Brett really helped us out this weekend when we were passing though town on our way to Jackson and a rock in the road damaged the steering column. He wasn’t able to fix it—there was a code that said we had to take it to a dealership—but he looked at it right away for us, and he let us leave it on his lot for the weekend while we rented a car and salvaged the rest of our trip. Nice guy, really helpful. I hope I never need a mechanic near Evanston again, but if I do, I know where to go.

I dont normally review but I need to share to help others! DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC.We went in with an oil leak and were charge to repair the rear main. Still leaking. Then they took over a week to look at and repair the oil pan. Still leaking. Worse. We took it to a dealership and they showed us the horrible work that had been done and our vehicle leaks worse than it did before we ever took it in. Angry and frustrated. They had our car for over 2 weeks total and it is much worse off and they will continue to charge to do further work to fix their errors.

I purchased a vehicle in Nevada and was on our way home when the water pump gasket started leaking and alternator was noisy and headlamps were not functional.I called Brett and he got back to me in the morning and was able to work it in that morning. He dropped us off at the hotel and picked us up. The work was well done and very reasonable. I cant thank them enough for their service to us and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Reasonably priced. Very personable and professional owner. was quick to fix my car with a warranty on the part. HAD PROBLEMS WITH CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR SERVICES WAS ABLE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP CAR AFTER HOURS WITH CASH.DEFINETLY RECOMMENDED EXCELLENT MECHANIC. ANWSERED ALK MY QUESTIONS I ASKED . Very disappointed! I asked for a diagnostic on an engine. And was told that he pulled one spark plugs and the compression was not good on it. We all ready knew that. I was hoping he would tell us what the problem was. Red Mountain recommended a new engine and then charged me for the 30 min charge he put on my battery and compression check.

They were not only convenient - great service and excellent mechanics. I would recommend them to others.

Great guys to run into. They were fast,friendly, and very knowledgeable. They fixed my transmission in no time, and even gave me a ride to and from my hotel. Just overall great guys.I wish I had a Red Mountain Transmission shop in our town.

My husband and I on are first outing with our RV when starter went at the Walmart in Evanston, Wyoming. Called multiple places and was referred to Brett & DJ. Came out in the morning and took out, checked and replaced the starter right there in the parking lot. Great job, very friendly and didnt charged alot. Very satisfied and relieved. Back on the road.
