Cycle City Wyoming helped us out in a pinch. While outside Evanston Wyoming I got a flat on my Africa Twin. It was 100F and they quickly changed out my tube and put us to the front of the work line to get us back on the road. They did great work at reasonable cost and I was most grateful for their help! They are great people!

Ive purchased several machines here and these guys are great to work with. They continue to take exceptional care of you in the service dept for the life of your machine. Those Utah cats cant hold a candle in the service scheduling department.

I recently purchased a Maverick XRS from Cycle City. I was blown away by the level of customer service they offer. Cody was extremely knowledgeable, not just in the different versions of the XRS but in the accessories (including aftermarket) which made it very easy to customize my machine. He even offered to meet me at the dealership after-hours so that I could drop off my machine to have the accessories installed. Everything I purchased was priced very fairly and was installed meticulously by Mark, Cody and the shop, they even had the machine detailed when I picked it up. Great job!!!

Stopped by during Memorial weekend to pick up some parts. It was easy to find just off the road. They didnt have what I was looking for but had the ability to get it within a few days. Also had a decent stock of ATVs and some gear.

Great place to do business. We drove up from SLC because they had the Yamaha Wolverine we were looking for, but Mark and his staff and the experience we had will keep me coming back for all my business, both service and new. I live within 5 miles of 3 dealerships in Salt Lake, but will bring all my business to Mark in the future.

I drove all the way from SLC Utah to buy two new sleds because of Cody the GM. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable and hungry for my business. He was the only one from 4 dealers in UT that actually followed up, was appreciative and flexible to my needs. I cant recommend him and Cycle City enough, my advice make sure you do your homework before going with another dealer.

Took my bike in to have the valves adjusted and the carb cleaned and new fork seals installed. Picked up my bike and the throttle would stick wide open and the bike would dump fuel on the ground. Took the bike back the next day and they corrected the issues. Took the bike out riding the next day and I rode for about 20 minutes the bike just stopped running almost like it lost spark but come to find out my timing chain tenchaner was installed upside down causing my bike to skip timing. Very disappointed in the lack of pride there mechanic has in his job. Not mad at the owner or the people at the deck but they need a new mechanic. I wont be returning untell that mechanic is gone for good. Oh and my fork seals are leaking already. Paid 849 to have it all done.

The staff here are amazing. They wont stop at anything to go the distance for you. I am a returning customer because of the service they offer. Top notchI had some vandalism done to my bike and they promptly had the bike in the shop and a estimate fired off to the insurance. Where the insurance dropped the ball the staff here picked up the slack and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their services.If you want great friendly service go here!Andrew H.

Good Karma!I was 3 days into a 15 day tour...11 states in 15 days...my 98 ZX6R cashed in 45 miles outside of Evaston...thought I was hooped and would have to take a bus home with my tail between my legs...enter Chase and the boys at Cycle City...I doubled into town amazed to see their shop...the next day they arranged a local rancher named Jason to pick up my bike with me...great guy!...saved me a pile of towing charges and wonderful to experience Wyoming hospitality...thanks Jason...I didnt want to leave my bike abandoned at the side of the road after 18 years...basically the bike was not going to be easily fixed...so i decided to buy a new bike and keep the trek going...Chase easily could have stuck it to me as my options were limited...instead he did the opposite and gave me a great deal on a terrific Yamaha R6...treated me with integrity...I couldnt have hoped for a better situation than the outcome at Cycle City...I wish them all good karma...they deserve it...you are in good hands should you bring your business to Cycle City...expectantly or serendipitously...by the way the R6 ripped up the rest of the journey...amazing roads and scenery...
