Graybar is a horrible store altogether. The attitudes of everyone inside the store....they just dont care. They dont know what the products are that they sell its just all around the worst experience ever. I think graybar might be the worst product supply store in the entire Washington region. Horrible customer service. Ive been waiting for days to get a product to come in that they were bringing in for me. It shows up and they ordered the wrong products. nobody anywhere in the company seems to know what the hell theyre doing If you need products and you need professional service stay away from graybar
