Wade helped me out. He was absolutely awesome. Very informative and helpful. I’m new to the sport so he gave me some valuable advice and helped me find all the stuff I’d need to get started. I can totally feel the passion all these guys have for the sport and I talked with everyone. Everyone there is so willing to help and give advice and show me products that they think would be a good fit. I’ve been looking for a bike for a while and I’m glad I came to this store. They don’t seem like a bunch of co workers, I felt like I was being helped by an inviting, close nit family. I will definitely return and I will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family.

They have products but shame you the entire time you shop if you dont buy their over priced bikes. Seems like they would want sales but when retail sales staff talk down to me its like a McDonalds employee acting superior. Kinda sick and Ill take my money to a shop that deserves my business.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Listened to what I was looking for, provided good info and matched a bike to my needs. Didn’t try to up-sell or pressure me in any way, tuned bike up and explained that I could come back anytime for 6 months for adjustments at no charge.

The crew at Bicycle Centres have always been attentive and proactive with our cycling needs and questions. We cycled the Northern Tier of the United States this summer and they supported us before, during, and after the trip. Great group!

BCenters had the best inventory and the best line of bikes in the industry. The Silver Lake shop searched other stores for a Giant Cypress, in medium, and the Everett store had one. I went in quickly and test rode the bike. Decided to purchase and I upgraded tires and they added my pedals for my cleated shoes, and all labor was included for free! They even strapped on the new rear light I purchased for zip. Really good folks...give them a try.

The guys helped me find the perfect fitting bike! Even though it took me a few hours to figure out they built the perfect bike! I was able to ride two bikes side to side TWICE to compare them directly. First I rode a medium but thought I’d like a small better, then he put me on a small bike to see if The small was the right fit. Then I wanted to test out the hill climb on the lowest level between a nl1x9 and 2x7. They allowed me the luxury of doing this too! This was so helpful in deciding which bike was right for me.They made me feel like part of the team. As a Joey to mountain biking they took me under their wing and showed me many tricks to the trade.

Awesome place, kinda pushy salesmen on Fridays at least, but overall amazing place.

Had some issues on the PCT with a recently rebuilt ankle and decided to get on a bike instead. Called them as I left the trail and said I was looking for a bike. They said they only had one mountian bike of my specifics, in my size, but it needed to be built up. Maybe a few days wait they said, but I got a notification later that day that it was ready for pickup. The next day after I left the trail I was on a bike. I rode it from Everett to New York and didnt adjust a single thing, not even the seat, didnt take it to a bike shop ever, or replace a single part. Deserving of 5 stars.

Aaron and Aron were so helpful. As a 60 year old woman who is just getting back into casual bike riding, I was hesitant but they were patient and kind. The shop is much bigger than others I had visited which made it easy to distance from the other shoppers. The men putting together bikes were friendly. Its nice to do business where everyone seems to enjoy their job.

I purchased a bike for my Son from this store years ago it turns out I actually selected the wrong model and this bike had a plethora of issues. A month after the purchase I brought the bike back which was supposedly under warranty?.? At that time I was unable to procure my original receipt and the shop had no record of the sale? (they assumed I was being untruthful and suggested I must have bought it elsewhere) The bike had a stripped out gooseneck from the builder cross threading the bolts and the front sprocket was slightly bent. They happily sent us out the door confused and upset. I ended up finding my receipt a year later and showed the store misspelled my name and had input an incorrect address probably why they couldnt find a record of the purchase even though the bike was limited edition?.I recently came across this receipt again and felt compelled to share my terrible experience!! I wont buy here or recommend bicycle centres of everett or any affiliate.

All three employees were eager to help and very polite. Im not a bicycle expert by any means, but they werent condescending or pretentious (which is something Ive found at other bike shops). The store is large, spacious, and well stocked. Looking forward to going back for more supplies and advice.

I love the quality of the products that they have. I recently purchased a Contend AR and went on a bike ride. While I was 2 miles into my ride, my derailer misaligned. Thankfully I was close to the Bicycle Centres of Everett. I was able to make my way there and they were able to get me in and out in 10-15 minutes! I highly recommend this store!

The guys in Everett are just rock stars. Im new to mountain biking and they are happy willing and eager to help me learn about biking and so helpful with my new bike. Its nice to feel like a super important customer. Theyre generous with their time and knowledge.

