The dealership had a lot of inventory to choose from. Edmond, the salesman that helped me, was nice and friend. He was informed on the inventory I asked about. He listened to me and did not push me into something that I was not interested in.Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience at Klein Honda and with Edmond. Definitely would recommend speaking with Edmond if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Although we were not able to find the vehicle we were looking for, as we had a very specific wish list, Edmond Vargas was fantastic to work with. He really listened to what we were looking for. Gave suggestions for vehicles that met part of our list, in the hope to find one that would work for our needs. He was patient with us as we went through our checklist.We even followed up a few weeks later to see if inventory had changed to meet our needs. Edmond remembered our list of specifics and was able to confirm there was not something meeting our desires.We will continue to check back with Edmond, as he has been such a pleasure to work with. He has remained patient and professional throughout all interactions with him. I highly recommend working with Edmond if you are in the market for a new car.

Took an appointment at 1 PM for check engine light and communicated it will be 2 hours wait. I had to be there for 3.5 hours for multi inspection and found no tangible issue. I hope the service team can provide clear waiting times or service to drive back home.

I walked in wanting to finance a older used vehicle thinking there’s no way I could afford new then Edmund explained how leasing works and what my options are at the lease end so it was a no brainer to go for new! Great experience. Honesty and transparency are a big part of what I look for when trying to buy a vehicle. I would like to say the from the sales experience, to the financing is fast simple and easy. They were the last stop for me to look at inventory and pricing after visiting so many dealerships starting Saturday. Quite the traveling, met some other great dealerships and some really shady ones like Seattle of Honda (still have that bad taste in my mouth).As soon as I got the pen in my hand to sign away at the price we talked about, the last dealership I went to was in Renton they gave me a call at that exact moment it was a bit shocking and irritating at the same time because Ive spent many hours with them and they couldnt do it then and there. The price drop was enormous enough to be jaw dropping. I had the phone on speaker for my sales guy to hear what was being said. He went back and they were able to adjust the pricing to even better, even though they were already great enough.Id like to thank the sales team from online, Elijah and Garcia for being very straightforward from the with process. Jay was wonderful point of contact for the sale at the dealership and Keo Made the purchase quick and simple to get me out that door.

Reason for a 3 is because Ive never been in. But just called to see if they where firm on price or had wiggle room for a used car. I was told they can NOT discuss this over the phone. I explained that I did not want to drive 2 hours if they where firm on the price. Then they sales lady told me she can not tell me or not and the only way is to come in. You would think that they would want to make a 20-22k sale real quick just by giving me a yes or no. Was NOT trying to negotiate over the phone just the simple yes or no would have done. If yes then I would have made the trip to talk more numbers. If no, well then it would have not been worth it to me.

Changed oil in mother in laws car and forgot to put the cap back on. 2 days go by and we noticed a Burnt oil smell I check the engine and the cap is no where to be found and oil is all over the car. Tried calling to get a rep at 5:30pm and all I got from the operator is that someone will call me back. Haven’t heard anything over a hour and a half later and she has to now cancel her trip

Had to make a point to post and say what a fantastic experience we had at Klein Honda! Remington was super personable and had a no pressure vibe that we really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our many questions, going out of his way to get any answers he didnt have. Mark in Finance magically made the finance process not terrible. We immediately took our new vehicle on a 2000+ mile road-trip and had zero major issues. One tire was a little low one day, we pulled into a Honda dealership and they filled it right up and sent us on our way, couldnt have went smoother. Absolutely recommend Klein Honda!

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. After calling an hour before I arrived to arrange an appointment to see a particular car, the car was not ready when I arrived. Then I was handed off to a “product specialist,” who, despite me telling her I drove the same model of car already, proceeded to describe it in great detail. This company has a form to fill out and sign for a test drive, unlike I’ve ever experienced. When there was a glitch with their required documents, my “product specialist” was not apologetic for me having to re-do work for their system. Then they are very stern about a “15-20 minute” test drive and not turning the car off (because it won’t start again). When talking price, the offer provided for my trade in was laughable, below the “fair” condition on KBB, when I’d been offered 30% more from Carmax. When I counteroffered they insulted my car. When they returned my key and I left, I noted that my car had somehow moved — I wasn’t told they drove it, much less moved it — and there was no “thank you” for even coming in. I was excited to work with Klein because of their KBB relationship and service to the community, but I left feeling disappointed and sad. Some other dealership will get my money, but never Klein Honda.

