I came here a few years ago to get my second tattoo. My artist, Joe I think, was very professional and patient with me, considering I kept readjusting myself. The tattoo is still really clear and readable. Planning on coming back for more tattoos. 10/10 would recommend.

No piercing after care instructions. No waiver signed. No questions about allergies to certain metals. Didnt ask about jewelry preference. Asked for a count down because I have have an issue with needles, he said no. Very clean. Piercing done correctly . Piercer just didnt seem to give a damn. I do not understand how this is one of the best.

I told them the placement was wrong and caused a lot of pain. So I called them and asked if they can redo them and they said of course. He was very sweet and went easy on me. Made sure everything was perfect. Very professional!Edit: My ear are curved so I dont blame them.

My daughter wanted her septum piercing and with the whole Covid-19 going on it was a task to find somewhere to go. I was treated very poorly over the phone by another establishment and I have to say I am happy I was because even though it was a bit of a hike to get up to Ma-Zel it was worth it! She was super happy with her experience, she wanted to get both her septum and side of her nose done and rather than risk a potential infection in one was suggested to get one now and come back again once one was healed! We could have left with 2 piercings, a potential infection and less money but instead we left with an extremely happy teenager, one piercing in her, an unexpected piercing in Mom and a repeat customer for sure! Thank you so much for a great experience, we will be back again for sure! You have definitely earned our business for sure! 🙂

The employees were nice to me and my mom, I got my septum pierced and its healing niceless. One worker was very funny and made me feel less nervous about the experience as well since it was my first time being pierced. I think also they price reasonable well, I seen complaints about overcharge, but 65 dollars is fairly reasonable especially if they are including a piercing from thier own shop. Overall Im super satisfied with my piercing.

I went here to get a nose piercing and he marked it in the worst spot, when I told him it was too high up he would not move it for me. It was also overpriced. My sister and cousin wanted septum piercings and he said it was not possible and tried convincing them not to get it. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back. Would rate it negative stars if I could. I do not know who my piercer was

I got my nipples pierced yesterday by Anthony. He was the best. He explained everything to me, very articulate in making sure the piercing were perfectly straight. {checked and double checked} He kept a good report to make me very comfortable. He explained and gave me a written instructions of the aftercare to me and made sure I truly understood.That same night I tried to wear my sports bra to bed but they were aggravating my nipples. I reached out to him and he gave me further instructions which I appreciated.. I would definitely recommend Anthony to have your piercings done.

Went in for a tragus and cartilage piercing and am pleased with the experience. The place is cash only, so just a heads up there. Had to go to the bank across the street but they advised me right away and where I could go so was able to do that before the piercing. Joe was amicable and informative, answering all my questions very knowledgeably. I didnt get any paper care instructions but thats easy enough to find online and isnt a problem.

Wow! I just called as a hopeful client and the person who answered hung up on me! When I called back, in the most unapologetic voice ever, he explained that I sounded computerized and he thought it was a fake call. Never once said sorry though, nothing even remotely close.... I then explained that what I was “welcome back, how are you?” His response which of course was said dryly and rudely: “Why would I have been gone?” Had to explain to this genius that I thought the shop would have closed in response to Covid so I was kindly welcoming back their business... Disgusted, I quickly advised him that he just lost me as a potential client. Screw talent; if you don’t have class nor any interpersonal skills, I will not frequent your business, nor recommend it! Smdh......

I’m VERY disappointed Anthony not longer works here. As he was great, informative and reasonably priced. But now the guy doing the piercings wanted $75 for a face dermal! I went to the mall & I had it done for $45...then I needed to have a dermal removed & he wanted $50 so I returned to the mall & had it taken out for $15...I’ll also add he stated he charged that much because he uses titanium but Square One does as well...

Joe did a tattoo on my forearm, he did such a good job that now he is working on my leg. Getting a tattoo around my calve. He is doing an amazing job. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get tatted. Great job good prices. Very professional.

I got my ears done and they didnt let me pick the placement. I felt extremely rushed and I have to go else where to get my ears fixed. The placement is horrible and I wasted my money.

Got my Medusa done here and the piercer gave me a too small bar ! My lip grew over the back piece completely, after 2 months it was still the same. I called them and told them and they said “well if you want a longer bar you can come in and buy one and we will change it for you “ I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistake ! I am not new to piercings, they are supposed to give you a long bar for swelling to start off with ! Never going here again !!!

