If you have a boat you will need a place with boating supplies. West marine is popular and half of the time they have what I need. Always friendly staff that seem to enjoy where they work

I love West Marine stores but have not had good luck with the Everett Marina location over the last year.

Helpful staff. Easy in and out even with the boat attached in the parking lot

Lots of great options, good sales, though customer service wasn’t great/friendly but I’ve only been here once so could’ve just been an off day.

This particular marine had very little and n stock relative to what they show on their website. Just call ahead of time and they can get it in the next day.

Had a very uncomfortable return experience here today. Had to return some expensive speakers that I bought at the Seattle store that didn’t fit my boat unfortunately. The associate here in Everett initially asked if I could return them to Seattle and made a remark about their sales numbers: “we were having a good numbers day until now”. I felt like I was being dissuaded from doing business at my closest west marine, even if it was a return. I’ve spent tons of money with them over the years and this felt like a slap in the face.In all honesty, this Everett store is a shell of its former self and you can barely ever find a thing you’re looking for. Today’s experience was kind of the final straw for me.I’d highly recommend anyone in the Everett Marina area visit Harbor Marine instead for their boating needs. They’ve treated me infinitely better and have much better selection and prices.

Found just what we needed.

I enjoy myself on the water front I enjoy the views of the water I can sit on a bench relaxing day dreams or I can go for a walk on a sidewalk and I like to saying my prayers and doing my meditations

Not the cheapest place but they always have what I need.

Was at west marine to exchange a faulty item I bought a couple weeks ago, I was disappointed to here the store policy was to charge me the difference in price from the sale price I paid to what the price is today. I just want to exchange this faulty item for one that is not. The manager said sorry it our policy, I dont make the policies. I have been a west marine customer for twenty years, have never had return issues before, I would not recomend doing business with the everett store.

I wanted to give it 4 and 1/2 Stars and they deduction was only because the prices are high but if you want to vote you already know that I guess I feel all boats are yachts Mega yachts the service was good but some of the information was lacking when I came looking for replacement items on the packaging

This is one of the best West Marine stores in the greater Seattle area. People there are friendly and eager to help. Beth – a lady who works there – is a very rare breed when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I wish West Marine would make her the head of employees customer service training program. I bet they will see the impact on revenue streams in a matter of weeks.

I called up and spoke to the young man and asked about the Vacu-flush fittings to PVC.Young man says, no problem yeah we got a bunch here.Drove the 15 miles, to go pick some up and he did not have one that Vacu-flush to PVC fitting.Not ONE.I think that’ll pretty much sum up my experience with West Marine of Everett Washington.

Went in for a fishfinder it wasnt in stock ungortunetly. But the guy who helped me did continue to show me a battery and charger combo for powering my fishfinder when I did get one. I came back for the battery and charger because of the help. I like to spend as local as possible. I will definitely be back.

A medium sized store, could be bigger with more stock. But as always a great marine store.

Wish there were a few more restraunts and marine shops around. But my slip is very close to the Sunday farmers market :)

Kinda like your typical West Marine, typical medium sized boating store inventory heavy on their brands but always a joy to empty my wallet here..The crew here has been great every time I have visited...the only issue I have is prices of marine use.products in general....all marine stores.....They dont use high pressure sales tactics like I have seen other West Marines do....its actually really laid back, never crowded, relaxing store to wander around browsing and figuring out which highly priced item is the least price gouge....as ALL marine products are priced so high above a fair retail price thatyou really have to look to figure out which one is the least marked up.West Systems for fiberglass work is a great product that really brought DIY fiberglass repeair to the messes, the industry standard in my opinion. and they price it like its made of precious metals..but its just an expensive commodity..but anyone whos owned a boat knows that while there are no pirates im US waters but Piracy is alive and well, the pirates just invested in marine product manufacturing, distribution, and SALES!! They no longer waste their time trying to rob you when they can just get you to happily give them their money by printing marine use on a bunch of common stainless steel items and sell it to us gullible weekend capts...lolThis place is convenient too, next door ti the south docks at the Port of Everett Marina....so I can carry the items i buy directly to my boat in less then 2 minutes

Pricey, but covers most boating needs, making it pretty vital if you boat.
