to wait another 15 – 20 min for them to figure out what happened with my insurance company’s payment. We finally take the car and when we get home realize both headlights were completely misaligned. I immediately contact John Harris and I’m instructed to drop the car and come later on or next day to pick it up. Of course that would imply I have to use two cars and two people for both the drop off and pickup. When I complain I’m told I can bring the car any time and it can be fixed while I wait, and that’s exactly what I do. I bring it in on a Tuesday at 11:00 AM just to be told that they cannot look at or fix it since they have no technician until 12 noon. That’s when I decided to walk out and start complaining. This place is badly managed, does repairs that need to be ‘repaired’ and has no respect for its customers.Do business with them at your own risk.

They were professional, cordial, promp with fixing my car getting enterprise to pick me up and being able to drop it off there when my job was finished after only two days. The two women in the office, Im sorry I dont remember there names deserve an 11 out ten
The work was on par with other shops around town. Staff needs some Customer friendly training. If I had to do it again I would go to a different company that shows a true interest in my concerns.

JH of Evans did some body work repair to a truck for me about a year ago. The ladies who work up front were very attentive and polite. They really were. However, the quality of the work did not live up to their promises. I cannot work with a shop where I have to make multiple return trips and hold their hand only to get 85% on quality.I explained in the beginning that I expected quality work. Instead, I experienced issues such as a sharp edge on a metal body panel, overspray/poor sanding in door jams and on lower rocker panel, trim installed incorrectly, bondo dust in the interior/carpet, paint chips (both visible and in the door jam), and a windshield washer hose not re-attached. The tone of black paint which they used slightly mis-matched General Motors OEM black. There were other issues that I wont mention because I really am giving them the benefit of the doubt that some things werent their fault. Also, I will credit them that they tussled with insurance helping to get OE parts instead of LKQ for a few things. That was nice of them.I got most of the issues fixed after several return visits. It was painful. I eventually got tired of returning to do re-work so I let a few things slide. The service manager was always very polite and attentive, despite being incredibly busy. I dont know, maybe theyre overworked. All I know is that this business does not have a strong concept of Quality Assurance or Quality Control. I cannot imagine a circumstance where I would do business with the John Harris enterprise again.They also have a nice looking logo and waiting room...

Dropped my 2014 Kia Forte off on a Wednesday afternoon after it was rear ended on Tuesday. Jonathon was extremely professional and friendly when I dropped my vehicle off for repair. The rear bumper had to be repainted, which I was nervous about being my car is black. When I picked my vehicle back up Friday it was beautiful! The paintwork was fantastic! They will always have my business as long as I live in Augusta!

WOW! Absolutely awesome service from JH Body Shop. The damage disappeared from my vehicle. Literally no trace anything ever happened. They also under-promised and over-delivered - they said my vehicle would be finished by close of business Friday; it was finished noon Wednesday. The reps were very friendly and efficient throughout the process, answering all questions asked, and kept me up-to-date via phone calls.They also went above and beyond by speaking to my insurance company on my behalf when I didnt agree on how they were processing my claim. They were able to work out a resolution that I was extraordinarily happy with.If I ever need body work on my vehicle again, JH Body Shop will be at the top of the list.

Went for estimate for damages from another body shop had a appointment and all to walk around in the sun get bull crapped around and told he couldnt write a estimate because he didnt want to get in the middle of it. This is money to be made and u lost a future customer. Body shops are working hand and hand to screw the little man sad I heard good things but yall proved different and u also put down ur work saying u couldnt do it any better than Ricks with the trash and paint defects...smh he clearly seen the defects but no estimate....if that dont speak for itself idk what does!
