My son brought his car into Jiffy Lube for a oil change 3 days later the car overheats and shuts down. When he opened the hood there was green anti-freeze all over the engine. The cap on the radiator was not put on tightly. when the car overheated it cracked the radiator. Jiffy didnt want to take responsibility for what happened and the tried to charge my son for a new radiator $600 plus dollars. Jiffy put in a new radiator and the car still wasnt running properly. only to find out that was not the issues. A1auto next door told my son he needed a new radiator fan. So my son left the car. They ordered the part, and it was delivered the next day. I think I need to mention my son is only 21 first car. They charge him $250.00 for a new fan ($79.00) and $350.00 for labor. Interesting enough the website says $59.99 an hour for labor. According to the manager, they worked on the car for 5 hours.Interestingly enough, the part came the next day; they opened at 9:00 am, and my sons car was done at 10:15 am. So no, it took 1 hour, not five, and they ripped him off. The manager also works for Jiffy Lube because he tried to hold my sons keys until he talked to the Jiffy Lube manager.I will defiantly be reporting them to the BBB and the Attorney General. I only mentioned both since the manager of A1 Auto was acting like an agent for Jiffy Lube. Do not trust A1 auto and Jiffy Lube they are out to rip people off.Jeep dealership charges $332.00 to install a radiator fan assembly. However, it shouldnt take more than 1 to 2 hours.is this what it has come to ripping off young people.

Went in for an oil change this morning and was in and out in about 20 minutes. The staff were super friendly and professional but didn’t try to push me to buy anything extra that I didn’t want. I also was able to use a $10 coupon from their website. I will keep going back and would recommend it to anyone. :)

I had a great experience. Just know whenever you get your car serviced, it will sometimes take you longer than expected. This is a actually a great thing because the mechanics are taking their time and servicing your car like it was one of their own. Everyone very friendly. Definitely would come back again and again with the knowledge that my car is in good hands

I had never been to this place. They were rude when I asked if it mattered since I was an Uber driver. He said I had to wait in line just like the other customers. I wasnt asking if I could cut thru the line. I only asked if it mattered. Do they always think people are trying to cut in line?

The manager here, Luis, and his team are honest and dependable. I cannot recommend this place enough! You can get a lot more done here than just routine oil changes. The prices for tires, brakes, belts, etc. are competitive and the work is phenomenal.

I didnt have an appointment, but I arrived at this location in the morning, during the week. They were able to do my oil change, change my broken headlight, and switch out my windshield wiper blades in less than 25 minutes. All of the gentlemen were kind and professional. This is going to be my new go-to place for oil changes!

I had a great experience here! All the staff were friendly and professional, and it only took 15 minutes from the time I got there to finish my oil change and have me out the door. They checked some other mechanical things but they didnt push for any extra services which I appreciated.

I had a ttss-ttss noise on my brake pads. They told me the time it would take to investigate the issue, had plenty of outdoor social distancing seating, and were extremely courteous.They found that it was a worn down thing-a-ma-jiggy that was rubbing on my rotors, they replaced it, and then they told me, OK. Youre good to go.Since they offered me such good service and did not require me to pay, so I made sure to give each of the 5 technicians on duty a $10 gift card to the McDonalds across the parking lot.It was gratitude all around that day, and with what is going on in this nation, I really appreciate it.

What can I say? These guys did an oil change, topped off fluids, vacuumed my car, changed tail light and inspected my brakes within 10 minutes. I can’t recall the manager’s name but he was very informative with feedback about my vehicle’s needs.

Quick and efficient, I basically went next door to McDonalds to get two spicy chicken biscuits and by the time I choked them down and got back, they were already finished!

Popped in today on my lunch break because my tire pressure light was on and one of my tires was looking low - they were able to take a look right away and found a screw in the tire. They said itd take about 15 minutes to fix. Had it patched up and I was back out on the road in honestly I think less than 10! They were friendly, polite and professional.

Everything was done in a timely manner. Spent less than 30 minutes to get my service done. Team was very professional and explained everything they were doing.

Came in on a Sunday morning with a tire issue and the people working were friendly and got the tire fixed quickly. We needed new brakes as well and were told to come back the next day but our parts got lost. They made sure everything was there for the next day and got us in quickly when we got there. We had been taking our car to the dealer but this location turns out to be more organized than the actual dealership.

Went in for a simple oil change and a few other much needed jobs for my vehicle and the team went above and beyond my expectations. Happy and friendly service!!

Cool spot, but Im a little upset that I just got my fluids etc. checked... After a bit of time i just happen to peak outside and my car was just sitting outside the enclosed maintenance area with the door open... No one came in to tell me it was ready!

This place is bad. They tried to up sell me on different services that I didn’t even need, probably trying to take advantage of me being a female. All I wanted was a simple oil change. They are really persistent on trying to sell you services too, telling me that the car could have issues in the future if I don’t get this or that done. Cars not even 3 years old yet.. I’ll just go to my dealership from here on out for my oil changesI’d steer clear from here.

I had a great experience here, especially with this being my first experience going to get an oil change on my own. It can be a little intimidating for a girl like me with little to no knowledge about cars. They were very helpful and quick they also explained well what was being done and why. I also had a few questions so those were answered. I appreciated Luis he had great customer service and was very knowledgable and willing to assist with the quickness. I will definitely be coming here again.

I can’t recommend this location enough!!! Twice, they have bailed me out when I had a nail in my tire. Both instances were early on a Saturday morning and I was under a ton of pressure to get to work. They repaired my tires both times in under 10 minutes so I could get on my way. The second time, they didn’t charge me anything at all, which was more than I could’ve asked for. They are incredibly kind and efficient!!

