Im torn on this one. I love the Mill Creek stand. The Broadway one however is always poor service since Shelby and Myah left.I will never go back to this one. Had a free drink, but they told me that actually my free one was not until next time. OK no bid deal, I go there twice a week anyway. Asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich and they said they only had bacon. OK, fine bacon it is. Then they bring me a burrito. They both said that is what I asked for. Then they both tried to convince me how good it is. OK, maybe I had a brain melt.Here is my point. As the customer, I made all the concessions. They never attempted to make my experience a good one. Never a hey sorry for the mix up let us make that right for you.So, they will still get my money unfortunately, but it will never go through this stand again.

Ive been to Diedrich twice now, and I just love it! Ive had the same barista both times (she works in the evening), and shes just as friendly and sweet as can be. She has lots of recommendations, and she makes a mean latte! Im very happy to live near this coffee stand! Thank you all for wonderful coffee and service. Keep it up!

This is a very frieny coffee stand, with great service. They do a good job, and take their time with each customer. They have a lot of great items to choose from, and they will gladly tell you about them. I always receive good coffee from this stand. I just wish it was open all night, we need a good coffee stand in Everett that is open all night.

I go to this Diedrich stand frequently. They are always very nice! They work efficiently while being engaging and pleasant.Theyre apart of the neighborhood, not just another stand.

This place is my most consistent go to in the Everett area. My preferred drink is very simple but not on the standard menu, and this place gets it right every time I order it. Everywhere else Ive gone is slightly iffy.

Always a wonderful experience with the baristas at all the diedrich stands. Very kind and always wanting to make sure you get what you need.

Never have I been dissatisfied with their drinks

Diedrich is the only stand where I always get what I ordered, prepared the same way, and the quality is always good. They also carry a brand of chai that ny non-coffee drinking husband prefers. So we stick with this stand when in Everett, and we are always satisfied. There are literally coffee stands every few blocks in this area.

Nice lady early morning. Has a pokestop in the restuarant that shares the parking lot. They dont mind walk ups

There’s a reason this company is always hiring. They won’t even pay for running water in their stands. I see baristas having to dump out buckets of gross water. Cheap, poor health code practices, and overall a poorly ran company. I don’t recommend getting your coffee here or to seek employment here either.

Coffees great and so are the Baristas! Only downside is that it takes a while to get your coffee... Ive been their a lot around 9am and waited for 15 minutes! Only had one car in front of me at the window and another on the other side.. shouldnt take that long. Ive had to just turn around and leave cause Ive only got a 15 minute break at 9am. So Ive ended up going back to work without any coffee before. Total bummer cause their coffee is really good

This stand has become my go to place for coffee the last few months. Regardless of whos working, Ive always gotten consistently good drinks! Even when theres a bit of a line, the service is pretty fast. I dont think Ive ever waited more than 5 or 10 minutes.

Used to be great not any more bad service and worse coffee and if you ask them to fix it you get an attitude and a watery coffee

Not happy with this place. I went in for the first time. Asked for fresh fruits smoothie, they say yes its fresh! Then they pour out from a bottle. I take their word that is fresh. I taste as a drive away. Its NASTY! I dont recommended business not honest this way. I did not bring back because i am in a hurry. Just say its my donation of the day. For the owner notes, please, please!. When a person ask for fresh that means its a FRUITs fresh not liquids fresh.

Their coffee is good (I have only been there once) but when I went there with my friend and a 10 dollar bill we bought 2 drinks which added up to a little over 6 dollars then the barista gave us 1.60$ back. I didnt think to count so it is partly my fault too and I dont know if the barista did this on purpose or not but I just want to let people know.

Just went there to grab a coffee an the Barista was not listening to what we wanted an asked us several times Then she made one of the drinks wrong!! The corner was horrible an the blended one had no flavor at all I will never go here again!!

Most of the time theyre excellent. Today not so much. Apparently with 3 people working they cant make a triple shot breve mocha extra chocolate with whip correctly. They used whole milk instead of half and half(you can always tell), no extra chocolate added(I had to add more at my house) and I had to hand it back for them to add the whip. Very disappointed. When only 1 barista is there I never have a problem.

They waited to cancelled our UberEats order at the very last second. So, we ended up waiting the 35 mins, just to have it cancelled. Very annoying. We wont be ordering from them again.

Our barista was blatantly being nicer, more patient and attentive to the other customer even though I arrived first. she was pregnant and i think her name was destiny. she kept excusing her speed for being pregnant! I didnt even get almond milk like i ordered it was regular and i am a 60 yr old with severe lactose intolerance. talking down about the management/other baristas. it was a VERY weird experience. every other barista i have met before this one has been so kind and respectful to me.

I go every single day for a year since i moved two mins away i get a iced 24oz white chocolate with carmel with three shots, i go so much when camille worked she had my coffee pretty much ready when i got to the window, 5.97 with cash everytime 6.51 with card . Today there was a new manger i asked for what i always get and this time i said u put 4 scoops in the 24oz right ? She said no 2 i was rhinking wierd camille and martha all say its 3 anway i ask for 4 and i get my coffee she chaged me 7.06 ! Also she was snarky and not talkative came off rude. If this is a the new maanger im worried for you guys. Sorry i loved you guys for a year i will no longer be coming here as it is turning into a depressing place to get my morning EVERYDAY coffee i will be returning to my old family owned stand
