Anyone I have ever worked with at the Everett Xfinity store has been really nice. But I especially want to give a thumbs up to Michael Jones. Not only was he kind but he was also energetic, personable & very helpful in finding the best plan for me for my budget & needs & offered great suggestions on options I didnt even think about. He made the experience very pleasant.

The staff at this location were very professional and friendly. I made a appointment to return my equipment and pick up new, different equipment and I was in and out in 10 mins. Everything was easy to install. Also earlier when I had called Xfinity (general customer service line) the customer service on the phone was also very helpful and I never waited on hold to speak to someone. Xfinity has really stepped their game up in the last year or two.

Husband lost his phone so we went in 15 mins before closing thinking it would be a simple sim card switch to another phone we already had. Instead over 2 hours later we walked out. Now they could have sent us home and told us to come back tomorrow, instead they stayed until everything was in order.

Went in to cancel my service within my first 30 days and the lady still charged my card that they make you put on file. The policy they told me when I first signed up and all over their website is if you cancel within the first 30 days you cancel it will be no charge and no penalties. I get it was a simple mistake to charge my card and they started the refund process but that money still came out of my account when it shouldn’t have. The staff might need some better training if they just go around charging everyone cards, especially without the clients permission. After my experience with the lady today I will not be going to xfinity again nor will I recommend.

When I went to Xfinity the Specialist Teresa helped my girlfriend and I get set up for high speed internet. She was super professional and helped us get the best deal for what we needed for our ne 1 bedroom apartment. She was super nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable as well. Thank you all for helping me!! The set up was so easy. Its all through the Xfinity app and the app guides you and sets up the WiFi for you! Super fast set and and super convenient. I was so happy to finally have amazing WI-FI in my apartment.

The employees here are taking Coronavirus precautions very seriously. We got a service ticket and waited in my truck. It took about ten minutes to be called and then maybe another ten to return equipment, fix a problem with my account, and pick up a free streaming device. It was the easiest Comcast experience Ive ever had!

Just came in and got internet would have switched my iPhone 11 from T-Mobile to xfinity if the woman at the front would have been more friendly tried to engage in a conversation about switching and she told me to read the board. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover just because I come in with paint on my shirt and some old Nike shoes doesn’t mean I don’t have money.

Just wanted to give a shoot out for Theresa Speer & Imma for their professional & knowledgeable support today. They did a great job of helping us with understanding the new mobile services offered. Easily walked us thru their plans -vs- our existing carriers plans, the potential savings, and new coverage. Highly recommend these folks, as well as xfinitys mobile services.

Ive come back to Xfinity after taking a break from them and their price gouging after a few years. I must admit they are trying too do better. Ill have to check my bill but so far so good. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service at the Xfinity store on Evergreen. They check you in outside due to Covid guidelines and the wait was minimum. The representative was very pleasant. Overall Ive been pleased. But as I stated let me check my bill first.

By far one of the better stores. I was able to pick up a wireless cable box for under 10.00 dollars. This allowed me to hook up my brothers smart tv with out having to be wired to a Jack in the bedroom. I only gave them four stars because I had to wait 20 minutes in my car before I was allowed into the store do to covid restrictions.

Very disappointed with the customer service at the Everett location. I would be happy to expand but Im sure space is limited. In short, 5 or 6 employees in the store with one customer inside. Made eye contact with several employees and none made an effort to acknowledge customers standing outside. Waiting for customer service or a supervisor to call me back.

They were practicing social distancing, which I appreciated. And they were quick. I had to switch out a modem that had failed. I mentioned I was wondering if my ethernet cord might be too old for the new modem. They gave me all new ethernet, coax cable and power cable along with the new modem. I was quite pleased this all happened and so quickly too.

Website would not let us make an appointment. Called and changed our service while arranging to pick up our new equipment and drop off our old at the store. Waited for 40 minutes for a 5 minute employee session that literally confirmed what we had done on the phone and grabbed our equipment.

Be prepared for serious CoVid protection well above and beyond reasonable expectations. Gentleman at the reception area was a bit rude and condescending. Seems many of us are just fed up with the insane restrictions and becoming rude to those of us needing their services. I got what I needed but dont relish the thought of going back.

Customer service was average they told me you was a 10 minute wait to enter the store which ended up being about 40 minutes. I went in the store to buy one thing only and of course they wouldnt talk about that and kept pushing me to buy an upgrade or a different service and wouldnt drop it and after I told him no multiple times they finally caved in and let me buy what I came for but besides that it was good

Normally we have good experiences in this store, but today was frustrating. We went in to upgrade our devices which we are currently eligible for and were told that because theyre currently sold out of the phone we want, we cant upgrade. While I understand that this is the Xfinity policy, the rep wasnt even willing to take our info and call us when a new shipment comes in. His best half-hearted attempt to help was to give us his business card and suggest that we call in periodically to see if the phones we want are available. It felt dismissive and like the minimum amount of effort. Hopefully we have better interactions again in the future.

Xfinity love you, but....lets get real. No one should ever have to wait over an hour to speak with a rep. This has been a problem for quite a while now. Funny once your a customer you wait forever. But brand new customers get superior front of the line service and deals. Im writing today about the wait and why you have enough space in the Everett, WA Evergreen Way location to put more Reps in and get rid of unused space. Customers dont want to wait, we want service.America is growing daily, you need to grow with it and lower your prices to loyal customers.Build more rep desks and get the customers moving. I visited the Everett store 3 times, due to wait times I left. We have enough to deal with....not much time in our lives to sit inside a Xfinity location for hours to speak to 1 of 6 reps.When you could have 2 times that amount of reps in there moving people in and out. We know why were visiting. But your hoping will buy something your selling. Just condense that area.More Reps please!

The staff was rude. When I came in, they asked for my name and put me on the waiting list. I waited for about 30 minutes and noticed that they were calling in customers who came in after me without an appointment. When I realized what was happening, I walked to the greeting person and asked her why I was still waiting. A manager was standing there next to her and told me to follow him to his office. His attitude was like I was a bother to him rather than a customer. I was always professional and polite with them. There were no reasons for them to treat me this poorly.

I went to this store looking for a better customer attention that you would get on the phone. My contract was about to expire and I wanted to renegotiate it. Had to wait about an hour and a half for a customer service representative. Coincidentally I sat very close to the store managers office in which he was helping customers and couldnt avoid to overhear their interaction. He was nice, polite and very easy going with them. When my turn came I coincidentally got the manager and surprisingly his mood changed immediately after he noticed Im Latina. I had previously been at this store and no one ever asked to see my ID to check my account (only my phone number which he asked for too.) I explained what I was looking for and he offered a new deal that included home phone service I declined the offer because Im honestly not interested in getting home phone service. He immediately got even more rude towards me. He then started to talk to me like I was being stupid for not taking the deal. I mentioned a promotion I saw online but I wanted to get a very good deal (with a perk) for being a loyal customer for three years already but he got an even bigger attitude! I was pissed with the situation and his rudeness, so I asked him about his supervisor and after giving me a speech about how he is the manager and he wanted to take care of me, he proceeded to give me a the deal I saw online with free HBO for 90 days, but acting very arrogant like he was doing me a favor of charity. He forgot that he has a job because of us paying customers! I felt discriminated against and humiliated. Horrible horrible customer service. Cant wait to leave Xfinity!!
