Yesterday, 6-Sept at their kiosk shop: Presented my LG G6 and advised battery drained fast (100%-75% within 30 minutes) and it would jump from 40% to 5% in just under 5 minutes then power down. Typical battery issue. The tech flipped through the settings then pointed out that the problem is I have low space available and that will cause this response. O_o he said because it is low storage there will not be enough memory. Errrmmm storage and memory are two different things. Also, storage does not affect battery life in this manner. Entirely incorrect.Took my phone back and politely departed. Went to another shop and an hour later I have a new battery in the device and it is operating smoothly again with awesome battery life.If this is representative of their technicians then I absolutely do not recommend this shop. Go elsewhere.

Got 2 phones repaired here. The gentleman who helped me did an awesome job and had the best prices around! He charged $50-100 dollars less for the phone repair and was able to do 2 phone repairs in 20 minutes! What an awesome repair shop! Very conveniently located within the mall, I was even able to visit the Arcade while I waited! Definitely will be coming back here!

I got my phone screen replaced today at Cellaxs and my experience was phenomenal! It was a Sunday so there were barely any other places open. But not only that, but the guy replaced it for like $50 cheaper than any other place, and in like 10 minutes! Plus my new screen protector I got with it was making my front camera blurry, so he replaced it for free. And to top it all off, he was very kind, professional, and easy to work with!

Dropped my 2020 iphone SE at work and broke the screen so badly my whole screen went black, needing it fixed ASAP I searched the web for places I could fix my phone. Originally I went to BestBuy and made an appointment with the GeekSquad department hoping they would easily be able to fix my phone. After learning that GeekSquad would have taken days to fix my phone, not being able to fix it without my phone being able to turn off and not even knowing if they had the corresponding screen for my phone in stock I decided to walk into the Everett Mall and check Cellaxs. I was pretty questionable about letting the gentleman work on my phone when he said it would only take 20 minutes but I took my chances because I needed it fixed immediately. After watching him take apart and put my phone back together from a distance he told me my phone screen was like brand new and charged me HALF of what BestBuy was trying to charge me. All in all this gentleman was very helpful and a lifesaver for my phone. I will write another review after some time has passed to compare.

The man at the Everett mall booth took my 12 year old daughters $50 otterbox case and sold her a cheap piece of plastic. When she said never mind he refused to give her a refund. Then when she asked for her otterbox case back he said he threw it away! She’s 12 and didn’t know what to do so she left. He took advantage of a 12 year old little girl! When I showed up he tried blaming her. Do not purchase anything from this company as it’s flimsy plastic and they take advantage of people!

This place does not warranty there screens and after a month and a half both the iPhones I took in to have there screens replaced went black. One of the iPhones was under warranty through apple so when I brought it there they told me the screen that was put in is no good. The one I didnt have under warranty I took it back to cellaxs and he said there was nothing he could do to help me at all. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Its like job security to put in faulty screens

I wouldnt use them. I paid $30 for a screen protector. It came off after only 2 weeks. When I went back to get it replaced because they said it has a life time warranty, they charged me $8 to replace it. So this screen protector has now cost me $38. The new one already spots that I can tell are lifting up off the phone. Im not taking it back because then this one screen will have cost me $46. Ridiculous.
