Clean store, fairly helpful staff and a solid in store selection of parts and tools needed to get your car fixed up. Definitely one of the better parts stores left around here.

They have most of the parts you may need or can order them.Had trouble reading code on my Sons car, trying to figure out why the check engine light was on.

Wow I was over heating and in a spot when I pulled in to this AutoZone. I had a heater hose fitting break off at the fire wall on my Diesel Truck, not only did they have the right part, the Regional Managers were in that day and they even help me figure out how the get the broken fitting off and new one back on getting me back on the road again. Kudos to all of the staff and the Big Bosses for helping a Veteran out in need and not treating me like just another sale. Even my Golden Retriever Sabella got some lovin. Worse web site Ive ever used, after a half hour I gave up trying to SHOP for a idler arm for an old dodge van . you guys are losing money and customers because of the poor set up of your web site for sure. try it your self.

Almost wrecked on the way back to Seattle from Friday Harbor with daughter and her dogs in the car. Dustin at AutoZone saw how stressed we were about repairing the two snapped wheel studs and loaned us some tools plus stayed with us til after the store closed and his shift ended to make sure we were ok. This is exactly why AutoZone was my first call. My second and third calls were to my wife letting her know that we were in good hands, practicing social distancing/masked up, and safely back on the road. Thank you Dustin. Its ok not my favorite place for car parts. They have mostly what you need especially when It comes to interior accessories and auto fluids, car wash and wax, wiper blades etc.

I go here instead of OReilly because the service is faster, and the 10% veteran discount actually applies to OIL, whereas it does not at OReilly.

Bunch of lazy people especially the manager. Very rude and Unwilling to help when ask to locate an item. I went to oreilly instead and they employee there were helpful and was able to locate the O-rings I needed it. Never come to this autozone again!

Staff is very helpful

Went in and asked the guy for a 43 inch v belt. He asks me what does it go on? I said a 1940 Ford tractor... he says... oh I cant help you I cant find that in my computer. I say.. you cant just go and get me at 43 inch V belt? He says... if I cant look it up in the computer I cant find it. I say.. its a 43 inch V belt whats to look up? I know what family its in. Its an L4. He looks at me and says...I dont know what that means. I say.. where is your v-belts? Ill teach you how to look them up. He says..okay... And I literally have to go to the shelves in the back with him and teach him how to read the sizes of the belts on the sleeve to determine the right one. I also taught him how to use the belt Sizer tool they had hanging on the Shelf next to the V belts. This guy had to be 50 years old and did not know how to size up a normal everyday V belt. AutoZone is getting to the point of being completely useless.

Auto zone is always friendly and extremely helpful. They gave me only what I needed and didnt try to get me on the most expensive thing there. They explained each option and its benefits and lets me decide. I bought to brake pads and rotors for my Jeep. I will never know who 4th e customer was behind me, but car guys stick together. I have only one good arm and couldnt carry both rotors out. I told the guy at the counter I would be back to get the other one (they were busy at the time). The guy behind me asked which vehicle was mine and I told him, not thinking about it. I put the rotor in the back of my Jeep and saw the guy, bringing out the other and he put it in my Jeep. I will never know who is is but, if you are reading this and remember me. Thank you.

Long line only 2 people working on a Saturday... any other day of the week and there would have been 5 employees...

I needed a turn signal bulb. I bought in a spare bulb & asked if it was the correct bulb. When the clerk looked it up, he asked me what year my car was & if it was front or rear. I told him front because I mistakenly thought he was asking front or wheel drive. When I finally figured out he had sold me a bulb for the front I went back in to return them. I also brought in my old burned out bulb. Thats when he told me he said front or rear turn signal. He never said turn signal previously! He then told me I already had the correct spare bulb, after he had said that that bulb is not for your car. He couldnt refund me for the in-correct bulb, offered no apology & argued with me that he did ask me if it was front or rear turn signal. I wont be shopping here again.

Excellent service. Needed a new battery for my Kia. Went to pep boys as they have a service department, was told there was no way to install today. Went to auto zone (no service department) and left 15 min later with an installed battery. Know my new source for parts.

Read the fine print on their invoices. Their return policy is shady. If the packaging is damaged they wont refund, even if the guy working is the same guy who sold you the wrong part the night before. Their parts data base isnt accurate. Go to Napa as theyll get it right the first time. Also, their rewards program has some fine print that is worth reading. It sounds like it promises big returns but it only pays out if you have a big purchase all at once. Otherwise it doesnt add up. Again Id go with Napa but even OReilly has better rewards

Try to get a heater core or from this gentleman at auto zone didnt even try every other place carried this part the he took 2 seconds to tell me that it was not in his system blah blah blah.

TERRIBLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went in on 2/3 to get my check engine light checked and the workers seemed more worried and rushed to get me out of there. Too continue their conversation on their plans for Saturday night. While there was no other waiting customers in line, GO TO ORIELYS!!