I took my trek bike that I got about 10 years ago in for a tune up. It cost 216 bucks all in. They really did a great job. They replaced the inner tubes, the handles, a bunch of the cables and brake pads. The bike runs like new. The only reason I didn’t give 5 is because it sure did cost a pretty penny! I actually had 2 other bikes I took in. One was a bike we got at wal mart probably 15 years ago and the estimate on that was $265. It was a Mongoose. The bike itself cost $200 so I just dropped that off at Goodwill. The other bike estimate was $200 and that bike was called a Diamondback. I’m pretty sure we got that at Wal Mart too for $200. So we just took that right on over to Goodwill too. The Trek bike is worth a little more so we figured it was worth the $216 to fix that one. We obviously don’t ride that much so we can pick up some bikes at Costco for $200 right now. I took the bike for a ride and it was awesome. This team does a great job and they really know what they are doing. Frankly, let’s face it, we would probably ride more if we had some quality bikes in the first place. So if you really are reading this, you might want to buy a bike that will last you for twenty years and just bite the bullet so you don’t find yourself in the same spot. All the best.

I purchased a bike for my wife at the Snohomish store and she wanted to try a smaller size. We came to the Everett store and they were very helpful. The employees offered to trim the seat post for us, and then helped fit my wife for a new helmet, and installed a new saddle for us. All of the work was very quick and they seemed happy to help!

I appreciate everything the guys in Everett did to resolve some ongoing issues with a new Marlin 5 I purchased there. It took a few attempts, but they were persistent and always willing to help. They eventually ended up replacing the crank, no charge, and the bike now works great. I no longer experience issues shifting whatsoever. The bike moves through gears quickly and cleanly which i expect will keep me from losing my chain regularly like I was. Its a night and day difference. Thank you!

I experienced a professional and quality products and services with Bicycle Centers Of Everett.

I worked with Aron at BCE this past weekend- I brought my Diverge in to have tubeless GravelKings installed and to ask about changing to a shorter stem to improve my bike fit and about changing to a cassette with different gearing than my default 11-34 in preparation for the gravel riding I am planning. Aron not only completed the work by Sunday, a day or so earlier than I was told to expect over the phone, but the changes are exactly what I wanted. The new tubeless tires feel great, the stem change has my bike carving the corners with more dexterity than the 7x110 stem, and the new cassette is shifting flawlessly and gives me the lower gears I was looking for to handle more challenging climbs. I cannot wait to get it out into the mountains on forest service roads. Arons information was accurate and his work was flawless. Im glad I contacted BCE to get this done.

I’m a complete newbie to the bike world and had absolutely no idea what to think walking in. With the weather getting so nice I wanted something to go explore the outdoors. Wes was amazing! He was very personable and knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions, as novice as they were. The crew at the Everett location were absolutely amazing. Went in near closing time the night before a vacation trip with a flat tire and they were kind enough to take care of it right away after they out that I couldn’t pick it up the next day. They even replaced the tires on our 2nd bicycle. I have not received such excellent customer service in a long time. The Everett team there has earned my loyalty for saving our vacation trip!

It was very easy to bring my bike in for a gear shifting tune up. Tech put it on the stand before I left to give me a solid estimate of the work that needed to be done.Got a call a couple days later that it was done. Pickup was easy as well and the bike has never shifting so cleanly! The work even came to less than the amount on the estimate. Super happy to be back out riding again!

Called this morning to order a Trek Bike, however, the guy who picked up (didnt tell me his name) told me that I have to give $40 extra as they paid Trek $40 extra for shipping. Upon querying about their services he said they only provide 6 months of basic services. When I asked if there is a return policy he asked me if this was a birthday gift, and then told me I could return in 15 days but I should know what I am buying. I told them Trek stores offered one tuneup, year of services, lifetime warranty and 30 day return policy, he told me to go shop it from Trek. It was pretty rude of him.

Absolutely hands down the best bike shop ever! They have awesome and nice people who work there.If you want to buy a bike or get your bike serviced absolutely go to them they do an amazing job. I went there to get a weird noise in my bike to get fixed and I got my wheels trued. When I came back they did not just true the wheels they did a solid bolt check and greased the bolts to get rid of the noise. Absolutely my favorite bike shop. they will the bike shop that I will go to when I need them.

