I had to have a new transmission put into my GMC truck and Paul at the service desk kept me informed and updated with the schedule and quote. Costs were just what he said and no overages. I bought my 2019 GMC Duramax brand new from this dealership. Everytime i had service done they managed to damage my truck, dented my fender and drove mu truck through their car wash completly destroying my paint. They offered only to buff the bedside that had deep scratches. It cost me 1700$ to have my bedside repaired, and another 2800$ to have the Ceramic coating on my complete truck repaired and replaced. I would not recomend bringing your vehicle here if you care about the quality of your vehicle.

I recently wrote a pretty harsh review about my last experience at Clyde Revord Motors. While it was a frustrating experience originally I wanted to take a moment to thank the service technician that helped me out. His name is Kai and even after I wrote that review he opted to call me to discuss some of the things I was dissatisfied with. After a good discussion and a little more light shed on some of the issues that had taken place, I feel in a much more positive place writing this review. It takes a high level of professionalism to call someone that just wrote a hard review of the service they received. Kai did it regardless and Im grateful he did.

Weve consistently had great service. The mechanic that handed back our car stopped to show where and his take on the severity of found issues during a routine oil change appointment. Was pleasantly surprised by the car being returned with a fresh wash.Price was entirely appropriate given the inspection.When we do eventually replace one of our vehicles we hope to buy from here.

I had been researching the 2021 Buick Envisions and stopped by Clyde Revord to take a test drive. The salesmen, Tom and Drew, were extremely helpful in getting me into one right away, and did not pressure me to buy when the test drive was over. I took some time to think about it and called back to purchase from them. The entire team, including Odie, Derek, Matt, and Drew, were all very good about answering any questions I had. I also had a tight timeline in which to finalize the purchase, and they worked with my restrictions. This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had, and it was very much appreciated.

I am traveling from Wisconsin to WA and my Oil change was overdue and my DEF fluid was low as well. I came to the Dealership and I was positively impressed with the Service Advisor team. Well,It wasnt a very good experience. I scheduled an appointment for our first oil change and when I got there, I was told it would take an hour, It took over 21/2 hours. Thats unacceptable for a freaking oil change. Also, on the front page it said a 17 point (I think) inspection was done (see second sheet) I didnt get that. My tire pressure was low on two of the tires. Honestly if I didnt have two more free oil changes I probably wouldnt go to Clyde Revord.

I went in for an oil change and asked if Paul could listen for a squeak in my brakes that no one else seems to be able to hear. Or it doesnt do it when they are driving it as its sporadic. He looked on line and found out that others had the same issue and Cadillac had issued an updated brake shoe for my vehicle. He ordered the parts and will call me when they are in. And they got the oil change done sooner than anticipated!

The best dealership for repairs hands down. They don’t try to screw you over!! We had issues with our Terrain and they let us know we were still under warranty! I almost passed out. Cost us $0. They even fixed it same day with an already full schedule. Great great folks.

Came in to replace my pregnant wifes stolen car. Jason was my salesman and he was eager to get us in to check out the car and was nice enough while I was there. The car seemed like a good deal, so I made the purchase. Drove the car home and parked it for the night. The next day the check engine light came on. I called Jason to see if we could have the car checked out, I wasnt looking to get any money back or return the car as it was still driving fine, I was just hoping to get it checked out and if it was a simple fix maybe having them take care of it for us. Jason said he would talk with his boss and call me back. Never heard from him again. Called the next day and same story. Called the next day and asked for the manager, left him a voicemail and never heard from him. Im almost certain that the code was present when they serviced the car and probably just cleared the code...planned to come back when it was time to upgrade my car, but that wont be happening anymore....only positive thing is that the guy from financing was nice and not pushy about selling extras.

I drove up to the dealers drop off area, gave Kai my key fob, signed the work order, and 1 hour later my car was done. It doesnt get any easier than that. Because my vehicle only needed required/recommended servicing and because Kai said it should only take about an hour, I decided to wait in the waiting area which was spotless and had the furniture spaced apart for social distancing. I was very happy with my visit there.

I was happy with how quickly and easily the initial drop off and repair went. I did have to remind the dealer that the headline had water marks from the leak, so they had to go back and clean it. I think that should have been caught without me having to remind them. Unfortunately when I picked it up, I took a quick look since it was raining and I was on a quick schedule and didn’t to a detailed inspection. When I got home I noticed the weather stripping was hanging down on the passenger side rear window/headliner. I had to push it back on like it should have been. Then a few days later when it was sunny out, I noticed there were still some water marks/stains that should have been cleaned, along with additional dirt/grease marks on the headliner, that was obviously from the rear window replacement. Not super happy with the finished product and the probable hassle/cost it’ll be to have the headliner cleaned on my own dime.

Well my prior review wasn’t enough info for people seeking service.I brought my vehicle to this establishment for a check engine light on. After being told I had a knock in the engine, my rear drum brakes were worn and I had a busted exhaust manifold bolt.After getting a second opinion from another Chevy dealer close by. I was informed that the engine knock was not a knock but plugged cats. The rear drums are not worn because they are not rear drums they are disc brakes, weird! And the manifold bolt was indeed broken but not by it’s self, hmm..The check engine code was never resolved and the full inspection that up pay for was not performed properly. As well who ever the technician was that was in the vehicle was extremely sweaty and made my vehicle stink horribly of sour sweat.I would not recommend this establishment.I did go back to express my concerns to the management for the alleged work performed that I payed for.I was rudely told I was making it up and then the manager came out and told me he had already seen my review on google and felt that the only way to resolve this issue was to go separate ways and refund my money.Appreciative of the refund, scared for people looking for quality services.

