Ive been going to Swagga for over 9 years and Ive always received amazing treatment, all staff are very friendly, always guaranteed a laugh, would highly recommend Swagga to anyone

To be honest my nails were awful but I wanted a break from gel/ SNS so had a french manicure on short bitten nails. Somehow lovely Carmen ( think that’s her name she’s the owner) made my nails look amazing. I also had all my cuticles pushed back and the hard skin around my nails trimmed. Such a great service ..a fabulous chat...and my nails are 10/10. Definitely will be returning such a spotlessly clean salon & all the staff were friendly aswell Sue Mason

Depends who you are with, some take more care than others. Eden is ya gal though, and theres always a fun, comfy atmosphere with the staff and other clients. I would recommend

Absolutely amazing!! I have had some bad experiences when getting nails done, this place is the best by far, i now wont go anywhere else. Friendly staff that make you feel welcome and at home. If you want quality, go see the girls at Swagga & Style, you will not be disappointed

Had one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had at this place but they did sort it out for me when I went back and the sun beds are good

Had my nails done twice with different employees. Awful environment, they hurry so much. Not very clean and the should consider hygiene practices when they use their tools.

Had a full set of acrylics done here by Erica, they were done really badly and my cuticles were cut and bleeding on 3 fingers (still have the cuts 5 days later!), complained and the manager decided to argue with me refusing to do anything after being told to travel there from Strood to get them rectified. Eventually had them redone after being shouted at and made to feel very awkward and then ignored by the manager while sat in the chair getting them redone. The nails unfortunately were still really badly done. Felt far too awkward to complain after being confronted by the manager. Realised how bad they were and got advice from 3 other salons who all said how badly my nails had been done. Had to get my nails sorted elsewhere so now have spent £51 all together on one set of nails because of this salons mistakes. Phoned to explain this and the other manager Carmen also became argumentative with me and refused to listen/help, insinuated I was just being difficult, refused any kind of refund and hung up on me. THREE other salons cant be wrong!!
