Carissa is awesome. I was nervous about coming in here because some people are are very unhelpful and some people are very helpful and Carissa was phenomenal in helping me every step of the way to copy scan and email a big packet off.Thank you Christopher for being so helpful and Happy Thanksgiving to you.Also the older gentleman and the hard drive area has always been very knowledgeable and very helpful as well. Religious discrimination. Refused to print religious fliers stating it was “political”. Spoke to the manager and she was firm and blunt and mean about the refusal.

I went there and used fax machine the lady name Carrisa,was rude and not helpfull,she never had a smile,and because of her we were in the store 40 minutes for a simple fax. RUDE
Consistently poor quality customer service in Copy and Print.
Usually everyone is so helpful and friendly but today was not a good store experience. Self printer printed streaky, I brought it to their attention and the response was oh ok. She finally offered to make other copies but Used up my extra time while she was on an extended phone call. But at least she offered.While making another purchase which was priced incorrectly a woman in line said lightning chargers cost a lot more you know Than regular chargers. I responded with yes Im aware of that. I then asked her if she worked her she said yes. But before that I assumed she was a customer since she was checking out in line behind me and did not have on a uniform.Just an all around unpleasant experience today. Hopefully that is not the new normal here as they used to be so helpful and friendly.
If you can help it, I feel another office store would be a better choice, especially for printing needs. I needed 4 colored copies on card stock. That’s all. I figured in and out in 10 minutes. But they actually just took my order and charged me extra to have my job done within the hour! Otherwise it would be ready in 6 hours. It was 4 pieces of paper! They weren’t even busy. But fine, I figured they must have a big job in the works. Still, with all those copy machines....I killed time and returned 50 minutes later. The gal looked at me and realized she had forgotten to make them. She was nice and got right on them but I was still waiting another 10 minutes because she was struggling to get the copies made! I basically paid extra to wait extra time for 4 copies! A waste of an hour really. Staff is friendly but I won’t be returning here for any printing needs. Beware of extra charges and inefficient results.
We went solely to the print shop to get an old cookbook reprinted and a few copies of a photo. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped make suggestions to improve the quality of the old book to protect it in the future. I also discovered that Staples has a shred feature that I plan to make use of very soon. We havent picked up the finished copy of the book yet, but I expect it should be nice.
This location is very helpful! I was greeted and welcomed when i walked in. After a while, when I couldnt find what I was looking for, I ask one of staff that happily assisted me and found all my items in one go. Thank you Ashley from Staples!
The best part of the store is the customer service. Within a minute of walking in the store an employee was asking me how they could help. She led me straight to the ink cartridges that I needed. Did a great job explaining the difference between the regular and the XL. She also showed me a few other options and discussed the pros and cons of each.At the checkout counter I hadnt even been standing in line for 5 minutes when they open a second register. All told I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes.
Just want to suggest that you open at 7:00 am rather than 9:00 am so that us business hours folks can come in before work! And so much appreciate you printing department! Thank you!!
Had to get a cord for my phone
I work in retail and I understand that things dont always go well with customers or products. But the staff took great care of my needs during a difficult time.
This was the worst experience Ive ever had was Staples. Two employees in the printing section talking and when I asked them to laminate 5 and 1/2 by 8 and 1/2 piece of paper they told me it would take an hour. When I explained that I needed it now they told me I could get it if I paid $2 more. The manager and employee were extremely rude. I will never go back there.
My first print service at this Staples. Needed 50 copies of my color - 2 sided holiday letter. Carissa was simply great. She ran a proof off of my USB drive, lightened up a photo that printed darker than my inkjet copy and they were ready when promised. I noticed she was genuinely friendly and helpful with another customer who repeatedly made several mistakes. I hope Staples can hire many more talented employees like Carissa.
Every time I am in there the serve yourself printers need attention. Every single time. There have been times where I was in that store in the morning and the self service printers were out of paper or needed their hole punch section cleaned. How can you open up a store and not have the stuff stocked already?It sometimes adds an extra half hour because you have to wait in line to bring attention to them that theyre expensive self service machines arent working. And one time I printed up a page that was streaked with ink and the woman said that they werent responsible for it. Yes you are.And the last time I was in there the person in the printing area didnt even know how to open up the self service machine. I know this is Everett but you people are seriously negligent in how you train your employees.

I wont be back. Long time and often visitor to staples. After 15 minutes of messing with the new kiosk self print system. Where it would only print the email and not the attachments. We ask the print service person to print it for us. She says we will have to charge you an express service fee. To what..opem am email and print what I need as you have done for the last 5 years?So you create a slow non friendly do it yourself kiosk so you can charge me more when I get frustrated. On top of that...i often need prints ready when I arrive.... done

I was a customer. I went in to the store on evergreen way in Everett on Friday 6/17/16. I had previously bought my hp printer and other various items here. On Friday I was in to buy some ink for my printer. Im looking around not quite sure what ink I need, no one has greeted me nor asked me if I need any help. In fact I dont see any employees around. I need to use the bathroom. I see a sign for the bathroom. I go back and the door is locked. I wait. A bit later I knock. No answer. I go back into the store. No employees around. I walk back up the front of the store. There are no customers just two employees talking to each other. I go up to them. Can we help you? I say.. I need to use the bathroom, is it just locked or is someone in there? I get a rude reply that the bathrooms are for customers. I say okay. Can you unlock it please? No he says. Youd have to buy something first.Well I left, to drive down the road to Jack In The Box, and although I didnt buy anything from them at that moment, I am a customer. Im no bum on the street. The woman at the register smiled and said of course and unlocked the bathroom. I proceeded to drive to Everett Mall Way to the Wal-mart. Where this customer now buys her printer ink.Sincerely... Lady at the print counter wasnt very unfriendly. What a disappointment, that is was going to take 6 hours for them to make me a few copies of paper. Sticking with Postnet in Mukilteo!

The website said that the store is open until 8 pm today, Friday. I called a few minutes after 7 pm and found out that they closed at 7 pm.

Not open the hours posted here. We showed up at 7:15 and they were closed.
Prints were expensive but the lady at the refunded is for two prints that came out bad.