When I walked in, no one greeted me. When I brought my bike up to the counter, the person asking about it wouldnt even look me in the eye. Not only that but upon making my purchase, the person at the other counter dropped my NEW Bianchi Bicycle. Without even saying anything but, Oh was that yours?.. . NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY OR ANYTHING. The owner & manager even said You good to the employee. The only thing that made this experience somewhat okay is that one employee came up to me during my whole time there to ask if I needed help picking out what helmet to buy. If it wasnt needing a helmet for that days bike ride I wouldve gladly brought my money elsewhere. Please give the older person at the register with glasses a raise. He actually cares about people and works harder than everyone else there..

They listened to what type of bike I was looking for, and they offered up a variety of choices all within my price range. I was most impressed in that they didnt try and up-sell me. They offered up all the different features of all the bikes and gave me recommendations but never throughout the process did I feel they were trying to pressure me into buying a more expensive model. The buying experience was enjoyable and Im very satisfied with the bike that I purchased. I will definitely go back when Im ready to purchase my next bike.

I had a 4 patch flat rear tire on my commute to South Paine Field riding my Verve II Disc. When I stopped in at the Everett Evergreen Way Bicycle Centre to replenish my tube patching supplies the guys recommended bike tire liners which for my bike cost $16 and gave me all the information I needed to put them in. They are under test everyday in the Everett bike lanes so I will be reporting back on how well they work! My Verve tires are darn tough anyway but this will give them another level of protection.

I rode a lot of different models before buying my ebike, I am mostly happy with it but am a little uncertain how far I could ride on a charge. I have ridden 30+ miles with some steep hills and only used about half a charge. I would be comfortable to ride 50 miles but would wont to know it would be mostly flat to the end. And it seem that how aggressive I ride has a strong influence on how far I could ride on a charge. More insight would be helpful.

This was was my first time ever at a bike store. I purchased a Cannondale off of offer up and it was in need of some cosmetic pieces. I wish I would’ve gotten the gentleman’s name, but he was so sweet and helpful. He assessed the bike, filled the air with tires, made sure everything was properly aligned and bolted, and more. I didn’t even purchase my bike there but he went above and beyond to help me tune everything up. I did purchase a helmet and mirror there. I am so excited to ride my bike!!! They had a great selection of bikes and a helpful staff. My experience from start to finish was positive and I found the bike I wanted easily. Aron assisted us and he was a great help and very knowledge on all their products.

I brought a set of wheels here after building them for some fine tuning and the did an excellent job on a timely manner. The price was also very competitive. I will be coming back for more parts and service in the future.

The team at Bicycle Center is the best in the business. I’ve purchased over 10 bikes in the last 10 years off from them with the same high-quality customer experience. The product selection is excellent and it’s only surpassed by the quality of the team there. Whenever I have a friend looking for a bike, I always take them there and they’ve all had the same experience that I have. Nothing beats having a local bike shop but you can count on to be there whenever you need them.

Honestly the best place to get a quality bike, my sister and me went there to buy my baby brother his first hard tail. We surprized him with a Trek Roscoe 7, he though he was in there to get a low end GT. The staff was super nice, the place has a very nice/chill vibe that I love... I would recommend this place highly to anyone looking to get a bike that they will enjoy for years to come.

In recent weeks, due to nationwide supply interruption, I was finding it extremely challenging locating the exact mountain bike I was shopping for.I had originally found myself in the Silverlake Bicycle Centres location. That location did not have what I was searching for but took the time (they were swamped with SAT morning services / sales) to call over to the Everett location.There was hope, they had a few in stock. I drove straight there. In that time one had already sold but the Everett staff offered to build the other two for me to sample. Again, all this while they were swamped with service / sales on a busy SAT.I received a text / e-mail a short while later that the build was complete. I rushed back down and happily picked up my new GIANT TALON 3.Thank you again for turning a stressful search into a great purchase experience.

This is our second purchase at Bicycle Centres of Everett. Both times we were lucky enough to have Steven helping us. Steven is super knowledgeable & did a great job of working within our budget. He helped my 14 year old pick out a bike, discussed the different types & options and even discussed the alternate colors the bikes came in. Went the extra mile and showed him how the mechanics of the gears work & how to speed shift. Awesome, no pressure experience!
