I worked with Sound View Window & Door in 2017 with a complex order - I had a window that needed replacing (seals had failed) and a large floor-to-ceiling mirror that was broken by a contractor working in my house. They measured and replaced both *and* handled billing my contractor for the broken mirror separately from my own billing. The workmanship was excellent and communication / scheduling was top notch. One reason it was a complex order is that the floor to ceiling mirror (8 ft by 4 ft) had supplier issues and they sent back a couple cuts due to workmanship problems. They could have shown up with a bad mirror but chose to do it right. I was really impressed with the whole experience but didnt leave a review then. I worked with Carolyn Brooks and Dan McLaughlin and it was smooth sailing.Fast forward to 2021. There was a defect in some of the sealant they had used which caused some discoloring on the mirror installation. Sound View stands behind their work with a 10 year warranty. I called them up, and Dan McLaughlin coordinated and scheduled all the work to remedy the defect. They sent a tech out and provided a fix that didnt require ripping out the installed mirror and fixed the installation issue. Im super happy with the way it looks!Im super happy with the work and would recommend Sound View to anyone. Couldnt be happier - good companies like this are hard to find.

When you call they tell you they moved out of Everett 3 years ago and that it’s impossible to change an address on the internet. They are now at 2626 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119

I called about ordering a custom piece of glass, I got useful info in a very polite manner. The lead time was a week and they told me that i could go to home depot if i was in a hurry...That sort straight shooter honestly is becoming increasingly rare.Ill definitely be talking to them for my glass needs.

From my first contact until the final installation, Sound View Glass was wonderful. They kept me up to date on every step of the process (I hate it when a company doesnt do that), and even called me to tell me that the installer was running a bit late. I highly recommend Sound View Glass.

Sound View saved me from making a costly mistake when needed it most. Called around to several other companies and mostly got the brush off because they were too busy with other customers. The guy at SV walked me through the process to make sure I had my measurements 100% correct (which I didnt the first time) and that I got what I needed as soon as possible. I ended up saving a lot of money and frustration because of them. Im only giving them four stars because the order forms were needlessly complex, and confusing, and took longer to complete than it shouldve in the digital age. Otherwise, I was very happy with their customer service and will use them again for future projects.
