Great to work with. We got counters and flooring. Ben was on too of things. William is a hard worker great at what he does. The counter guys were quick and very precise. Everything is beautifully done.Thank you for everything.

Cory and Randal and their team are incredible to work with at floors and more. They have the only show room in town and can handle any sized job. They carpeted our basement and installed countertops in our kitchen. I highly recommend them as they do quality work and are good ethical people.

I am so glad floors & more is here in evanston as i like being able to support local businesses and the convenience of finding what i need here in town is a bonus.ben is great to work with and offers helpful suggestions.the store has a great selection of most everything youd need for a design update.i had my ugly old linoleum replaced with a mohawk vinyl product and the difference is amazing.thanks to william and randall who made short work of getting rid of the old flooring and installing the new.this is my second experience with floors & more and i will definitely do business with this company again!thanks, guys!

Their drivers are truly disrespectful. Have no patients or professionalism. A real me first attitude followed by entitlement when they get called out on it. Should be ashamed they allow their drivers to treat the public in such a way . This alone is enough to seek out a more reputable company.

I have recently tried to do business with this store and am reminded of why I go to Utah. Ordered floor tile, paid in full, as was told approximately days till delivery. It has been way longer then that and still no tile. Selected a countertop and asked that it be ordered asap in order to complete the job all at once. That was Monday. Today is Thursday and it still hasnt been ordered. Custom service is very poor. I made a mistake that I wont make again.