Great service for a personal piece

Hey all, just wanted to take moment and share how excited I am to start Body Piercing at the studio. Yes we will miss our piercer. We have big changes coming though to better serve you. Such as internally threaded jewelry, titanium for micro dermal implants, cubic zirconia studs for regular ear lobe piercings . Just to name a few, also in the near future an expansion of jewelry for sale.

Really nice and welcoming people when I went to get my nose pierced. Only downside was that I realized I didn’t get any info until after I left. I had to google how to clean it myself and I honestly don’t even know what type of metal the ring is. Basically just walked in, signed papers, got pierced, and left.

Can’t say enough good thing about the piercer here. I have a few piercings and this is the first one to go the extra mile and follow up just to check in on my healing process. Completely unexpected but extremely appreciated. I’ll definitely be back for any future piercings.

Anthony did my nose piercing he was amazing!!! Really chill and professional, had conversations with me while doing it which really eased my nerves. So quick is was almost painless, would recommend!

I got nipple piercings there not to long ago and the piercer was very nice very professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with a man piercing such a sensitive part of a female anatomy. Both of the men working were absolutely amazing and so catering! I was so nervous to get my lip pierced but Anthony made the experience so calm for me. I even got a bit light headed afterwards and he got me a soda and put cold water on my face. Truly both amazing men and it was such a pleasure

Anthony pierced my lip for me, and it was the best piercing experience I’ve had to date! He was very informative, clean, made sure I was comfortable, and reassured me about 500 times that I wasn’t going to sput out my piercing by accident. I can’t wait to go back and get more done from him!

I’ve had piercings done by Anthony before and I refuse to go anywhere else. I got the anxiety piercing in my ear and instantly when he put the needle in my ear I felt a sigh of relief. It took 2 minutes and I absolutely love it. And there was a deal on the piercing which made it even better. Anthony you’re aamazing !!!

I went to get my lip pierced and the guy did it with a bar that was way too small. My skin started growing over it and I tried multiple different times to call and they never pick up or respond to voicemails. I had to get the bar changed elsewhere and after the swelling went down I discover that he didnt even center it..it looks like a little kid pierced my lip.

I did a walk-in for a septum piercing with Anthony and he was a great guy. Got me everything needed to keep the piercing clean and was just an all around helpful person.

Vic was awesome. Did an AMAZING job on my Kuriboh tattoo. Definitely will be going back here in the future.

Id give 0 if I could for Victor. I went in for a portrait and he swore he was great with them and what was supposed to be my grandmothers portrait looks heinous. I cannot tell you how many times Ive been asked who the dude is on my arm or if its Harry Potter.I would never go there nor recommend this shop to anyone.I wish I could post pictures of it on here.Replying to your response: I have NEVER been back to your shop, nor NOT ONCE said I like it and I recently was back around from being away so yeah I just posted it. As I said I didnt remember the shop, since like I said, I never went back. And it was done may 2013.. Not two years ago.I havent had ANY work by you nor have I ever gone back to the shop so stop lying. The portraits horrible. I had my nose pierced by Anthony at Ma-zel, and it was a great experience! Anthony was professional and friendly, reassuring and confident. Everything was sterile and safe, and I would definitely recommend Ma-zel to anyone looking for a piercing!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! I went in for a simple jewelry change and instead I ended up getting my tragus pierced. The guy was who did it was great (his name is Anthony by the way) he marked me showed me where it would be and I said ok because I have a tiny tragus but he nailed it. I will always come here for piercings and I think Im going to get my first tattoo there also the artists had great portfolios. Plus they all were super nice and I felt at home.

I took my daughter to her nose pierced on February 4th 2019 at Ma-zel custom tattoo & piercing and Anthony Garro who is a professional body piercer here and he was extremely knowledgeable about piercing and the after care of it. He made her and myself feel extremely comfortable, she didnt cry or anything lol. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get pierced and your not sure where to go. Remember you get what you pay for and half the people that pierce at the mall arent even licenced, actually i went to one at the mall for only 1 of my many piercings and it was the only one that rejected so i would never go thru a mall store again..i believe i chose the best hands for her to be in with Anthony. Love everyone that works here...I have been coming here for over 10 yrs...Anthony who does the piercings is Great! You think its going to hurt But he does it so fast and accurately I never feel anything...Vic does the tattoos...his work is amazing & a sweet guy...and now they attached a vape shop....the person who usually runs the vape shop... he is very kind and knows a lot about Mods, juices, coils, etc..he takes his time & walks you through how to use your new device & will hook you up with whatever you are looking for and not charge you an arm and a leg like a lot of vape shops usually do....This place is in my opinion Highly recommended👍💪love my new inner ear piercing😁
