They have guns and ammo... at crazy high prices! I bought a gun I had looked at there that retails brand new for $499-509. G&H wanted 1k. Obviously supply and demand is high and lots are trying to profit, but be smart and look around before you waste cash here in my opinion. On a side note they did have a good deal on video games.

I purchased an AK47 Draco, new gun, came in the box with cleaning tool. The customer service was great, very knowledgeable about fire arms and ammo. I first went to the gun show at Angel of the Wings, priced very high, left and went to Pawn Fathers, Everett cool place but didnt have what I wanted. Last chance stop at G&H Pawn, bingo had my gun and the ammo ready to go. I would recommend G&H Pawn if your looking for the full package.

I dont normally review places. But after they offered me $30 for my almost new Nintendo switch, I felt I had to say something. The cashier told me he could see them selling New on eBay for $70. Really skeevy people that work here.

Way overpriced, didnt even make it past the guitars bc everything was priced at brand new pricing or higher. Guys at counter auggested negotiating. I get that is a part of pawn shops, but not even qorth it if it cant be priced realistically to begin with. Anyone who says prices are reasonable either got paid to review, or need to visit other pawn shops in the area to see what good prices are.

Customer service over the phone really needs to be handled better here. They are very unprofessional and short. Any reputable place of business will handle their phone calls professionally with care. Dont support this pawn shop. Go elsewhere.

Bought a couple quality firearms there at good prices. The guys are friendly (not that fake customer service friendly, just down to earth blue collar types) and knowledgeable and answered every question i had without trying to push any particular firearms on me. They will be the first place I go when looking for new guns in the future.

Terrible customer service. Called them first to see if they would let me pawn my items. Took some coins that I was told over the phone I could pawn and when I got there they immediately said no. I drove half hour because the employee told me they do loans on coins. For a silver eagle dollar coin, a silver peace dollar and 2 silver walking liberty coins I was asking for $60. They said they could do $15 for all. What a joke. They wouldn’t even work with me a little. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure how this guy can stay in business with the poor customer service skills he has. I called to see if they had ammo in stock for my husband. He was driving and guiding me on what to say, as I’m not knowledgeable in this area. Was told “this is the worst phone conversation I’ve been a part of” and was hung up on. Extremely poor service and definitely loss our business forever. Apparently you have to know exactly what you want and need before you reach out because it sounds like they have no desire to help you otherwise.

Worst place to ever take your gun to get things swapped out. I was given a 100% guarantee that I wouldnt have a problem and the job could get done yes I knew what it was going to take but again told it can work and going to make it happen and I get a call two days later being told it can not happen and I get my gun back yeah Ill just with a pin welded to my gas block like y?? I think I should get it fixed for free how ever it takes

They dont have a very huge selection but its still pretty nice. I cant say anything about the staff because I walked in and looked at everything and no one even noticed I was there. Man at the counter didnt notice when i walked in. Then was really rude and acting uninterested in all my items. Wouldnt negotiate prices and wanted me out of his door as fast as possible when he realized I am not going to let him extort my poor situation in life. Horrible business would not reccomend even stepping foot inside he might talk you into giving him your shoes off of your feet.

Got 3 fake 20$ bills here got 40$ confiscated trying to buy something at another store felt violated so I went back to the pawn shop and got yelled at for accusing them of giving me fake bills but older woman was polite and swapped my 20 plus gave me another 40. Service and the Price estimate are based of a few factors. Appearance - to be working class or unemployed. Appear to be a Drug addict or not.Items appear to be Boosted or personal owned. Understanding this will help you. Going in with a high ticket item doesnt mean your garunteed a high quote. There job is to come up with as many reasons as they can to justify there price and if your appearance screams booster who just needs to get well quick then your going to get raked over the coals. However looking like your a working class well to do type and are not allowing anything to effect the value of your item based on your personal life will get you much better terms especially if you have sold them on the fact that you are coming back to get it.

I been there three times, i really like the place, very helpfull and honest people.

I would give this a zero star if i could. This place has got to be the worst pawn shop ever my trip there today to look for a fire arm purchase of no less then 650 dollars ended with the most rude individual in retail history. But how it started was the best part i pulled into there empty parking lot at around 11am and went to get out of my truck the problem was half the parking lot was apparently a sheet of ice because i slipped and whacked me knee on the door to my truck just trying to get out and my girlfriend also slipped just getting out of the vehicle. So she was pretty upset and we decided to let them know about the ice situation when we went inside we politely suggested that the guy who looked like he was surfing some crap on the internet that there is alot of ice and maybe he should put down some sand out there before someone got really hurt and the reply from this sack of crap was mmhhmm. REALLY!! oh and on top of that we walked around for about 5 mins and got no help so we went to leave and only then did the guy ask us if we were looking for anything in particular. So needless to say i wont be coming back here and i will not recommend this place to anyone other then to stay away!!