I dont normally write reviews but the disrespect my wife and I were shown here was fairly shocking. I had submitted an inquiry online for a used Acadia and was promptly contacted by Jason the next day to schedule a time to come check it out for a test drive (this was a Friday). We made an appointment for 1:30 pm that Sunday. My wife and I made arrangements to have our 3-year-old son dropped off with family, applied for a preapproval with our local credit union, and on Sunday made the hour and a half drive to the dealership.Upon arrival we were notified that Jason was finishing up with another customer, but the representative knew that we were there to see the Acadia and offered to unlock it so we could get in and see the interior while we waited. Here’s where it goes sideways . . . a couple minutes later Jason came out and told us he had “good news and bad news.” Apparently, someone had come in off the street 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment and was allowed to test drive the car we had come to see (the car we were sitting in at that VERY MOMENT). They were running numbers and would “let us know.”We were kept hostage in that car for over half an hour (seriously, the alarm was armed in case we tried to get out), while they finalized the deal with the new buyer. Finally, we were kicked out and given confirmation that the deal was done and they didn’t have anything comparable but would “love to show us some other options.” Needless to say, at that point we had had enough.So, what are we left with? An entire wasted day, more miles on our trade-in, a hit on our credit report for the preapproval I went to the trouble of getting beforehand, and probably the worst customer service experience I had ever suffered. There might be an honest car dealership out there somewhere, but this definitely isn’t it.By the way, still waiting on that “good news,” Jason.

Had an extremely poor experience here, which shocked me considering that it has mostly positive reviews. I saw online they had a used ram with low miles that I wanted to check out. I went in to the lobby to schedule an appointment and the very nice individual at the desk said that they could see me now. He than asked for a salesman. I saw two salesman look at me and heard one of them say I don’t want to deal with that guy. This threw me off guard completely. I was wearing cargo shorts and a jacket, so I understand I wasn’t wearing a suit, but I own a home and could of bought the truck outright with my savings if I wanted too. With that in mind I consider myself blessed financially. Jason than one of the salesman reluctantly came over. I mentioned I was interested in purchasing one of their rams out there and wanted to see inside of it and schedule a test drive for next week when I brought in my trade in. He replied almost angrily that he couldn’t tell the value of my car unless I had brought it with me. I realized that in his mind I was wasting his time, so I mentioned a day of the week and tried to get out of their as fast as possible. Earlier in the day I have visited Good Chevrolet in Renton, Advantage Auto Direct and Larson Dodge Jeep Puyallup. I like to do my research obviously. At this point I am going to buy from either Good Chevrolet or Advantage Auto Direct. Buyer be warned I would stay far away from Clyde Revord Motors, and instead go to one of the dealerships I mentioned above.

Purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi. I had been shopping around online for about a month and Revord by far had the best prices for what I was looking for. Got a great deal and most the trucks had lower miles on them. Nathan was great to work with and I never felt pressured. Paul was great to work with and always returns calls, keeps me updated on any changes or schedule related items, and has a positive attitude. While we waited for another customer to complete their purchase ahead of us, Matt kept us engaged and enjoyed the variety of topics we discussed. One take away was not to eat McDonalds while driving. I have been looking for a Yukon on and off for a few years. After finally nailing down what I wanted, I began the search. I dealt with 2 other local and one not so local dealer and I either got the run around or absence of follow up. After discovering that Clyde Revord had just gotten in a 2021 Yukon Denali of the exact model I was looking for, I called and was immediately put through to Jason. He was fabulous from start to finish. By days end, I was driving the new rig home and he managed to get my older one into service the next day for a check up with his preferred service guy. Jennifer in finance was a hoot and extremely efficient and there was another sales guy on the floor named Jerry that was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. All in all, a 5 star experience and they will likely become my home dearlership. (we are GMC-less in Mount Vernon lol)

The staff at Revord went above and beyond to help us out. We drove up from Battle Ground (2.5 hours) because we found nothing locally (and had an unfortunate experience at another dealer). Dan and Jennifer stayed 2 hours after closing to help us close the deal and drive off in the vehicle we wanted. The entire time, even though it was Cinco de Mayo, Saturday, and late, their attitudes were fabulous. I would gladly make the drive again for our next purchase!

Took my Duramax into the dealership for 2 recalls and an LOF. Upon picking up my truck it was clear that my custom rear wheel had been damaged. At no point did the service manager or the owner ever except responsibility for this problem. Their agenda was to lose a customer rather than take care of the customer by replacing a 450 dollar wheel on a 70 thousand dollar truck. This business has not the first clue on what customer service means. Stay clear if you’re smart.

Just to give you an idea, I drove over 7 hours from Montana to purchase a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from these folks and I would do it again. Working through the details with Matt & Oddie before my visit was great and finalizing all the paperwork with Dereck in the end was stressless.
