I really like this store. They have a large variety of smoke products, variety of other market items and a MOSTLY friendly staff staff. The only negative issue is that they charge anywhere from .75¢ - $6.00 more on every item in their smoke products inventory. I paid $6.00> for the SAME vape pen of which I bought, 3 different times, on Whidbey Island. They were cheaply made, so it is understandable that they should only cost $5.99. Not here, cheaply made AND I paid $6.00 more for it.... NOT COOL! .... But, Ill get over it. They have a huge variety of incense that I love to buy there, so thats what Ill go for🤠.

Plus they are open 24 hours now, so its a go to for me because most smoke shops are closed at 10pm. Good stock of kratom, cigars, vape comsumables, glass pipes and bongs, snacks, and most other things that you might need at 1am. Keep up the good work guys

They always had great customer service until today the item I bought was scratched and seemed like been used and the guy and two other workers kept arguing about it’s not their fault the item is new so I didn’t get refunded or another item so I left the item in the store with them and they charged me, anyways customer service should always be first priority no matter what I wouldn’t even give them 1 star plus they are selling fake vape and damaged items.

These guys are like family, well 3 or 4 of them. When we walk in they mostly know what we want already. Prices are great so Ill come from across town for smokes. When they didnt have a product I wanted they ordered it for me. JD and Shiraz are the best!

These guys dont even deserve 1 star. I went in to the store and immediately felt uncomfortable. These men were talking behind the counter and looking at me all weird the whole time. I grabbed what I needed and proceeded to check out. Both men behind were whispering and and laughing. I knew from that point on is I needed to get out of there. When I got back to my place. I realized the had OVERCHARGED ME!!! DO NOT GO HERE EVERYTHING ABOUT SCREAMS SKETCHY!!!

Ive known the guys who work here for years. Not only are they incredibly professional. They have become like family and treat customers like so. Their shop offers great deals on products and they are the nicest, funniest dudes on the planet!

This store debit machine does not work. They make you take money out of there ATM. The ATM has no surcharge BUT your bank will still charge you a fee for taking out of there ATM. They are not willing to work with you on the fee your bank will charge. All Because the card machine at the counter does not work. BRING CASH!!! The guy that works there is very rude and said it’s not there fault the bank will charge you. Well it is not my fault as a customer that wants to spend money at your business that your credit debit machine is not working. So why do i have to pay a FEE to spend money at your business. Horrible customer service.

The prices are outrageously expensive! My I mention, do NOT ask for particular items behind the counter such as vape juices and essentials like that. Theyll belittle you in their native language and bump the prices up without your acknowledgment.

Friendly, helpful store clerks and a wide variety of vape juices and products (among other merchandise). always help me find the right coil and have decent prices. allow some reasonable returns and/or exchanges.

Couple bucks more than I pay for a bag of Bali Shag at other places, but these folks have a really great selection and inventory, are friendly, and are open from 0500 until 0300 24x7 (thats right -- they only close for two hours). If I was in Everett often, Id definitely be a regular customer.

Love this place!! Great prices super friendly knowledgeable extremely helpful they seem to enjoy taking time out to not just talk to customers but help them find what they need. They are very welcoming and it seemed they knew all their customers personally it has everything u would ever need for smoking pretty much anything as well as drinks snack and a bit of knick knacks too!! Pretty awesome store first time in there and I got some vape juice that was decently cheap at only 5.99 for 24mg nicotine! And there selection of pipes and bongs is ridiculous, i could be in there for a while just looking at them all. All around decent service, prices and selections.

Fantastic smoke shop, open later then all the other ones near here. Bongs are buy one get one free or 30% off one. My only issue is it seems like they double the price in order to offer that deal. I often see same bongs elsewhere for half the price, or at least no more than 2/3rds of midnights price...

Very scary place. Seems main business is smoke/vape/parifinallia store where there is a tall baricaded counter with a small opening to place items for purchase. Prices are too high for many items. Staff is not friendly and if you buy something that is $0.99 or $1.99 or $2.99 they dont always give you the penny change.

They act like you are interrupting their important work duties to give them your money....and everything is overpriced. God forbid you dont run full speed out to your car and immediately exit the premises..... if you dont want people to hang out around your store, just keep doing everything the same and you will get your wish fo shooo

Needed adomizers and found this place. I dont see how they have good prices. 12.99 each is more then what I pay for a 2 pack everywhere else . I use Valyrian and I normally pay pay 10.99 for a 2 pack by my house or 11.99 to 12.99 every where else. I asked if that was each and the guy said yes. He said he would talk to the manager and if he was wrong he would owe me one. I dont live in everett but my fiance does so I was hoping for a secondary shop to go to when I am not at home. They do have the battery I love but again it was higher then every where else. 12.99 for what I normally pay 9.99 for. A great selection but over priced and the gentleman who helped me while nice enough was under trained.