The other day I was in getting some service done on my vehicle. While I was waiting around a handsome young man named Kyler came over to me and started a nice conversation about my car that’s being serviced. He seemed interested in showing me a way to get into a newer one at the same monthly payment. I appreciated that, he informed me in a kind manner. It turns out I will be heading his way soon to trade in my vehicle, the new car and warranty program seemed easier being included in my monthly payment than servicing my vehicle consistently. I did independent research, found a Honda I was interested in, and reached out to Klein for a price quote. They gave me a good quote, so I contacted them and went in for a test drive. Sean did an outstanding job showing us the features of the car and walking us through the options for the purchase. By far my favorite new car purchasing experience. Horrible experience. Had to obtain a new key for lost keys. Was charge $200 for installation and new key. New key would not unlock/lock doors, (despite telling person when dropping off car) about change in programming from locksmith. No discount was taken off. I came here because the same situation happened at ACE hardware. They will not give any money back or discount on service, even if they cannot provide the service requested.

If you live in the Seattle area, this is by far the best dealership to buy a car. We went to Seattle, Kirkland, and Bellevue. Everyone here was MUCH more honest and straightforward. It made buying a new car a breeze.Everyone here is apparently paid a salary (instead of the usual model of sales commissions), so people are just much less aggressive and more reasonable. If you’re going to buy a Honda, don’t go anywhere else.

Great experience with this dealership. The lease promotion I came in for had expired the day prior for an HRV. They worked with me and came up with a package that honestly was even better! The vehicle had just arrived via transport and hadnt been detailed yet. They put me right up front of the line and got my vehicle detailed in just a few hours. The worst place to buy a car. They sold me a 31000$ car for almost a 40K. Numbers discussed were different and the numbers on papers are different. The sales guy mentioned they cannot disclose the buyout value at the end of the lease but while signing the docs i see the buy out value was mentioned. The sales guy started negotiating me on the price much higher than what was posted online. Upon showing the online price then the negotiation was with the internet price. They call me asking for a feedback and say they are connecting to sales team but no body answers. For a new car on lease they added services charges on my monthly payments.

While we are very happy with the actual car we purchased, our experience with the sale itself and some follow up interactions are less than OK.At the time we purchased our CRV Klein was advertising 0% financing on select vehicles. The specific picture displayed with the add was the exact same car we purchased. When it came time to sign the paperwork they said the interest rate would be something like 1.5 or 2%. When we questioned why it was not 0 they said the special did not apply for the CRV. If it had not been for the additional warranty Klein provides we would have walked out at that point, but we knew we were paying the car off early anyway. It should have been a sign though.Not long after the sale we reached out to them multiple times to cancel the gap insurance, had to leave a message each time requesting it be canceled. We even contacted Honda Finance who said the dealer manages the gap insurance. Eventually we did find out it could take up to 6 weeks to complete. 6 weeks later, no change, the cost of the coverage was still being assessed. So, called again and had to yet again leave a message. In the end, after multiple calls each time, we finally received a call back and the gap coverage was canceled and some money refunded to us.We fully expect to buy another Honda, but it will not be from Klein.

If youre trading in your car or buying a car for the first time, steer clear of this dealership. Not only do they offer the worst trade-in offers in the business, but they dont even honor the trade-in values listed on their website. Furthermore, they attempt to add on as many bogus fees as possible, and unless youve bought a car before, you will fall for their false reasoning. Whats really disappointing is that this dealership used to be one of the best on the West Coast--Ive bought cars from them in the past. But now, theyre potentially the worst dealership on the West Coast. So avoid them at all costs, and try some of the other Honda dealerships in the Seattle area.

I found a car posted by Klein Honda on cars.com and emailed them on a Thursday to set up a viewing appointment on the following Sunday. An employee named T*** answered via email and confirmed to meet on Sunday, saying I should ask for her when I arrived. Over the course of the next three days I received clunky emails from a different sales assistant asking me if I wanted to schedule a test drive...turned out it was a robot but created quite a bit of confusion when contradicting what T*** had said. I drove 45 minutes to the appointment on Sunday to arrive and learn that not only was Tiffany not working that day, but the car had already been sold. I understand that cars are first come first serve, but if someone has set up a viewing appointment and is seriously interested in purchasing a car, a decent business should alert that person if another has expressed interest. The fact that T*** set up an appointment on a day she wasnt working, and did not alert me to the fact that the car I was coming to view had been sold was deeply frustrating. To add insult to injury, I had another robot email sent the day after giving me more information on the vehicle I had wanted to buy but was already sold. This dealership has some major communication issues to overcome and can improve on professionalism. If you are interested in a car here, you better go in in person immediately. I drove up the road to the used Toyota dealership and was treated 10x better, despite not walking away with a car.

