Great customer service, deals, & prices are charged by the pound! Parking lot situation is a absolute mess. 4/5 complete experience,
Nice, clean, a lot of decent merchandise on one said and amazing bulk deals on the other side. it was very interesting to me, Id never been to a Goodwill Outlet
It says they are open until 5pm I drove over here from 10 miles away and the regular portion is only open until 430 pm and the pay by the pound is open until 5 pm. There are no markings on the building to suggest whats what or that there is even 2 different parts of the building? I was so confused when I walked up and all I saw was a bunch of bins you can dig through to possible find what you need which is ridiculous during covid...the hand sanitizer machine at the front door isnt working, its full but doesnt work. And when I was leaving I saw the whole other side of the building. I went to go in at 2 mins to 430 to look for 2 specific things and the lady starts yelling WERE CLOSED WERE CLOSED
I absolutely love this place! Everything is sold by weight so theres an opportunity for a lot of good deals in one shopping session. Every time Ive went there Ive came away with something way more valuable than what I paid for it ☺️
Day shift clerk would not let us pay for merchandise to be held then picked up same day later, other than that, had a great time, excellent prices.
LOVE this place! So fun to shop, never knowing what you will find!
Why isnt there a limit set on pairs of shoes 1 person can purchase at a time 🤔 that would allow more people to be able to get shoes they need for their families & the pushing & shoving when shoes come out is dangerous if there is no limit some one is going to get hurt or a fight break out it needs guidelines present
Use to be much better, now its over crowed and way more Chaotic. Do not go to the outlet if u have anxiety!
I didnt go through the entrance. I just looked at the tiny bit of items that were in the entrance and the rest of the building was blocked and the only thing is that the products are not in the bins. I just saw a couple of tables and a few shelves in the small area and it was very unwelcoming to shop. 75% of the building was not accessible for customers. 🤔
Slightly overwhelming and overcrowded, but overall a good experience. Bring gloves because you never no whats in the bins . I happened to go on a day the bins were not so great .
Good here have evriting
Good price and a lot of variety of things.
A good place to go get your stuff
They are working hard and doing a great job keeping in-store capacity low, social distancing, and wearing masks. Hand sanitizer was also readily available. Be prepared to wait outside in line for up to 30 minutes.
Lindsey was my cashier and was unnecessarily rude.
Dont bother, they dont know what they are doing. You have ticket? Doesnt matter!
Loving the way they have changed things to make it easier to stay 6 feet from others!!!
I had the coolest checker outer he had a tye die sweatshirt and he deserves a raise
Very nice people work here. A bit different routine for shopping but I scored some Fab stuff!!
Great deals and furniture steals. But we purchased a buffet but found wouldnt fit so paid for it and when my Son went to pick up had already been sold again very upset was a beautiful piece. Employees dont seem to happy to be there. And its very dirty. It would seem stiff wouldnt get so broken and mismatched if they were to sort bin prior.
I ❤️ this place! Correction, I loved the way things were... in the before time, in the long, long ago; before covid and all the precautions that are our lives now.I get it, they cant have a sloppy, sometimes violent, too close for comfort free for all like it once was. Now, I feel like its basically the same once inside but there are less people with more room to rampage, lol. I go and enjoy each visit even now, regardless of the lines and the defensive shopping cause Ive yet to leave without at least a bag of true treasures. I also think that an old price of furnature is fantastic to rehab so I cant really not come out winning. Its worth it, even if its just for the experience.
They have a new system to deal with covid, it works, but you can only shop for 1 hr so keep that in mind, you probably wont be able to look through everything
Sucked! Waited half hour in line. Made it 10 people away. Told I have to wait another hour unless people strangle out. And then you have till the end of the hour to find and leave. Then get in line again to return. Bye bye
Rude staff. Very impatient to close even before close time.
Good system during covid
They were very low on merchandise today
Closed early and forced us out the store lmfao worst experience at a goodwill ever
Note that this looked like a factory/ shipping kind of a place with less of a customer facility
It reminded me of Bartertown from the Mad Max movie
I really appreciate that the management team are there to answer any questions needed. And that they are such great caring, so down to earth people who dont judge others like other people at the other Goodwill stores that I have been to. I hope that these people keep on getting noticed by their own bosses.. because they do deserve it for their dedication to work for a nonprofit organization. I hope that they get a lot of praises from their bosses and other upper management too.
