First time at a pawn shop. Experience was surprisingly pleasant. Both employees were patient and nice, as they needed to make sure my dslr was working properly as they were charging the battery. Went to 2 other pawn shops prior, am glad they were closed for extended Thanksgiving holiday. Highly recommend this location from my experience

I use this pawn shop a lot. For years. Most are very pleasant. I did notice a few years ago...there was this nice white girl with dreds. Her employer was berating her so harshly right in front of me. She was crying and he smelled, I mean reeked, of BO.Most are pretty nice here like Ive said, but today I just called and someone picked up and argued with me first thing in the morning for no reason at all (he asked for my ticket number and I said ok hold on Ill get it, then he proceeded to say Im trying to tell you... and Youre telling me to hold on.) I asked to speak to someone, anyone else. He bangs down the phone and a very pleasant guy answered and helped me out. He even laughed at his coworker when I said I will pray for him.Ill continue to use this pawn shop but seriously, hire people who truly want to work there and not just make a buck.JOSH was the nice guy. I dont know the name of the jerk.

I needed a bike for the summers for our house back east and had been shopping for one all summer it seems. I was picking up lunch for the folks at work at the fish keg across the street from this place and saw a bike in the window while waiting at the light. Im no stranger to pawn stars and the like and have heard rumor of good prices at these kind of places. I walked in, offered 100 less for a bike tagged 500 dollars and walked out thinking I got a good deal.Turns out after a little research the base bike was worth about 400, but when I got to the bike shop to get another bike serviced, they told me there were about 700 in upgrades on the used bike and they wanted to know who built it for me.Now you know why I rated these guys high at it gets.

Horrible. I brought in a REAL LEGIT COACH WATCH and they told me it wasnt authentic. So I took it to a COACH store to check the watch for me and they told me it was the real thing. Then I try calling back to speak to the manager and the lady who initially told me it was fake, gave me attitude. Very unprofessional and untrained.
