Wow its like a small museum in here. Jewlery and ammo neat uniforms could be used for Halloween costume if wanted. Great group of friends work here. The have awesome customer service skills. This is a ok coin shop, they sell most of there coins for a almost spot price and they know what there doing, but they will ask for a lower price than other places if youre selling so in my opinion its more of a place to buy silver not sell.

Been going here for year. Always a great experience. Last sunday i was in and purchased 3 ounces of junk silver and a 1/20th or an ounce of gold. Changed my mind on the silver today went in to sell it. The guy that sold it to me for $22 each told the guy helping me to only pay $11 each and left the store. The 3 ounces i had bought only were only worth coin condition and not weight. First time this has happened to me. Is this normal? Is this why i was not given a receipt both times?

Very different than a another place

Employee helped me pick out a Fathers Day gift.He took his time, explain what the itms were, what they meant and the history behind them.This place is also like a mini museum. Has so much Antiques, collectibles sporting, coins and jewelry.Great selection and not expensive prices.Im definitely coming back here with friends.

Wow I just had the most awesome experience at this store. I got a very fair and generous payment for my collection. The owners and other employees were entertaining and extremely helpful. The store is absolutely fascinating with so many things to look at. I had wished I had more time to look at everything but I will have to come back! Great place with great people! Thank you!

I had some items I received as part of an estate and wasnt sure of the value.I called the owner and he said to bring them down.He spent a good hour looking at my things and after explaining to me how he came up with the value he gave me a fair price.They put the Football game on while I waited for them to do their research. 😊I would compare these guys with the fellows from Pawn Stars. They know their stuff and dont look to screw you over. I did take my things to another pawn shop prior and was not comfortable with their tactics.They also have a lot of old military items and coins for sale.This is the only place Ill go after my experience. Give them a try and see. They have a no obligation policy and if anything you will leave knowing what your stuff is worth.

Im new to PCGS coin submissions and Katie and Rich offered me come in for a free tutorial even though i offered to pay! All i can say is wow... Horrible people, the most judging/ profiling shop i have ever stepped into! Went in to get a price on my silver silverware, and right off the back the guy thought it was stolen and said he didnt want it and then starts asking me how i came up with this....?? Like really...??? Just because someone is young with tattoos doesnt mean they are criminals! I actually own a concrete company but thanks for showing your true colors odyssey coins!

Id been ill and needed cash and had some 1 ounce silver coins. The first place offered me $10 for 2. I knew silver was over $14/ounce. I was nervous going in, but this guy was nice and bought them at the going rate. He made no effort to cheat me.

This place is a joke! They want way too much for the items they have and offer way too little for items I saw people trying to sell. The staff is not knowledgeable about the items in inventory & very unprofessional when asked.

The old man is great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The 2 women that work in there, not so much. The younger one is decent, because shes knowledgeable, but the older woman is the worst. I will never work with her again. Rude, short, makes you feel unwelcome. I honestly will never go back there because this lady made me feel like I was bothering her, because I was asking questions about things I wanted to buy. She has no customer service skills. Both the times I worked with her, I hated my experience there

Went in as soon as they opened to sell some gun magazines, and the staff were both concise and fair. Theyll let you know a product might sit for awhile but they wont lowball you too hard as a result. Good conversation, would repeat business.

Have now sold 3 firearms to these guys because each time their initial offer for my firearms were much more fair than neighboring pawn shops and used gun dealers. I have also purchased a firearm from them and each visit the staff are friendly, funny, they joke around, a very fun and ma and pop feel which is rare to find in this area these days.

Great selection of milsurp. Got some real good people working here. Bought a MOLLE compatible mag pouch for my chest rig and three mags to go with it. Couldn’t be happier.

I sold them some WW2 memorabilia and the owner is the most fair straight up man I have worked with at a resale shop. If you show manners and some respect he is a prowd veteran. I just sold a 270 win mag today and he was super fare. I have been to most shops on evergreen and they are rude and they deal in more electronics. If you like cool stuff and honestly which is rare in that business i will only go there in future. He has actually only cool stuff no junk.

