Once again, the Infamous Fairway Ford Service Department strikes again. The most unprofessional and negative personnel that handle calls and assistance needs just to get you back to the people that actually work and do a good job as the technicians. I don’t understand how many negative comments are needed and unpleasant experiences are required before this dealership will wipe out their cancers and keep their good name.

Gary was great. We were on the road and couldn’t find anywhere she get the oil changed on our motorhome but he fit us in and I really appreciate that :-)

I utilized the online appointment system and dropped my car off before they opened. My appointment time was 11 am but was not contacted by my service rep until 2:30 pm. My service rep, Noah, treated me like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world. They finally diagnosed my problem at 4:45 pm - $1300 for brake pad replacement is insane.I tried to call my rep back, was placed on hold and promptly hung up on. When I had a friend drive me to check on my car, the rep remarked “I wish you would have called first.” THEN he told me it would help him a lot if I could pick my car up early the next day. Sorry, it’s not my job to solve your problems, Noah. You were having a bad day, but don’t take it out on the customer.Better service and I might have accepted their ridiculous price. Don’t know if it’s an Augusta issue or a Ford issue but I’m never going back, and recommend vehicle owners don’t either.

The parts department ordered the wrong part for my vehicle. When I returned the part, I informed the associate that I wanted the part number I asked for and provided. I was then told “I’m not going to just keep ordering parts for your car.” I told him he definitely wasn’t and I’d like a refund so I can do business elsewhere. I can’t believe how rude they are to customers. Do yourself a favor and conduct business with a different Ford dealership’s service/parts department.

Sales department is fantastic but the service department is miserable. Easy to recreate issue with my fiancé’s Sync 3 that still exist after a day in the shop. It took literally all day to run a software update that fixed absolutely nothing so now we have to wait a month for “step 2”. Probably going back to Herlong in the meantime since their service department delivers results.