Opens at 8am ..not 9
Probably the saddest Goodwill I have ever been to. The furniture / cabinets are found through one entrance, then you have to enter a different way to see buckets... and I mean buckets of clothes. Nothing is hanging up or organized. it smells like the plague in there. Im not Mr. Clean or anything, but I refused to touch anything in there for fear of catching a disease. Only gave 2 stars because you might find an OK shelf using the one entrance. Absolutely do not go where the clothes are. Bring a face mask or you may walk out with cancer.
I come here for the treasure hunt and to have fun. Sometimes other customers can be pushy which detracts from the fun. But theres always something cool to find and I have a lot of luck finding upscale clothing brands in my size. Shoes are really competitive but if you wait for the rush to die down you can usually find something cool. Its a great place to buy movies, they always have tons and theyre only $2 each.
I was waiting in line for over an hour to get in, in the rain, in fact at this moment, I am still waiting. This disgruntled lady was taking video of people loading in front of an unused handicapped parking space. Considering the co-vid precautions everyone is taking to stay open, it is a trivial thing that could be fixed. The lady clearly is malicious in her approach. Sorry you have to deal with these people Goodwill.
Lots of treasures amongst the bins. Wear gloves. It can be a bit dirty. Some days there will be nothing. Other days are huge hits and remind you why you are digging through leftovers. Love the furniture part. How can you beat a $5 solid wood coffee table or $3 stainless steel outdoor armchairs and there were four of them, all matching! Love this place!
Besides the fact it is FREEZING on the furniture side, you can find some pretty cool things if you have the time to dig and dig deep. Its basically a large room with a bunch of tables laid out and things completely scattered according to categories. I havent bothered to even look through clothing or anything like that, but I do look through the toys purses shoes things like that and almost every time I walked out of there with a few things and it is dirt cheap. Its also fun just to sit back and watch the people dig for treasure like maniacs sometimes. Its definitely a fun place to visit just be prepared that nothing is on the shelf for organized and youre digging to find what you might need or want.
Great deals every day and a good selection of all items. Theres military and senior discounts, good selection of mens clothing, housewares, kitchen, electronics, womens clothing and bedding. Very helpful and friendly staff and very convenient drop off points.
Can be good depends on what you are looking for. Lots of clothes and house wear items. I love the toys but expect to dig to find treasure. Usually worth the search as you buy things by the pound.
This is the outlet for Goodwill! Good grief! Who knew?! Clothes all stuffed in giant bins... People in the know wear gloves and sift through all the merchandise.... Merchandise priced by the pound!Walk outside and toward the left... Thats the furniture section.... Prices as marked...Amazing bargains... Especially for those who have the patience to dig through the bins. Unfortunately thats not my deal...
I love it at the bins... And today was extra great my phone had fallen out of my pocket and somebody found it and turned it in, thank God theres still some decent people in this world... But thats karma, cause just yesterday in Costco I found a debit card & I turned it in.
Low priced items, you pay per pound. Always able to find something cool. The only problem is that some of the customers are too aggressive.
Well someone told me, Come here and Bring Gloves. Yep dig through Giant Bins of random stuff. Also Giant Piles of clothing. Only reason for the 4 of 5 stars is the parking is well no so great. Other than that it is fun to dig here for random cool things.
The place is crowded and dirty, but if you know what youre getting in to, you can find some great deals. Items are mostly sold by weight, and are all from other goodwill stores that couldnt sell them. If you are willing to dig through bins of random stuff, that usually means that theres something good for a great price buried in there.
Interesting place... lots of people rummaging around. You have to invest time is going thru the items. It appears that theres all walks of life going there.
Smells
Shopping is great. To many children running around. Easier to shop with out the kids. Service was excellent.