Surprised by the $70 charge when I asked for a regular oil change! When I dropped off my car, a guy asked me if I wanted a regular oil change. I confirmed yes, regular. When I came back, another guy told me he gave me a synthetic oil change because the car “recommends” it and charged me $70. When I commented that $70 is a bit more than I expected (reg is $39), he then blamed me for not being there...even though I had already confirmed with someone else. He gave me a $10 discount with a coupon but still disappointed for their sneaky business!!

I was not too impressed with these guys! I took my car in for an Uber inspection and it failed!My tires were still good and I took it to another place and passed shortly thereafter!They pushed windshield wipers on me and charged me a huge amount! Only to find out they put the wrong wipes on my back windshield. After the first storm my wiper flew off the back of my window!I would not recommend this location to anyone...Some of the guys have good knowledge, but prices are way out of line and service is poor! They want your money and you out the door!Ive gone there for oil changes and I believe that they push the highest prices for profit!If they get the chance to work on your car... watch out!Two years ago I had my wifes car in for a radiator flush, but they did not change the thermostat so the car continued to run hot! When I returned, thats when they told me that a thermostat was not included!Take your own chances... but Ill never be back!

Absolutely do not go here. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and air filter replacement. For the Oil change they forgot about my $10 coupon and charged me full price. The air filter they completely forgot to put in and I ended up driving 200 miles on a road trip without an engine air filter. During the tire rotation, they discovered one of the brakes needed a new caliper. They said they could order it for next day. After three trips back there and almost a week later it finally arrives. Needless to say, if they cannot order a simple part or keep their promises they probably are not competent enough to install anything. I ended up going somewhere else. Do not leave your car in the hands of these idiots. Find somewhere else to go.

From out of town and windshield wiper fluid had frozen. They brought coffee pots of hot water and helped it thaw and pumped out and refilled, no charge. Thank you for great service.

UBER drivers: AVOID this place. No matter how new or good shape your car is, they will force you to buy a pair of wipers or they wont pass you. Makes me wonder if this is their regular scam, what else they do to regular clients. Believe me ; You dont need a new wipers because they say so. Try changing your wipers before going there, on your own, and you will see.

Oil change took a lot longer than 10 minutes, it was not busy at all, with all the employees working I should have been in and out quick.They kept on insisting that I get new wiper blades, did not talk to me about anything else related to the car. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

DO NOT go here. Two bays open and filled. I am third car. They screw up guy in front of me by putting in regular instead of synthetic oil. THEN they open third bay and take in a woman who arrived AT LEAST 15-20 minutes after me. I told Bryan, he had no apology, nothing. Jerk.

I am a patron of this location for many years now. I like the fact that they provide fast and professional service. From time to time I deal with a technician displaying a wrong attitude, trying to force some services on the customer. The latest episodes took place a few days ago, when he came with the engine and cabin filters to show them to me. The cabin filters was sprinkled with small leaves, I told him that I think the filters are OK and asked him to install them back. After I left I tried to put the heat on and I heard a rhythmic noise from the cabin filter location. I went back to Jiffy and asked the technician to take a look at the cause of the noise. He took out the cabin filter, started the fan again and the noise was the same. He then stopped the fan and stuck his hand in the filters slot. After he finished he started the fan again and there was no noise. I thanked him and asked what it was wrong. With a subdued angry voice he told me that the filter was dirty and should have been changed. It happens that I know why the filter is there, exactly to protect the fan from the debris. As long the filter is there, no debris is going to hit the fan. But if you take the filter out without paying attention and you let debris from the filter fall over the fan, then the fan will hit the debris and will make noise or it will get stuck and the motor will burn out. So, it was not the fact that there were debris ON the filter that leaded to the noise, but the mishandling of the filter while it was removed and placed back.I believe that the technician should think twice before making these kind of comments. I paid for his expertise and I expect the truth an professional service for my money.I will stress again that I like the way my car is serviced there, but I dont like the attitude of this technician.

A complete scam. They did not replace my oil, and certainly did not put any synthetic blend in because after a measly 1000 miles, my cars is starting to squeak like ive NEVER heard before. I drove 14000 miles without changing the factory oil and no problem, but 1000 miles after this jiffy lube changed my oil and I need another oil change. Disgusting. Just a quick search will show you how prevalent these kinds of scams are at Jiffy Lube. Its practically half their business model.

We went there to get our new IL number plate installed. Surprisingly, we were charged $20 for this small service and they would not accept that in credit. We felt cheated. Not sure if that is the standard price.

0 stars, my oil light never went off after the oil change, so i took it into CarMax to figure out what was going on ... long story short I paid for Mobile 1 oil change, and Jiffy did not even change my oil or oil filter. This makes me sad.

I came to the place August/2016, to get a oil change before i had to start work. Boy or boy did i regret it. Employee wiped so hard on my windshield window that he broke my window rear mirror off. As soon as i pulled off the mirror fell right down. I asked to speak with manager Luis. He first didnt wont to do anything about the damage that one of his employees caused. He finally agreed he will pay for damage and order part. It took about 1 hour and half to get part. Manager did not offer a full refund. I am very upset. I ended up late for work. After, manager luis put the mirror on he walked off like nothing happen. NO APOLOGY WHAT SO EVER . DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DONT CARE FOR ANY DAMAGES they cause.

I arrived a 5:20pm and was out by 5:45pm....I needed a front light changed. I always visit this location for my oil changes.
