Nice staff. Yummy treatsReasonable prices. This was my first time eating from Einstein Bros. Bagels. They make sandwiches! It was lunchtime so I got the bagel with Brisket and cheese (no egg). It was tasty. I also got the freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. It was YUMMY! I would have ordered a drink but I already had one in the car. Next time I go there I will definitely try one of the coffee drinks on the menu and the 6-cheese and the cinnamon bagel that seemed to beckon me from the display case. If you are in or near Evanston, stop in here for breakfast or lunch. There is a generous selection of bagels and other baked treats both sweet and savory to choose from. There is no dining in due to Covid safety precautions so be prepared to take it with you. Also, there is a rewards program in the app. Gain points and get free stuff.

Would go to this location every Friday as part of my routine living in Chicago. Highly recommend the Farmhouse (Cheddar Jalepeno bagel). Been to several different Einstein’s, this one’s been my favorite so far. Generous portions and always a bright welcome from the staff.

This place is awesome! I love bagels but I had never had a sandwich from Einstein’s before. I wandered in on a bitter cold snowy morning and got a cheddar and tomato egg sandwich and a chocolate cookie and it warmed me up right away! The service was very fast and efficient and the staff were so friendly and smiley, it was all just a delightful experience! The sandwich was really fresh and hot and tasty and just perfectly put together and the cookie was not too sweet but had nice big chocolate chunks. Thank you to Bonnie for brightening up my morning 😊

Einsteins bagels are some of the best around. If you get them in the morning theyre so fluffy they make even the softest blankets seem rough by comparison. Absolutely delicious!

I forgot my contacts and couldnt read the menu. The cashier told me that they had a catering menu but it wasnt the same. I didnt like the way she treated me. When I paid she told me that I should remember to bring my glasses and was shouting the total at me just because I was trying to find a credit card slot instead of giving my card to her.I wont return.

Came at noon on Saturday and they were out of almost every bagel! Hello, Einstein BAGELS? How are you supposed to be open another 3 hours (1/3rd of your business day) if you run out at noon? I was going to ask if this was the norm, but the lady at the register was in such a bad mood that I was afraid to say anything! She seemed so annoyed just to be there. I am definitely going to avoid this place, and you should too, unless you like plain bagels served by unfriendly workers.

Ive been to einsteins so many times in Lake Forest but I took my boyfriend with me to this location and he had his first Nova Lox bagel. He said it was life changing lol and the coffee is great too. I had the caramel frozen and my boyfriend had a regular coffee with hazelnut creamer and it was amazing

Ordered toasted nova lox on toasted 6 cheese.I waited 10 minutes, and the employee told me that the bagel was taking a while because he was toasting it.After 5 more minutes, he gave me a plain untoasted bagel with nova lox - the wrong order. The cashier had even told him it was a toasted 6 cheese prior to him messing up the order.At least they offered to fix it, but I didn’t have the time. It was extremely disorganized, and employees should never lie to customers.At least the longer wait led to me eating fewer calories I guess... but a toasted 6 cheese beats an untoasted plain bagel any day.7:51am 9/30

The coffee and bagels are great. Unfortunately we experienced poor customer service. Updated: I went back the next day and the man working was helpful and friendly. I will chalkmy first review to a couple girls having a bad day.

Stopped by early Sunday morning shortly after opening and picked up a Bagel Pack quickly and easily. Service was quick and efficient and parking was plenty. Bagels arent too bad. Some better than others.

This place is close to campus and has good bagels. Went for a quick bite in the morning and had a egg and bacon sandwich. It was very pleasing and was pretty cheap, too. Would eat again.

What I particularly like about Einsteins is that its lox never has small bones or purplish blotches. Coffee is better than Starbucks. The staff at this location is friendly and efficient.

Not good. No one spoke to me for several minutes. No one at till. I had to remind them that I paid for an iced coffee. Not friendly at all. Ive been here many times when the place was packed and have have been very pleased with the service.Not a good experience today.

Always thought they were dry bagels, just proved it again. cheese spreads are ok but light on flavor. will not return. staff was very friendly and efficient, mgr was helpful too.