My keys were stolen out of a rental car on a trip to Portland, so I called Klein Honda when I got back from my trip and set up an appointment for 4:30 PM the next day to get the a new key fob programmed to my car. They didnt have any available appts yet they still said they would squeeze me in. However, the tow truck was over 30 minutes late and I didnt get the car there until around 5:15. Despite it being an hour long appointment and them closing in less than an hour, they still took the time to get my fob programmed and get me on my way. 10/10, will give them my business again.

I went there to lease a Honda and had a very bad experience with them. I would rate them with a zero if I could. They advertise deals on their website that don’t have. Manager of sales specialist Lauren does not have manners at all, he was very rude and disrespectful. He was forcing me to do business with them as if they were the only Honda dealership on planet Earth. He was also making unacceptable comments assuming I was not ready to lease the car. Seeing their behavior, I could assure they don’t care about loosing customers, but they lost a customer on me yesterday. I will never come back to this dealership. I am not looking for apologies and don’t even want them to contact me, I’m just writing this review to make people aware of how unprofessional the staff at this dealership is. I ended up leasing my Honda at Lynwood Honda where I found way better deal and was treated as a customer deserves. I would recommend to everyone to go to Lynnwood Honda instead of going to Klein Honda.

We typically avoid dealerships like the plague and dont like handing keys over for service anywhere, for anything. However when it came to the 105k service interval, we did part of the job, but didnt quite feel like finishing it all by doing the timing belt or valves on our 2017 vehicle. So did some shopping around and decided Klein was going to be our shop of choice. It was important to use OEM parts were to be used and the quoted price would be competitive on the current market. Our service advisor Jonathan was helpful and was able to quote us for exactly our requested service. He did not try upselling anything or try to push other services beyond what I was requesting on the phone. He was professional. When we took the vehicle in, it was not washed as per request, parts were saved upon request, and valve conditions were noted as per request. Additionally, our tech, William, showed attention to detail despite us never meeting him. The returned parts were not just thrown into a box, but they were re-packaged neatly and the belts were even zip tied up as to not be loose. The zip ties were even trimmed on the replaced parts. All in all, this was a good experience and will go back again if there is a major service item that we dont feel like doing ourselves. I feel like they took care of the truck as meticulously as we would have on our own. One last note was that when waiting for service, none of the service advisors were attempting to upsell customers in person or on the phone with excessive services that may or may not be needed. Straight to the point, no BS. Worth the drive.

The salesman I worked with was pleasant, but the sales Director Mark was pretty shark like. He was very friendly until I refused all of the add-on services and extended warranties. He was never rude, but his demeanor changed suddenly once I refused for the final time. I felt significant pressure from him to get their aftermarket goods/services as he would get a commission I assume.Also, their detailing crew left a bit to be desired. I wiped down the interior after I got home (just the hard surfaces) and was disappointed to see my rag yellow with grime that wasn’t cleaned before the sale. The car also smells lightly of smoke, but I didn’t notice until I returned home. Wish they were upfront about that.If I chose to buy from them again, I would have different expectations and would ask more questions. I would also have wanted a better deal if I’d know what I had signed up for…

Had a really great experience buying my first new(er) car yesterday. Austin helped us and was very knowledgeable about the car and just an easy going guy. Mark, in the finance department, was helpful in explaining all the warranties and other options to make sure my car would be well covered (bumper to bumper) for the next 7 years / 100,000 miles for a used car! Also, after they couldn’t find the second key fob, they said they would order another one and add it to the “We-owe” which is top notch customer service IMO. Extremely unprofessional sales team. They were rude and unhelpful. Refused to share a quote because the sales manager thought that I would use it to get a better price elsewhere. I wanted to compare vs the other offers I had. As a customer I have the right to decide what is best for me. If they are scared about their price not being competitive, then I would recommend everyone to avoid this place and shop around. The price match policy fine print makes it irrelevant in this environment, so dont fall for that trick. There are many more things that went wrong with my experience with this place, the bottomline, if you want a Honda vehicle, you are much better at the dealership in Lynnwood.

Do not use service from klein Honda.I ask replace one O2 sensor in my honda pilot 2007. After they check light and they quote $720. O2 sensor cost $125 in market and honda O2 sensor cost is around $250. It will be one hour job. They just suckup my money. I went to other auto repair shop. It total cost $225.Klein honda, please honest to customer.

