Friendly staff and product is incredibly durable. I have two duffle bags at 20+ years old still going strong, no rips or tears of any kind and heavy duty zippers. I also have some mesh bags that are heavy duty and great for dirty clothes, ideal for vacations. My only complaint is the limited store hours. Great place check it out you cannot beat the quality of the product!
