I had a wonderful experience working with Sophia at Underground Printing for my custom shirt order. I had a design with a lot of colors and Sophia worked with me to help reduce costs as much as possible, and even find the right shirt to print onto. Cant recommend Underground Printing enough.

The folks who work at UP are super helpful, and the product selection is excellent. Our artwork is well produced on our t-shirts - and the upcharge for rush jobs doesnt break the bank!

Had a great experience with Underground! Sophia was especially helpful in getting our order set up and making sure we got the most value while staying within our budget. We ordered 2 sets of tee shirts and a set of hoodies and all are comfortable and looked beautiful! The order shipped in 3 boxes, but one was to be delivered after businesses closed due to the stay-at-home order. When the box was returned to sender, Sophia set up to have it reshipped without additional charge and it arrived in 2 days. Will definitely be returning to Underground because of their awesome customer service.

We use underground for custom shirts in large quantities and they are the only place we choose to use. They provide affordable options of great quality. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. We often times deal directly with our rep and dont create anything on the website. In that scenario, our rep is always attentive, efficient, and creative. I highly recommend using this store.

I only needed 4 t-shirts printed with text only on the front. The responses to my questions were very prompt (sometimes within the hour) and very helpful. I ordered 165 shirts for a soccer tournament 10 week before the event and Underground delivered perfectly. The interface to order and pay for the shirts is very user friendly. I will definitely use them again for future events.

Had some shirts made up for my company. Very professional, I gave them my graphic and they worked it and showed me proofs to verify how it would look on the shirts, once it was a go delivery was right on.... Good quality shirts and fair prices... I recommend them.

I used UGP based on a recommendation from a coworker, and was delighted with the entire process. Eric and his team did everything he said they would do, exactly as he said they would, when they said they would, and at the price he quoted (better than anyone else). This was my first time getting printed shirts without actually seeing the people who would be doing the work, so I was a bit nervous. The results proved I shouldnt have been, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for printed t-shirts.

I spent a couple weeks talking with the customer service people via email, and they responded very quickly. They sometimes would change the logo that I sent them to something that wasnt the logo of our group though. I went in to speak to a representative personally before I ordered, and she was very nice, and helped me pick out the exact font I wanted for the back of the jackets I was ordering. In the end, the jackets turned out great, and I would definitely refer anyone to this place for future clothing orders.

I am with Northwestern University and came to UGP with a large order on a short timeline. And they were absolutely amazing. I provided a design made with another company for reference and they were able to recreate it perfectly, finish over 400 shirts in less than ten days, and had a great price point for us.I will absolutely be working with them again in the future and would recommend to anyone!

Ive used Underground Printing to make t-shirts for my high school team for a number of years. They are competitively priced, easy to work with and fairly quick in production. I highly recommend them.

Their website is horrible. The design studio has so many issues, which has wasted so much of my time. Still, I cannot create and save a design successfully. I will look for a different service with digital printing.

We uploaded our basic design and they centered it and made it look just right with our extra instructions. The shirts were a slightly lighter royal blue than we got from last years company, but the polos and the T-shirts we ordered from Underground matched and it was all good.

Had challenges with the online design function not displaying the full photo, but we were using it on Thanksgiving weekend (likely high volume). I first tried creating my shirts on their website but I was unfortunately getting the pictures and graphics all messed up. I went in to talk to a representative and they were so helpful and straight forward. I only had to email them the graphics and give them some details and they created wonderful shirts from that! They were also very kind and did a job well done. The shirts were made extremely quickly (less than two weeks) and arrived exactly on the day we were told. Everything went extremely smoothly and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I have never ordered a t-shirt before and I love that it showed me step-by-step process. You can pick different fonts, quote layouts, colors, and see what you like. I am a very visual person so this was awesome! I could directly see what I liked and did not like on the website. Really dissapointed with this website, first off there is no login link on the main page to access your saved designs. You can only get to your profile again by clicking start a new design/etc. before it gives you the option to view your profiles saved designs. Its 2018 please update this...And speaking of saved designs...lol. Mine were deleted from my profile after two days of creating designs for a potential streetwear brand Ive been working on. So with no warning or indication why they are all gone from my saved designs on my profile.I had done a few quote requests to get an idea how much certain shirt brands/long sleeve/ etc would cost bc they dont offer any sort of price range until you do that which is ridiculous bc its wasting time on both sides of the process..This could be a great company but Im highly dissapointed with their website. I understand if I was stealing logos or using copyrighted images but I uploaded my own brand logo I created in GIMP and used their default images they provide as an option (which I really like) but at this point idk if Id ever consider using them as my preferred printer.I did take screenshots of all my designs and zoomed in views as well so I can re create them on the site but its just annoying, hopefully I hear back from them and get an explanation at least.

Working with UGP was a fantastic experience. We were a bit disorganized on our end during this process — after our initial design upload, we experienced some significant delays in finalizing our design concept and determining how many shirts we would order — but Sophia was endlessly patient and helpful throughout. In addition to putting up with our ever-shifting deadlines, she forwarded our design to the UGP design team to make sure that some of the smaller type would still be legible (spoiler: the logo turned out even better in real life than they said it would), and she made sure that paying through our SOFO account would be as smooth and easy as possible. Additionally, the cost per shirt came out to something like 8 or 9 dollars on our order of 30-40 tees, which struck me as an absolute steal in the world of custom apparel. All told, I cant recommend UGP highly enough; they do tremendous work, and I would happily do business with them again.

Im with a large student group at Northwestern University that uses UGP for all apparel needs. Were a student-run production company that interacts with many prominent names in the entertainment industry, and so its important for our apparel to look good and be well-made. UGP definitely fulfills that need.Quick turnaround, great quality work, excellent prices, and fantastic customer service. Every time we print a new t-shirt or sweater, we always get compliments on how they look. A prominent hip-hop artist that we brought to campus even asked for one of our t-shirts once.
