Fuel card saved me $.88/gallon so it was a reasonable price. Nice clean showers. Only 4 stars because there was only one cashier and I wanted to buy something but I wasn’t going to wait for a long line.

Nice place in Evanston to get gas and a snack/drink. Store was clean and there’s a good selection of items. Staff were friendly and quick to process checkout.

Truck fuel islands are very dirty and diesel fuel all over. Walked into store and there was a major backup of people waiting to check out.. Restroom dirty and paper towels was automatically putting out paper continuously on its own. Coffee area, needed cleaning, but why would you put foil on drain?? Where do you Think Coffee overflows,spills what ever is going to go?? Management is lacking extremely!Note to self well never stop there to feel again.

Went here for food about midnight I was told at their subway you cannot have a sandwich we are closed. the sandwich shelf in the store was just about empty. Their was no pizza left. No real food besides chips and candy. Note when you drive in their parking spaces in front of their store its really screw up to park you have to drive over a bump and then your car sort of almost scrapes the ground and falls into a sort of a downward hole. Who ever designed this parking lot needs a good swift kick in the pants.. :( I will avoid anymore Flying J Travel Center from now on.. Not a good experience..

If you ever need to find an employee theres a gaggle of 3 or more hanging out outside smoking it seems everytime Im here leaving other areas understaffed.The showers were clean and the ones working were nice but clearly on a shoe-string staff. I sat for 40+ minutes at subway and they never moved.Time fraud? Favoritism? Maybe they were off work? Dont know but it was slow in the store everywhere which makes it look very bad.

Most of the people were nice and the store was clean here but one of the cashiers would ignore and shake his head at anyone asking to buy a lottery ticket. He was plain rude and treated my friend and I as though we were committing an offensive crime by buying lottery tickets. I get that it may add stress to his job but it is HIS JOB. He agreed to it. If he doesnt like it he should get a different job and not treat the guests of this gas station like he was.

Dirtiest Restrooms Ive seen since being on the road. Got stuck here for our 34 hour reset. Not cleaned once. Dirty diaper on the floor the entire time. Not cleaning the showers either. Watched them just add fresh towels. Just awful.

As a CDLer I only fuel up at flying Js, Pilots and One 9s. Ive never ever been treated as bad as KAY treated this night. I will never ever give Evanston Wyomings flying J my business again. I will stop at the TA which is an exit or 2 before this before I let these guys have my business again.

What a mess. cant hook up to the paid wifi, coffee pots empty, bathrooms a mess, and the poor staff is overwhelmed and short handed.Customer service line is a joke and tech support is even worse.PFJ use to be my go to for reset. I will be looking for alternatives.

Two old washing machines, 6 doesnt work and both require a card for payment. It will not allow you to use quarters. One of the employees was nice enough to help me out. If he didnt I wouldnt have been able to do laundry. Pretty much the only reason I stopped.

This is Evanston Wyoming. The staff seemed overwhelmed and was struggling to keep up with dutys. Their showers were nice and clean after waiting for someone to get one cleaned. Truck parking is a bit small and fills up quickly. There was a man working at the desk, I think his name was Kay. Very professional.

Two showers that need to be cleaned and I have been waiting for 15 min for a shower. This place has really gone down hill and by the looks of the things it’s still going down. Don’t waste your time go to the pilot or just keep goin on by.

Ok Flying J, hit and miss on employee rudeness depending on time of day & who is working. To be fair drivers can be a rude crude bunch & these folks have to deal with all kinds. Still, this J seems to have mostly rude employees.. Kudos to the cool ones.

Its a small Flying J it has for diesel pumps ready-to-use the other four are in construction there is a small area that is in construction also you can find a cat scale here but otherwise there is very small parking Im very uncomfortable parking as well inside you can find a Subway and they do the additional meals like pizza and hot dogs overall if you going to look for a way for a long rest I do not recommend this place nearby there is not other places to eat just Hotel now for a small break its okay.

Regular staff are pretty friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Nicer selection of food. However, if you’re a regular driver needing diesel, DO NOT FILL UP AT THE SEMI DIESEL PUMPS!!!! You will have a $500 hold placed on your bank account. Mike, the manager is absolutely non-apologetic and refuses to help. No signs state there will be a hold placed on your account. $500 for $70 worth of fuel is illogical. I get that pro drivers purchase that much fuel, but there’s no warning for those of us who just need to fill up our pickups towing large camper trailers. This happened with our credit account- not even debit. $500 holds for who knows how long- because we keep getting different stories- is predatory.

