It is sad that BB&B in Everett, WA is closing down. I managed to snag some really nice shower curtains at 40% off.

This stores location is closing, and there is a everything must go sale. Not much is left other than the racks they sold stuff on. If youre looking for anything in particular dont waste your time. If you arent, then there might be some good stuff on clearance for gifts or stocky stuffers.

One of my favorite places to browse in. Kitchen, bedroom, bath, decor and more. Never boring. Pricing is okay, but leans more on the higher side as opposed to a bargain. Variety is very nice. Keep an eye out for the coupons. 🙂

Management has poor customer service skills. One guy is better than the other.. Greg is the worst. Daughter got two sheet sets for a graduation gift and a mattress pad. Unfortunately, she needed TwinXL not just twin.They were out of all 3 products, said we could even exchange, order them online, they were in stock. So we did even exchange at store/they ordered on-line. We knew something was wrong in the store, cause I ended up paying the difference. They werent listening.. The order just arrived, later than expected. We were told we would get updates...NO updates. Well, I just figured out why the cost difference. Its the wrong set of everything. All they say is you can bring back to the store and try again. Nope...

Shopped here ever since it opened. Sad to see its closing :(I did find a few great final buys at this location even though the store was nearly empty of merchandise

Horrible messy store with untrained staff and management with poor customer service. I purchased over $500 worth of window shades online and had incorrectly assumed the measurement of one window. Went to return one shade and reorder a new size with them, thinking the staff there would be more thorough and faster than me.Store was practically empty when I returned it and there was no line, yet it took 3 girls to figure out my return. They explained they could do my return at the register, but to reorder the correct size I would need to wait at the Wedding area. (Basically just a small room with a computer... I could’ve ordered it myself on my phone and it would’ve taken less time.) I waited in that area for someone to help me for about 5-10 minutes. Finally a guy comes out from the back office, who I believe is the manager. (He is.) He helps me while being a bit short with me as I explain to him I spent a lot of money on shades and I just made a small error with one size. He pulled up my order and didn’t want to hear my story. He copied and pasted the item and added the right size to my order. Thinking all was well, I went on about my day.A few days later what I receive is the correct shade and size, but WRONG COLOR??? He had ordered me my shade in GRAY instead of SNOW. I spent $500 and the manager had pulled up my exact order only to order my shade in a completely wrong color... how incompetent is that? Never going there again. If anything, BBB is just an online store. No wonder they’re closing a bunch of stores.

Looks like every other BB&B which is good in an area of dog eared stores. Friendly staff. The last few times Ive been in they want me to order out of stock things online. Shipping runs 4-7 business days which is long nowadays.

I went in to make a return for some items I bought online. Not only was the return a breeze, the woman who helped me (sorry I didnt get your name, because you were AWESOME!) Offered to order what I was returning for. So helpful and easy! This store is great and I will continue to shop here!

I loved it! It was my first time ever going into a bed bath & beyond. Staff was very helpful, the store was well lit and organized. I had a great time and will definitely be returning in the future!

I think they are having tough times right now, like a lot of other retailers. They are open (July 28th 2020) and mask are required. I wish them the very best.

Extremely friendly and helpful associates! Went the extra mile gladly to help me resolve a return issue. My new favorite location of this chain storefor sure. Also seem to have a better stock for items I prefer to use.

The store is dirty and not well stocked. Nice merchandise they used to sell no longer exists on the shelves. The employees are not the brightest bulbs. Once I went in there and they didnt know how to process a return so kept offering to give me a gift card. However I had paid with my VISA so I wanted the payment returned to me in the way it was received. Another time I shopped in there they said they could only accept cash... and ANOTHER time they didnt know how to process a gift card and had to call their 1-800 and read out the barcode over the phone to verify the balance... so sad. And aggravating to be stuck at the check stand when Im on my lunch break and need to get back to the office. I DEFINITELY wont be shopping there anymore. ALSO I bought a fish tank on their website and once I got it ... it was broke.. it looked like they never prepared it for shipping.... it wasnt padded inside the box.

Excellent store lay out and great customer service, plus a partner store so I make $ shopping here.

It was going out of business. The sale process were okay, but of course the items I bought were broken and I cannot return them. :(. I dont fully blame them, but with such little stock left they should be checking their dishes and other breakable kitchen utensils for defects and removing them from their shelves like they would before they were going out of business.

Got new bath mat on clearance rack. Lovely store.

A lot of great items from cookware and candles to most household needs. Sign up for the mailing list and receive occasional 20 percent off for one item coupons (secret hint: they honor the coupon even if its past its due date). They also have many seasonal items as well as a variety of Seahawks merchandise. Great place to shop for yourself or for gifts!

Good selection of products. Some are very inexpensive. The staff can help you recover 20% off coupons.

Absolutely no help on the floor. Their selection of bedspreads and quilts was minimal, focused more towards college dorms than a house. I left without purchasing anything.

I wont go into detail about the issue in had.But, I called them up within an hour of them closing for the night. After explaining the issue, I went in to talk to them.They were very much helpful in resolving my issue, and I will be coming back here indefinatly. They were very friendly and professional in ways I wish all business conducted themselves. Thank you!

Just got off the phone with the kitchen department I didn’t catch her name but the lady working was awesome! She was able to get me a part for my artisan KitchenAid mixer got me a 20% discount and got free shipping to my house! Saved time money and gas! I will be shopping here again! The bald guy stocking in the kitchen area was really rude to me when I asked him to look up certain jars that I saw online. He said nothing and walked away when I said tha k you. At the register I told the cashier and she called the manager Greg. He did not seem to care much and did not respond appropriately.

I cant say much about service and people helping you out because when I go there I usually know what Im looking for but they have every damn thing I could ever want its like the mega of kitchen supplies and then the best blankets and pillows you could ever by not really sure about the price cuz I didnt pay attention I just saw a blanket and pillow I really wanted and got them and its the best ones I bought

Bed Bath and Beyond is a great store, nice variety of quality products, good prices and customers service.

A quick trip for a skillet but they were way better stocked and offered a better selection than Walmart, Fred Meyer or Target. We did purchase a skillet . Its a clean store .

The prices are a bit ridiculous, went looking for a juicer found one for 250$ or so, 😳 walmart, best buy, and sears all had comparable models for under 100$ 🤷🏿‍♂️ other than that its a nice store lol

This store is horrible. 2nd time in two months I have gone there to purchase something and shelf says one thing but rings up another. Question asked why? Walk back to where item(s) are shelved and answer is: Oh.......blahblahblah. It means this! How am I, as a customer, supposed to know there is another meaning other than the one stated? Well, whoever made this sign did a bad job. No kidding, but it wasnt me, the customer. Shoulders shrugged by employee......nope, AVOID.

This store is set up pretty nice and there is a good selection of items here.

Read sales ad carefully, I was overcharged because of their confusing fine print! When I asked for partial refund the sales clerk didnt even see it and was going to give me price difference until she didnt know how too and called manager for help. I will not return!