Such an adventure. It’s different every time you go. I’ve scored ugg boats, a cashmere sweater, lularoe leggings, you name it. Can’t wait to go back
Nice folks work here, but its pretty hit and miss on the rest, its a grab bag, you never know if your going to find something great or nothing at all. Its an interesting format tho. Large rooling carts are brought out and customers are asked to stay behind the yellow taped off areas, then when carts are in position and staff are out of the way the order is given to shop and gloved customers dive in, no literally! It can be a bit rough at times but usually the staff can remove any serious threats and the crowd will police it self usually...all in all it is one of my go to spots, parking is rough on the weekend.
This place is intense. Bring a pair of gloves and be prepared to dig through bins of random items. You never know what youre going to find. Items are weighed by the pound so you end up with some crazy deals. Some shoppers here can get fiesty and territorial
This is the weirdest Goodwill I have ever been in, but they have some amazing stuff if you dig deep enough. I love going though the bins finding vintage and antique items- especially books! Although some of the customers are overly enthusiastic and act like wild animals tearing through bins. I try to stay clear of the hordes. Pro tip: try to wear gloves when looking through bins too.UPDATE: Martha L. who works here is super RUDE! My friend and I came here the other day and we were looking through bins, when we found an entire photo album of family photos. It looked like maybe they were taken in the Middle East. We thought it was incredibly sad that a familys entire photo album was in a 10 cent bin at Goodwill, so my friend decided to buy the album so we could try to find the family and see if they still wanted the photos. We went to cash out, and our cashier, Martha L. snatched the album out of my friends hands, threw it in the TRASH, and called us both perverts because we were buying photos of children. My friend and I (both female by the way) were shocked and hurt. This is incredibly RUDE, and this lady needs some sensitivity or customer service training.
Was slightly thrown off by the fact the furnature part and the rest of the outlet were separate. Once we realized that all went well. Be sure to bring gloves. This is one of the last stops before recycling. We found good clothes but theyll definatly be washed first thing.
There is a lot of everything here, its not your typical thrift store by any means. It really depends on what you are looking for...for the most part just keep your mind open and dig in the bins. If you anger quickly or have a short temper this is not the place for you. Bins are changed often and you have to spend some time here to really see how it works. There are many regulars that are really cool, some not so much. It is an experience to say the least but it may be worth checking out if you have the time. Oh this is definitely NOT the place to bring children it gets hectic and the bins are too high for them to even really look in.
A friend mentioned this place. She said it was rows and rows of mildly sorted items. I was interested, and I liked what I saw. Clothes, toys, some furniture (not in bins), stuffed animals, more clothes, home items and many others that are pretty cheap. Ill be looking around there again.
Its okay. Couldnt find what we were looking for, but that comes with the nature of good will. Seemed fairly clean and staff/volunteers were friendly and helpful
Its s fun place to dig for treasures. Its an outlet for all the used items that havent sold at the regular Goodwill thrift store. Great prices.
I wanted to check out the watches and jewelry but that part was closed. Other than that I felt like a kid in a candy store. Cool place!
Always fun and good finds. The dust and dander can irritate your eyes and sinuses. The furniture department has gotten really good.
Its an amazing experience. You will always find something. The price is right per pound and The employees are great too.
Great location to get great deals on pretty much any item you could want. This location does not take donations though. The south Everett Goodwill near the Everett mall will take donations. :)
Fun but challenging at times... Go early to find parking. Bring gloves to sift through the stuff.
This Places has bins full all kinds of stuff they dont want to sell at their regular stores. Ever thing is sold by the lb. Some good deals if your willing to look.
Hi this is a great place to work and shopping all team is cooperative and understanding I missed that place
My favorite place to treasure hunter! ♡♡♡
Wear gloves and youll love it. But really dont forget to bring gloves or else youll miss the treasures hidden at tnr bottom of the bins!
You can get lost in this place! So fun to find buried treasure!.. so cheap! Awesome people who work there!
Amazing
Cool place. That charge by weight. Just bring gloves and a mask and be ready to dig in.
Its a wild experience. Wear good gloves. Some people wear dust filter masks.
Easy access and parking. Excellent customer service. Wear gloves for Safety!
Great deals on items you do have to dig for them but I got great deals most the items are weighted by the pound real bargains
Its a good place to shop. Staff very friendly.
