Only sell your dvds here if desperate. I sold mine without an offer up front figuring they would be fair. I gave them about 400 dvds some where blue rats with some sets. A lot of the moves are new movies from the last two years. The gave me a $106 dollars. Thats not even .50 a movie

Great selection! I can always find something and usually end buying more than I expect. Which is never a bad thing when it comes to books 😊

Store has a good selection of books at fair prices and helpful and polite employees. My only real gripe is that its sort of depressing. Im not sure if its the lighting or lack of ambiance but it needs a little help to make you actually want to shop there. Happy theres a book store at all though as this is one of the only ones left.

We love HPB. They have a great selection of gently used books from which to browse. They also carry new items that are great for gifts. Such a great store!

I took in about $200 worth of books to sell I thought I might get at least 25 to $30. Many of them were new and current books hardback. They wanted to give me $10. I took them to the Goodwill instead and I will never shop there again. And I have bought hundreds and hundreds of dollars of books there not no more though

Had fun with my youngest while waiting to sell back some boardgames and puzzles. They take almost any form of fun here.

Great store! Has a little bit of everything. Definitely an idea location for collectors looking for a decent surprise. Books, vintage game systems, Funko, board games, and records. Almost grabbed the Count Basie album but held off for work related literature.

I brought in a lot of books in good condition, complete volume sets took them 45mins with two employees to go through all of them 100 + books and all I got was $18.26. it is just not worth your time trying to sell your books to half price books

Great used book store! Very comprehensive stock of books of every kind, plus games, calendars journals, a kids section & gift type items. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, decent but somewhat limited inventory (I would imagine due in part to these crazy times). I found a few cute kids books, but was looking for some classics (Dr Seuss Green Eggs and Ham being one, the fish scales book and the kissing hand being a few others). They had one copy of Green Eggs and Ham on the shelf, looked like a yard sale reject. Still half price! No way! Went to Target, Dr Seuss hardcovers only $6! Score!I try to shop HPB first, and did find some good titles, but dont be afraid to look around.

This is a great book store. WIth an excellent selection of books on a variety of topics, all sold for much less than normal retail stores. Half Price Books is also a great place to pick up software, readers, calendars, vinyl, gifts, art project kits, collectible books, stationary and journals, and more. Staff member Joshua is very knowledgeable and  helpful. They didnt have the book I was looking for, he checked nearby Half Price Books, and called to make sure the book was in stock.

Great place for used (and some new) books of all genres. I was recently able to replace an old softcover cookbook, circa mid-70s, that had fallen apart with an almost-new-condition version for $8!

Half price books has always been a fun family destination. Whether the wife and I are looking to share some throwback cartoons not on any of the streaming services, looking for some retro console games (NES/Atari) or just a good new book. This is the place!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. If you go in and they dont have the title youre looking for, they willl check nearby Half Price Books for you, and call you when the book is in stock. I always check here for books before going anywhere else.

Store was pretty cool. Layout was simple and easy to navigate.Sadly no place for oil change and limited selection of manga. But thats okay.Still prices are great. Spent $25 on four books that are each that price elsewhere.

Always love going in to Half Price books.

Well run and very clean HPB location. A few customers didnt respect the single person in an alcove sign posted and that was frustrating but thats not on the staff that tried to do the right thing. At least everyone was properly masked and there were a few sanitation stations. The selection was decent except the foreign languages section for Japanese language learning. Didnt have learning books only books in Japanese . But it was nice none the less.

Great sales! Awesome comickbooks. One suggestion! Try to get more Ironman and Deadpool comickbooks!

I enjoy browsing through the hundreds of old and new books at Half Price Books in every category.I also like their section on old style vinyl LPs of over a hundred albums.Then they have music CDs, and movie DVDs, and Blu-ray discs too at great prices!

Great place to buy yourself books and to take books there for cash back,but they dont give you much unless you have a lot of books or a lot of stuff to sell to them.but great customer service,helpful and friendly.

Had a wonderful stock of the books I was looking for. Glad that they’re open despite everything with Covid. Tons of great deals to be had.

Half price books is an amazing bookstore. Anything from new releases, used books (almost always in great condition), a huge kid section, and assorted gift items. Every employee has been very informative and kind there as well. If you love books for a good deal, this is the store for you!

A fairly large bookstore, where the good selection, and good prices. I was able to find what I was looking for easily. Safe and friendly.

No books that excited me. I was also looking forward to little stocking stuffers and my selection to choose from was very slim. after being wrong up for about eight books the clerk suck them all in one bag and I asked for another bag which is $0.05 and she wouldnt give it to me I had to go all the way out to my car

I always love going in here. They have a great selection. They may not always have the exact book you are looking for but have plenty to choose from. I am especially glad that they now can look on thee computer to see if the books you want are in stock. I remember when they could only point you to the section and you had to go through them. Huge improvement.

Their books arent half price like they say. I went in, saw a book for $10 and gave the cashier $5, then they told me they need $5 more, like what? Why would you say its half off if its not? More like full price books. Also they have lots of books.

My favorite bookstore. If they dont have the book you need, they will order it for you. And at a better price.

I was in Everett on vacation from California & came into this location 3 different times & made $30+ purchases each time. I love this store in general but this location is huge. Friendly, helpful staff. Great COVID response. Good selection.

Was very disappointed they didnt have any actual comic books, just TPBs. Most other Half Price Books have the .25 cent bins to rummage through. Will not be back

This bookstore buys back your books, has unusual books for gifts, and even sells games for almost all game systems. It was a nice surprise and not just a boring book store.

You can find just about anything in this store. I love all the extra goodies they have too - cards, calendars, journals, and things for kids too. This location was fantastic at hosting my book signing. I would definitely go back.

This place is deadly! Not in the literal sense of your life is in peril, but more in the way of where did all my time and money go? If you are into totally random things, like me, this is the spot for you. Old PC and console games? Yup. Vinyl? Gotcha! Movies and Blurays? You bet. Oh, and books too! I kinda feel like that goes without saying...I mean it says it right there in the name.I swear they have some sort of time warp inside because I go in on Saturday looking for a cheap copy on one specific book and then before I know it it is Thursday and my boss is IMing me asking why I havent been to work all week.Love this place!

Always great there find anything from toys and video games to new and used books and movies they have best selection of childrens books and lots of car repair manuals you would pay $30 for at auto parts store and half price books there usually from $7-$15

Terrible place dont even by their own books back because they have them on the Shelf.

I love this place. Great place for a quick stop or a long browse. I always find something to take home. Decent selection and the staff is very nice. Great selection of music and games too. Anything you cant find can be found by the staff and ordered online for you from the Half Price Books website.

So many books for amazing prices! I dont give it 5 stars only because I like to go in and go out of book stores. I spend twice as long as I expect to because there are so many. Its a win/lose situation.