Took my 2017 Pilot with 47k in for a transmission issue. Had $550 worth of services done. The day after I picked it up, same issues. Took it back, got a loaner car. Never heard from them for over 3 weeks. When I finally did hear from Gary, he threatened to have my car impounded because he couldnt keep it there for 30 days. He said hed called me several times and my car had been ready for me since the 9th (the day I dropped it off). My phone records show the only call I received from him/Klein was when he was suggesting the $550 of services. He couldnt believe that I hadnt contacted them to inquire about what was going on with my car. I thought theyd call me as soon as it was done, as thats standard business practice. Did I think it was strange I hadnt heard from them? Yes! However, Gary told me when I dropped it off that in order for it to be covered under warranty, they would have to drive it, duplicate the issue and it could take a while. How long is a while? I asked for a printout of what was done. My husband was told theyd done the fluids and a software update. The printout shows that they couldnt duplicate the issue and doesnt show that they did anything. The next day at 5:55 p.m. the issue started AGAIN . I called the dealership knowing service closes at 6:00. No answer. I then called Garys cell phone and asked if I could drive there immediately since the dealership is open until 8:00 and a Klein Honda employee could witness the malfunction. He said, No, were closed, Im on Whidbey Island and actually, even if you brought it in and we witnessed it malfunction we cannot help you. We cant do anything for you until the check engine or transmission light comes on. I was in shock. I should drive a car with a malfunctioning transmission and wait for it to completely go? How is that safe? Would this be what Gary would ask his mother/wife/daughter to do? I found the TSB that I believe corresponds to the issue and offered to show it to Gary. He said, Thats not necessary, well figure it out. In the paperwork it did say they searched for a TSB and never found one. I searched YouTube and the Piloteers and I found it in a matter of minutes. I have video of my Pilot malfunctioning. Every time it occurs, I record it. Klein Honda Service has seen my video, they know it has an issue. Upset at the way Id been treated since day one, I called another Honda dealership. I asked if what Gary said about not being able to do anything for me until it throws a code or a light comes on is true and is standard procedure. I was told, that is definitely NOT the case and their dealership would be willing to help me. I will NEVER recommend Klein Honda to anyone!!! The day I dropped my car off, Gary told me to Calm down, its just a car, its under warranty and well take care of you. I beg to differ. Nothing could be further from the truth. Klein Honda Service will leave you high and dry. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

It came with life time warranty and oil change warranty.I never have to pay for oil change for any service.but today when i get herethey tried to charge me for oil change type Bwhich i never paid forand I tried to explain It was always covered both A and B. I never have to pay extra.they said to me Forget about history, today you have to payWhat kind of service was that.Becareful that they can change your condition anytime they want.horrible.

The TPMS light in my car had turned on but my tire pressure was actually just fine. I asked Klein to take a look at it while it was in for an oil change. I appreciated that the oil change was completed and they did an overall maintenance check, however, they didnt do anything about the TPMS light. Unfortunately, I didnt notice until I was home. So then I had to bring my car in on another day to yet again ask them to fix the TPMS light. They said it would cost $150 and take an hour. I was flabbergasted but felt like I didnt have a choice since I needed it fixed. More than an hour later, they called me up to say they reset it, it wouldnt cost me anything, and I had one tire that was low on air. As I drove home with the TPMS light off finally, the low tire indicator came on. Are you kidding me? You noticed that one of my tires was low and didnt bother to fill it?! Thats seriously poor service. A couple days later, the TPMS light turned on AGAIN! I call them up to try to get it fixed, but they tell me that it will cost $150 and no they cant fit me in today but they could get to it sometime tomorrow. Furious, I call the mechanic from my previous address. They suggest I take it to a tire center. I took my car to Les Schwab. No appointment, just walk in. They take a look, they troubleshoot the problem for 15-20, make sure all my tires are properly inflated, etc. Even though, they had never seen this problem before, they figured it out, got it fixed, and didnt charge me. I will never return to Klein Honda, but Les Schwab will definitely get my business in the future.

Gary in the service department is great to work with and very accommodating. I had to get a significant amount of work done on my Honda and he helped the process go smoothly. My car runs perfectly now and haven’t needed to return for the same issue. I was originally going to an independent mechanic, but now I will pay the extra dollar to get my work done at Klein Honda.

Came up on vacation with my wife from LA.. our crv needed an oil change and tires rotated ..had no appointment.. when we got there we were greeted by Kayler .. he was very courteous worked on our vehicle while we went out to eat ... came back in two hours and our crv was ready and with a basic car wash.. all for $70.00 with tax ...
