My boat burst an oil cooling line. That hose was no longer available to order. The guy at the marina that was trying to help me told me to go to North sound. I walked in they took my broken hose, reused the fittings and handed me a brand new hose in about twenty minutes. It worked perfect. Boat is fixed. Thank you North Sound!!!! Nice dealing with people that are professional and know what theyre doing.

The front desk was super helpful. I was offered multiple choices of quality and specifications needed for my custom hydraulic hose. I had an account made here which was hassle-free and quick. These guys were great. To me they went above and beyond to find the approved kind of fuel line I needed. My choices were limited and not a commonly stocked item but they found it and will have it assembled in two days. Thank you for some great customer service. Fair price, quick turn around and good people.*** Second purchase ***Extremely disappointing. Requested an estimate due to hose not in stock at 930 in the morning. He wrote my info down and what I needed and said hed call. Went back at 130. He tells me (No and I havent forgot you, I have your info on my desk) after asking if he found out anything. Told him I need to know asap cause I already know it takes two days to get the material hence arriving and requesting info first thing in the morning. No phone call received from them by days end.Driving south is not what I wanted to do for a simple fuel line but this individual lost a customer and gained a bad review for their company.

These guys are awesome! Especially if you need custom lines made for your vehicle!I went to basically every hose and hydraulic shop in Everett trying to get the flexible fuel line coming off the filter of my Toyota 4runner extended by 18 for my engine swap. Seems like every shop wont touch metric line, nor fuel lines, let alone a combination of the two.The guys here were able to do it no problem, and for a ridiculously cheap price too. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to get it done pretty quickly as well. They took the fittings off my existing line, cleaned and polished them so they looked like-new, and attached them to a new line at the length I wanted.I will definitely be coming back for anything line related, or for some of the different accessories they carry.Ive already recommended them to as many of my friends that I know who would need lines made for their vehicles as well.

Brought hose in to have one made 2inchs longer.Easy right.Wrong.He made the hose but it was shorter than one i brought in.I ask 2 inch longer.He was really asking me to purchase.I ask him to make one longer it was like pulling teeth.Will not go back.