We werent able to get the help we needed at first (nobodys fault but mine for not calling first) but everyone, especially Rich, is very friendly and helpful. We learned a lot about our coins and walked out with a bunch of theirs LOL :) . Well definitely be back!

Stop by once a week to buy silver rounds or bars, all the employees are very pleasant. I would and do recommend them.

I called these people and asked them what they paid for gold..and if they paid anywhere near the spot price and he said dont worry just come on in and we will give you what the karat value is for it so I went there and wow what a mistake that was they totally lied about the karat values of my gold bar and then he would not even show me the reading on their gold gun Geeez yeah then the lady had the nerve to jump right in out of nowhere and then say I wouldnt even do it for him for more than as if it was ten karat gold ..but see I had already just tested it before i ever went there and it came out to be at least 14 karat or maybe even better ...Hmmmm yeah me too I also smelled something very fishy also.... but whatever so I just played along to hear what else mean that they would say and then he only offered me just half of what it was worth and that was only at ten karats but it was not 10k nooo.. it was really 14k gold see ...so please people do not ever go to this place to sell or buy anything you might just get the same rotten treatment that I just got from them ....plus it was funny too because also they were really trying hard to be rude to me aswell but they were just not very good at it, .. not at all and it was really quite laughable ...if it was not also for the fact that I had just wasted a bunch of my gass and my time out of my day even going there in the first dang place.. and they are not even very smart at all either about trying to be slick and trick people out of the value of what they have either that is the most funny thing of all and i guess the whole thing was nothing but just ridiculous and real real ugly ...i cant believe either that I could see right through them very clearly the whole time and their little teaming up on you game ....yeah i usually like to meet new people even if they do act a little bit mean thats no big deal to me but shoot not in this case not even close it was just nasty and some what stupid I already knew what I had ....oh well you know maybe they were just having a bad day but please please dont take it out on regular people they dont need that kind of treatment my goodness ... and here is some very good advice for you others just stay away from this pawn shop they are only trying to rake in all the money only just for themselves as it seems and not even give any kind of deals at all or cut you even a little a break in any kind of way..and they wont care about you at all, ..I doubt it, ..not after what I have just seen....yeah other people even the other pawn shops that day they offered me way more than these guys even up to two times the amount of money that they had offered and they also said my gold bar was a way higher karat too aswell but oh well it was not really what i wanted from them either...and its too much for me to take a big two hundred dollar cut like that on the real true value of it so I still just kept my little gold bar all for myself ...and my gold karat acid test it does not lie and my home stannous chloride test for gold they do not lie at all and so I already know what I have ...so shoot i guess why not just go and sell your stuff on e bay it might take just a little bit longer if you have any extra gold and other goodies but at least then you really will or you should get very close to the real value or spot price or maybe even you might just get better than that for it and you really do deserve it all for your self and not any for them and surely not for some one that will just as soon treat you so dishonestly and not even feel nothing for you at all ...

The old man is respectful and fair. The jersey geaseball with glasses is an ass and mostly bothered by you coming in. i stood waiting right in front of him when know one else was in the store, and he never asked if i needed any help. I wanted to buy some silver and a pistol. He was only interested in showing a coworker something in the back that he was excited about. He insulted me twice to my face. A real peice of work that guy. I wont do business of hes there!

My experience at Odyssey was not one I ever want to have again. The staff was rude and treated me as if I was bothering them. I took in three diamond rings and a bag of U.S. silver coins also two gold 1 oz coins. They offered me $150.00 for my jewelry( sold elsewhere for $1700.00) $40.00 for my silver coin ( that i also sold elsewhere for a little over $300 ) and 1000.00 for two gold 1 oz coins. valued at $2600.00 the day i went to Odyssey. I would recommend to anyone thinking of selling there to go elsewhere. I left feeling deceived and almost got ripped off for thousands of dollars.-very unsatisfied customer T.B.

After being quoted one price over the phone based on melt value from G&H and then bringing my coins in only to have them (G&H) pull the old bait & switch let me talk to my manager & come back with a way lowball offer, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I am so glad I did! Dealing with the folks at Odessy Coins was very straight forward & i got a fair price without any hassle. I would definitely reccomend to anyone who is looking to sell coins without the feelings of highway robbery or dishonesty.I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!