Bagels & spreads at Einstein are simply the best. This location is clean & has a courteous staff. Fear not if there is a long line during your busy morning - they are so quick & will get you out in no time!

I really like Einstein Bros. Bagels. They taste delicious and are excellent quality. They have good specials on their email club, and the dozen bagel Monday special is excellent.

The management team at this Einsteins location is top quality. My son and I come in regularly and they all know us when we walk in the door. For a large company this is intimate customer service that cannot be beat.

Frozen strawberry lemonade during the summer is fantastic and great. Their bagels are baked fresh every morning and Im always down for 1 (or 2!). Also, go in the afternoon for a cookie and an iced tea or coffee and pick up a sandwich, too!

I have to give one star, only because the bagel itself was ok. The TL:DR is that its way overpriced, I barely got any lox, and the staff got my order wrong. Staff appears to care little to none. Clear leadership issues here. Thats about it.Unfortunately the rest of this review will not be as nice. This business will close unless they make serious improvements.First I got a whole wheat bagel with 2 eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. I originally asked for an everything bagel, but they didnt have it. Dont know if they ran out or didnt have it. Thats ok though. I then asked for turkey bacon on it, but they only had regular bacon (not for me, for my wife) to which, I said no thank you.My second order was a whole wheat bagel with lox and scallion cream cheese. I said no to the capers and whatnot.The total of my order came out to about $14 and some change.My order was ready quick since there was no one else ahead. I took it home without giving it a second thought.As I sat down and unwrapped my food, my bagel with lox had two pieces, barely enough to cover the bagel.The bagels themselves were tiny in comparison to a regular NYC bagel.My wifes bagel had bacon on it, even though I said no to it when I ordered.Perhaps its my fault for trusting them to get it right and I shouldve checked it before leaving.The staff appeared to care very little about their work. The place is out dated and looks like an overdone christmas tree.Who ever owns this joint obviously doesnt give a damn about it and it shows.They lost my business.

Staff friendly. They need some American cheese in there for them sammiches tho. The bacon on pretzel with egg,,, fire, except it had no flavor. The cheddar cheese is bland on a good day. Its like rubber. Not enough bacon either but thats jmo. But the staff is really attentive and make tasty food, its not their fault theres no good cheese.

This place has the worst customer service, the older lady with glasses was so rude just because it was fiest time here and I did not know how to properly order the bagel - Excuse me for trying out this place for the first time and not knowing everything. I am disgusted with this and will never comr back and ensure no one else does. Thank you for this experience.

I got the chicken lunch sandwich, and they ran out of asiago at the time which is a bummer but I know asiago is popular, anyway I got the onion bagel instead and man was it delicious. 10/10 would have again.

I typically visit this location on Sunday mornings after church. It is poorly managed during that time. Understaffed and a very inefficient process that makes getting one bagel take 20 mins.

I eat here all the time which is what made this trip so ridiculous. They didn’t have my first or second choice of bagel, didn’t have potato salad or the fruit cup that comes with my order, and I got the wrong kind of sandwich when it finally came out. This is not on the ONE person working there during lunch rush either. It took a half hour for a entirely wrong order and this ones entirely on management. Get it together.

In a collage town this place is small. Bagels are good and food is served quickly.Not a place for hanging out for long.

The staff at this store are exceptional! My favorite item is the Power Protein bar: doesnt need anything on it at all!

Ive stopped coming to this location because of poor service but I decided to step in and saw a few new faces. I usually went early mornings on weekends (sometimes on wednesdays or tuesdays) and saw there was a new manager. He was nice and told me about the survey to get a free coffee. The girl who took my order made a mistake with my order but it was fine, no biggie. The bathroom was kinda smelly and there wasnt paper. If you stopped going because of the old people being rude you should try again because they were pretty nice this time around,,, Ill definitely go back

Terrible service, terrible bagels! I dont know why anyone would come here when bagel art is just a couple blocks away. Everytime I go they get my order wrong and the bagels just taste like wonderbread. If your looking for a solid bagel, look elsewhere!

Called to place an order. Was placed on hold. Waited for 20 minutes and call disconnected. Called back and they said they are busy and don’t have many bagels left so I needed to come in. If they don’t have bagels why come in? Why could they not tell me that 20 minutes ago?
