What a great company to deal with! I needed a power supply for my TV and found them online. They recycle open box items from stores and part them out keeping their prices low. They had the part I needed for significantly less than other options I could find. They shipped super fast. The part arrived a day early even. Unfortunately the part was DOA. I contacted their support and Clarissa responded immediately. She apologized and said to fill out their form describing the problem and a replacement part would be sent. I went ahead and filled out the form, but noticed I got a shipping notice before I had even finished the form. The replacement arrived in 2 days and worked perfectly. Just to let everyone !!! Pars you are about to buy most likely is defective. Im TV repair man for 30 years in New York and bought about 50 boards past 2 years. 75% of those boards were bad. Mostly not operating at all. Those people have no clue how to test them. They are just selling broken parts. Return policies are disgusting. Very hard to get refund. All idiotic return questions just to have excuses not refund your money. Absolutely dont buy main board. Good luck, you need it if you buy any part here.

I ordered the main board for my Sony Bravia 4K TV on a Thursday afternoon, the board shipped within one hour and arrived two days later on Saturday. Their YouTube video walked me through the easy steps with detailed instructions and as of Saturday night my TV was back up and running. First I want to say how hard it was to find this part for a 2010 LG TV main board. Clarissa and the team at TV Parts emailed me when it came back in stock thank goodness. I received the part in 3 days of my order would have been two but not sure what happened at FedEx. I was kind of worried the part wasn’t going to work because the box was beat up. Thankfully TV Parts shipped it with a lot of bubble wrap not sure it would have survived if it they didnt. Anyways I would recommend these guys and buy more parts from them.

I ordered a part for a relatives TV. We had previously ordered another part that did not work as it was not the correct part for the TV from a different company. Main board for 2019 LG TV I received fixed my problem. Their board had +9,000 hrs on it so that was a bit disappointing. Came quickly and very well packaged.

I purchased a main board for my Sony TV from TV Parts Today. I got the board and had a few problems with the firmware update but after working with TV Parts we got the firmware updated. We ran into an issue with the remote not working. I communicated with TV Parts and they helped me troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved quickly. It ended up that the board had a problem but they stood behind it and got me a new board and was there to support me getting it up and going. They helped me fix my own TV at a very reasonable price. I would certainly recommend them and definitely use them in the future.

It is a good experience even though i can not fix the TV.I bought this mainboard for my Mitsubishi TV LT-55265 with HDMI problem. The refurbished mainboard came home 2 days after order. Unfortunately the refurbished mainboard also has issue with another fault. I contacted TV Parts Today and requested for a replacement. They emailed back to me and let me know there no stock available and they will credit back full amount including the transport fees ( FedEx) and i do not need to send the refurbished mainboard back. Had a logic board that worked but the HDMI ports were all broken off. TV was useless without them. Decided to replace board. Googled and found logic boards but not the one i needed. TV logic boards have to be replaced by the same model, part number and revision. TV Parts Today had what i needed. They detailed their product so good that it was easy to choose.

I ordered a main board for my TCL tv. Upon receiving the part, I installed it which actually resulted in a bigger issue than I originally had. I’m sure the new part they sent was bad when I got it because I tried the old part once again and had my original issue (minus the added issue their part created). After emailing with a rep from the company, they told me I should order another new part to fix the new problem. I obviously didn’t do that.I’d recommend spending the extra money and get the part from a reputable place to ensure you’re getting a good part.

I had an accident with my Samsung TV and needed a new main board. Note to all: Disconnect the coax cable from the TV BEFORE you pick up the TV and take it off the entertainment stand. Anyway....the board I needed wasnt in stock so I emailed Parts TV Today and asked if there was an alternative. They replied that they did have a direct replacement in stock and should ship same day.