The showers were reasonably clean, but its a shame that I cant say the same for myself after my shower. Both soap dispensers were empty so all I could do was wet myself down. The water was nice and hot though and pressure was ok considering it was leaking badly inside the assembly on the wall.

The two little boys behind the counter said I had to prove that I was a truck driver before I could receive the free offer of a bottle of water. Seriously?!?! They didn’t make the men prove it!

The staff member was swamped at the register with no help and the rush getting heavier. Saw another staffer more interested in smoking than helping reduce the increasing line. What’s truly sad is this location has a subway only. No real food as in sit down restaurant of any kind. From what I’ve seen so far nationwide, this has to be the worst location associated with the Pilot / Flying J brand.

Stayed here many times from 1989-99 waiting for the scales to close in Utah. Or just a place to take a night off. And take off in the morning

I always thought flying J had restaurant to sit and eat. They have a subway no real restaurant to sit and eat. I was disappointed. I do not get through here often. Know to stop at little America next time. Very sad to see this place go south.It needs a name change to Pilot.

For the greedy international chains that has tremendous buying power that seems its ok to upcharge 30% for fuel with very few cashiers just for the convience factor of on and off freeway access is just too much. Then with very few employees the gas customers fill with gas then go in and shop while we wait our turn at fuel pumps. There has been times Ive spent 30-45 minutes waiting to get gas and a quick snack to get back on the road. Thank heaven for Gas Buddy as I always try to avoid those not so fast convenient freeway exit ripoffs.

Subway inside this Flying J. They give you 5 cents a gallon discount with a Good Sam Membership card. The store was well stocked and the service was friendly. All in all, a pleasant stop.

Very Queen location great price on gas. How to slice a pizza that I would give 7 or 8 out of 10 Stars. There is a Subway attached which is very convenient. Pretty sure the guy making the sandwich was high. Although that sounds like a negative at least the sandwich wasnt rushed at all. Always have to look for the silver lining. Kosher was very friendly at the Flying J store.

Pretty standard Flying J. The parking lot is a little small for a Flying J. The laundry room is also a little small; two washers and four dryers. They have a hot foods case but dont have the meatloaf or pot roast type dinner items. There are, however, a lot of very good bar and grills and restaurants right around the truck stop, which is why I give it 4 stars.

16 years since Ive been here place is still fantastic showers and bathtubs are well worth the $12 if youre not able to feel there and friendly courteous people. Also an extensive beautiful gift that shopping area in the main building

Made a stop for food took coffee no milk just chemical liquid milk,pica old what attendant told me, I call manager asking him how long I need to wait fresh picca,he is just start laughing on me and say he did not know, I am repeated my question did he knew some time 1hour,1 day, 1 month no answers date whean that happened 03/01/2020 I am hope corporate office will take care about those manager.in addition restroom dirty no paper for the top of toilet. May who grow up in mess will call everything good but my evaluation is 1 star.If you see that little dying fly over do not waste your time respected your self.

Clean restrooms, great service. My husband and I stop here frequently to shower fuel, or take a break. Its convenient and a good size truck parking area. The customer service is excellent.

This is a truck stop convenient to I-80. The restrooms are large and clean. There is a Subway sandwich shop on the premises. There is also fast food offered in the convenience store portion of the station, serving hot dogs, pizza, sweet rolls and other items. I usually stop here rather than at other local gas stations because of the better restrooms.

There was a lady and guy last night that were hilarious with great service, but a guy at the counter this morning was rude, had me bag my own stuff, didnt say thank you and didnt appear to have any sense of how to be polite in customer service. I spend $3-5,000 at pilot every month at least try not to make my day worse, u know?

Clerk was helpful when I asked about weather. Looked it up for me. Good variety in store.

Went in to grab some snacks and use the restroom. My husband asked the lady working if they had any phone cases and she was very rude when responding to him. She snapped at him and said I don’t carry phone cases. So we put all of our stuff back and left the gas station. I didn’t want to give them a star

Restrooms are always dirty, paper and empty water bottles on restroom floors. They dont keep up on the coffee..empty allot of the times in the morning. Toilet tissue was empty in the shower room last time and left a used towel hanging on the door. Need better management overseeing these things.

