I don’t think I have met a more generous bakery. Most of their food is delicious, keep in mind they have both savory and sweet. Great variety, really generous folks behind the counter

Very friendly staff and great tasting parties and baked goods!

I really wanted to like this bakery because it’s a 2 minute walk from my house here in Everett. The woman behind the counter was great, and the only reason I am even willing to give one star. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, when I got home and began to eat the treats they were more than disappointing. The cupcake I got was flavorless and the frosting hard! The carrot cake was sub-par. My girlfriend got two treats also and threw them in the trash after a few bites. A huge waste of money. There’s another bakery down the end of Broadway near the rotary that is good, I’ll walk the extra five minutes next time.

So this a constant for my husband and I, we love absolutely everything we have ordered. The coxinhas are just everything, the pao de queijo, the beef pastel, the sandwiches, OMG, just everything! They are closed on Saturdays which seem a bit odd for me, but we have ordered online any of the other days.

We bought all kinds of treats and breads and they where all hard like a rock and one of the treats had mold I don’t recommend this place, is horrible.

Very, very rude. Went in looking to get a big order, was treated very badly. I have hearing issues to the lady I cant hear well please speak up, was given all kinds of looks and attitude, no patience for people with disability. I walked out went somewhere else got a nice spread. Not like they care but they lost $200 of business and all future business. The owners come on here saying they are taking care of issues or that they are not the type of people that they are being accused of being when they are I advise to take complaints to the BBB, Chamber of Commerce if you file the right way maybe the owner will take these issues more seriously.

Amazing all-natural breads! Worth every cent. You can freeze them if you dont live close by and eat them all week for breakfast.

We stumbled upon this gem and got a sampler of all their offerings. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. Everything was incredibly delicious and we will definitely be back.

I am obsessed with this place. They have a wide variety of foods for you to choose from, and every single item is SO flavorful and of great quality. I am from Brazil so I love their Brazilian food options- please try the Ham Risole, its one of my favorite things in the menu! Wish I could give it 10 stars!

I was pleased to have discovered this spot while running errands is Everett. The Brazilian bakes good look amazing and I hope to come back and grab something for the kids. I had Brazilian coffee and it’s delicious. The Brazilian donuts were overcooked however.

The fresh squeezed orange juice and pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) is to die for! Such a tasty breakfast or snack. Love this place.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!This is one of the best Bakeries I know.They have a great variety of Sandwiches, Desserts, Breakfast, Teas, Coffees and Cakes.They also offer free wifi and it’s an awesome place to study/work.The waitress are always really helpful and polite.

I need a manager to read this asap - This is for the cashier there - when you have customers you are assisting who DONT KNOW WHAT THE HECK they want asking you various questions and you are answering, laughing, answering laughing, answering laughing again while I was behind them waiting, you should quickly come to me as a customer - ask me what I would like and quickly run back to them and assist them. They seem to not know what they want whatsoever.There was another girl there cutting strawberries who told me one sec like two times. I waited patiently after those two times then Ive had enough because the girl talking to the two men literally saw me waiting behind them and didnt say a word ! I finally walked out. Plus there is a girl in there who always bites her nails and who rarely use gloves. I didnt see her there today but Ive caught her a couple of times serving people behind the counter like that. When I do come in and she is there, it just so happened what I ask is a slice of cake and she uses that same hand to grab the cake by the corner of the sheet. Still and all, I keep supporting you guys because I know having a business is tough. I dont know what it is - maybe you guys feel as if you guys have so much customers, you dont have time to be fair. You guys just go back and forth like the wind.Ive seen at times you guys change attitudes with people who arent your race/nationality. I ignore it and keep supporting even though I am not your nationality because its not about just supporting people who are from your country. Its about positive energy all around, hoping it will get better and support businesses in small neighborhoods. I didnt want to write this comment on here but the attitudes in there and the no courtesy in there pushed me to it and this must be heard !KNOW HOW TO TREAT ALL NATIONALITIES EVENLY AND NOT JUST YOUR OWN KINDS ! YOU JUST LOST A HUGE ORDER FOR A KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY. I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN.You guys may say who cares but the truth is one day, just one day you will see how if you stayed true with great customer service, more money will be made. This comment is not to disrupt anyone or get anyone fired but the girls in there needs to be trained much better. Additionally, the comments I see here that are great are from people from your country or who are pale skin toned as yourselves. Know where you guys stand in life because if a customer comes in - no matter what race, color, clothes theyre wearing, etc you should treat them the very same. I hope management takes time to maybe rewind the cameras today and makes some sense to what happened. I know you guys have potential to customer service better. If I didnt believe that, I wouldnt be coming often at all but today Ive had it.If this was your mother, family speaking who had this experience at a bakery, all of you would say Ewww or Oh no ! dont go back NONE OF YOU WOULD LIKE IT SO take into consideration of each customers walking into your business.That is all I have to say !