Employees are kind and keep the different kinds of merchandise as clean and properly separated as possible.
Great place to go for good deals if you dont mind sifting through stuff. Most items are sold by the pound
Very cheap can find decent stuff if you take the time I recommend wearing gloves
I felt dirty as soon as I went in there. Everything is in bins. Youre better off driving to the seattle outlet. Even the bins are disgusting.
Used to be awesome! They had so much before, but now seems like just an outlet for furniture that didnt sell at the regular stores. What a disappointment.
The small treasures you can find there are AWESOME!!!
Always something to find only dont like it at the same people are there and take stuff out of my hand so be ready to put up a fight the staff are great
Great prices, missed getting a table and chairs for 15 bucks
Great place to get clothing, and furniture for just a small fraction of the prices at the Goodwill stores.
I love this place, especially watching a new bin getting rolled out onto the floor and watching the people scurry to it and start tearin it up, like they were pirhana thatve never been fed before!Only downside is its freezing in here!
Great selection. Large space. Friendly people. 👍🏾
If you can find parking and dont get trampled while trying to find good stuff then youve had a good goodwill visit.
Bring rubber gloves and long sleeves. You never know what you are touching.
You never know what you will find here, but know that you will always find something good.
You can find good stuff but its not easy happy digging
You can get some great furniture her, but inventory can change by the hour.
Good place to get cheap things, has some good finds
Gotta do a bit of work but its all worth it in the end. Awesome place!
Ive found the most interesting things here for a good price. The bins are somewhat organized but get fixed often.
This is the best place in the whole wide world on my way there now again and again
Always a pleasure to spend time at the outlet helpful people most of the time.
Great place to get a great deal time after time.
Absolute Best Prices. Wide range of sale items. Hard Back Books only .50 cents.
Lots of cool stuff if you have the patience.
Its got great stuff at low prices and the most beautiful employee ever
This place has taken the fun and joy out of shopping! The customers ( and I will be honest and frank from my observations are signifigantly immigrants, such as ukrainians and Russians, hispanics, other nationalities and dealers of on-line Stores(eBay) and collectables/antique shops fight over items! (Usually grown mature men grabbing large quantities of childrens TOYS (lots of Bum rushing every time new bins are rolled out and locked into place) They are rude to other customers, crowd your personal shopping space, grab and horde mass quantity of items such as SHOES and BOOKS they throw into large fabric carts; plus Iv watched them go through and check every pocket on handbags and luggage items (of which they have no interest in purchasing.. looking for possible money and jewelry items (or anything else of possible value) of which they then covertly put in their pockets and then toss the item to the side!I have had my shopping cart of items taken from me...by a employee at the Tacoma outlet store without even asking/making a announcement if it had belonged to someone (assuming it had been abandoned) before they emptied my cart of items back into the bins!I have a cell phone video that was taken at the Seattle outlet store to prove my accusation of alleged bum rushing the bins like piranha fish in a feeding frenzy!Buying Stuff from there isnt the issue... its the greediness/hording and rudeness and the covert stealing that pisses me off!
Becoming more and more overpriced with less and less quality items. There used to be good media and collectible albums. Now at anytime throughout the day there will be 4-6 bins of wrinkled up newspaper, broken glass and garbage/recycling. Surrounded by 2-4 bins of mismatched footwear and several bins of mostly moldy or disgusting soiled clothing. Also there is a sort of pile of bikes chained up all with flat tires, no tires and rusty or missing parts priced $79.99-$129.99!! And an outrageously priced display case with random things usually priced far above what they are new at stores like Wal-Mart or Target and they are usually in some state of decay. The pricing scale is way off for used/destroyed donated items. Get it together Goodwill!
Cost is by the pound. This place has some good stuff, but is a.mad house. Rude people in there. Be prepared to have to push your way thru at times. I woukd recommend Sunday at church time. There is hardly ever any parking which reqlly is not good for business. I have found many treasures here though. Bring rubber gloves as you will just be digging through huge troughs of merchandise.
Yeah right, outlet. This place is so disorganized. As someone who likes to go thrift shopping the is one the last places I would go.