Not the best location as it seemed dirty and not the best area to hang out in. If not for the cheap gas I would just keep on going by. Nice there is a Subway located inside but still not enough to keep me coming back. Also, the restrooms are not the best and need to improve the cleanliness.

The guy that helped us was snappy and rude when we was buying lotto tickets. He acted like we should known what we was doing when purchasing them.. We told him we wanted $20 on lucky for life. And he said real snotty like, you should have said give me 10 draws at $2 a piece...not a very nice guy

I have yet to find a bad Flying J Travel Center. They are much more than a gas stop, even though the price of the gas is almost always less than the other highway stations. They are usually attached to a good fast food restaurant, a store where you can pick up all the stuff you forgot, and always adequate parking for your RV.I always watch for the Flying J sign when its time to gas up.

Very friendly staff. There is a Subway Sandwich restaurant inside that has great employees also. Very clean restrooms which seems hard to come by lately...... must be the Millennials taking care of most restrooms these days. Its below their pay grade 😂. Overall great place to stop

Rude unhelpful cashier. Acted extremely arrogant when I was asking him simple questions. Overall the place was dirty. The lottery tickets require a pencil to be filled out. This is the first place I’ve been to that has lottery that doesn’t have pencils to fill out the lottery tickets. Pretty strange to have lottery tickets and no pencils to fill them out. The cashier seemed bothered to be asked questions about the lottery. This is the first and last time I’ll be coming to this location.

Got gas and looked like it changed my card 2 times first for $150.00, the 2nd one was correct. Not a nice, called Visa all was ok. Has been a good stop in the past

Kind staff but Id rather do self checkout and not wait in line for so long. Ive met Corporate at another flying J and made them aware of the long wait at every truck stop. I recommend self checkout machines and minimal staff.

Lousy, lousy, lousy. The worst Flying J weve been to, so far. Couldnt even get a hot dog at night. Some Truck Stop, ha!!! Our Truck Stops are getting worse, and worse all the time. Their attitude stinks as well. Try complaining, or giving an opinion. Weve been told more than once, from more then one place, Thats the way it just is. Really sad!!! The staff is friendly and the its located right off the highway which is great but the truck parking spaces are small and there is a small parking lot for trucks so its definitely first come to get a spot here at this particular location.

Came in Today 11/21/2019., the shower attendants were ridiculeing truckers, about showers. When one guest went into her shower, they started belitlleing her behind her back to were other customers could here. When my shower was called and i punched the numbers in, they said...here we go, another slob for a shower...i promptly put both men in there places.This is NOT acceptable customer service on any stand point

This particular Flying J is in Evanston Wyoming it was clean well-stocked and had what I was looking for. There is a Subway restaurant in this particular Flying J that served an excellent salad in lieu of Sandwich.I would be willing to visit this location again in the near future

This place was a joke. Had the prices mixed up which worked in my favor but the manager was a little much. Went to buy a cheap charger and it rang up a lot more then it should have. Then I grabbed the better one if I was gonna pay that much and it rang up as the cheaper one. Lmao

Only stopped in for gas but was unsurprised to see the normal array of helpful things at a flying J. Every snack and drink you can think of, warm garb in case you are Ill prepared for weather change, tons of vehicle parts including cb radio stuff.

Very standard gas station. It is also hooked to a Subway restaurant. The gas station was cluttery and dirty but I guess a typical gas station. The restrooms needed a little bit of love but they werent nasty.

If you use your card at the pump, they pre-authorize the amount of $151. That hold stays on your account until the bank clears the actual charge which can take up to 1 week. All Pilot gas stations are doing this now. If you have limited funds in your account, no not use your card at the pump.

Semi truck parking is full of trash and deer legs. Not safe for my dogs to go potty. Cigarette butts all around front of building. Inside not bad. The pizza looks hours old.

If you are from Utah buying lottery tickets, be sure to know exactly how to ask for what you want - and know that in advance. We encountered a short tempered and rude employee. In that same friendly spirit, his coworker was complaining about having customers - in front of the customers. Restrooms werent clean but in their defense, it was likely more busy than they expected with Powerball so high. They did have a great selection of drinks and snacks, but I dont believe Ill spend money there again. Definitely not the usual spirit of Flying J employees.I still rated 2 stars because Ive been there several times over the years and in the past, they were friendly.

Was not in need of their services this trip. One of the smaller lots for fueling cars and pickups Ive been to. But still managed to move my 32 camper around to a pump.
