Terrible customer service. Ended up cancelling my order and calling the next closest fastenal who had me sorted out within 30 mins

I love Fastenal, but this location just turnwd me off.Stopped by for some machine screws, didn’t know the size and just wanted to shop. The employee said “we won’t have what you need, and you have to spend $25 to shop here”. My company just spent about $4000 last month at a different location. I’ve been to 100 fastenals across this great country and never met with negativity and never had to have a minimum order for shopping in-store. So note that I give fastenal 5 stars for everywhere but this location. Personally, I have many employees and not one of them would ever be allowed to say “not possible” or “we can’t help you”. If we don’t have what you need we will suggest other avenues. Bad job today, fastenal employee. Everett, MA fastenal can suck it. I’m sure there are good employees at this store, but not the one I met.

Very bad service I placed an order and I talk with brandon and he hung up twice the phone,,He did not say when would be ready my order and sent me to talk to someone else and he hung up the phone again,
