Lady was rude. Didn’t even greet me. Went in to make a return and she demanded “where are the tags? I need the tags!” Hot Topic has an absolutely ridiculous return policy as my product had no tags, so I will not be shopping here again.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was still car sick and overheating. One of the sales girls brought me a cold bottle of water and walked around with my daughter while I recovered.

Fun store with LOTS of fun stuff! Warning: this location gets a wee bit crowded if there are more than 5-7 people in the store; not for those who get claustrophobic in a dark, confined space. Could use better lighting. Good sale items.

They have a lot of cool stuff there, and the enployees are very nice. One of the people working there complimented my style, so that was pretty cool.

Its ok if your looking for aomething dark or gothic like, good choice of T-shirts and litttle nick nacks, I just feel like its a little spendy for quality you recieve. I did find a somewhat inexpensive dress off clearance rack that I still adore from a few years ago.

Im a frequent Hot Topic shopper and I have been for 5 years now. This is the most convenient location for me but from now on Ill be doing all my business with HT online. The employees at this location are very rude and do not communicate well with customers. I always feel like Im wasting their time while they are so busy standing around, but in reality, they are wasting mine. They had my ship-to-store package for days and no one contacted me about it. Which means that for DAYS no one bothered to check the orders. And when I took time out of my busy day to go check on it, they were very slow about helping me. Barely made eye contact and continued having a conversation with a coworker while they were confirming my package. Customers should come first. Im only dissatisfied because they seem to just not be doing their jobs.

They allow someone to completely wipe out their inventory of one item and turn down other potential customers.They do not honor their return policies.

The best store at the mall for sure!!! Aimee has been helping me for years.

Helpful & friendly staff; good range of products from current tv shows; geeky band t shirts are great; good deals overall with bogo offers. The music selection is not my preference plus the volume is too loud. The store itself should be twice the size as the aisles are cramped.

Back in 1999 I helped open this location. I worked for Hot Topic from 1998-2006. I was the assistant manager at the Everett location for 5 years.Its a great store to find awesome alternative clothing. Band t-shirts, comic book character, movie character, & video game character themed shirts, and accessories.They carry body jewelry, hair dye, necklaces, and all kinds of accessories.Fashionable alternative clothing. Some with a nice gothic/punk style.Music related fashion & accessories. Some current & underground cds & vinyl lps.They also sell exclusive Funko Pop toys. For Christmas my mom got me Rupauls Drag Race exclusive to Hot Topic Funko Pop Dolls.They can transfer items from other locations if they dont have it in that store. Its a fun and cool place to shop!
