Denied my legal ID just because it was vertical. Made a preorder online and it said nowhere about no vertical IDs. Staff was very rude to me as if I should have known that they don’t accept them. The good news is BudHut is just down the road and accepts vertical ID and does multiple ID checks and scans so they’re not caught selling to minors like Jet Cannabis was.

I am a regular who lives in lake Stevens. A lot of options between there and here and yet the daily selection and sales exceeds anybody. The fact that you can continuously get up to 20% off on any day thats not the sale day. Up to 30% off on your concentrates twice a week! I’m giving 2 stars because it’s a dispensary so how bad could it be? As for the customer service it’s okay, nothing really special, they look kind of annoyed when customers walk in. Local roots, Bloom, and Kushmart are way better and who I go to now.Also I’ve compared prices from Jet online and other cannabis stores in the Everett area, and Jet always comes out to be the most expensive, (they have some of the same brands as other dispensaries and still charge more.) I like how Local Roots, Bloom, and Kushmart include the tax and everything so you don’t feel gipped at the end and they have 30% off days; a product could cost 100 and it would be 70. At Jet cannabis every time I have visited was on a discount day but by the time they add up the tax at the end your paying their regular prices. So if it’s 100, with 30% off, you still pay 100. Not really a discount. There’s better out there.

Not only is this the best place in town, but its a family run business which makes it even better! Only place Id ever go to for the good stuff. So make sure you go pay them a visit especially on Flower Friday!

Stopped here when I noticed it from the road. It was a great place and Im glad that I stopped because they had a nice staff that know what to recommend. Prices were good as well. If I lived closer I would go there all the time.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good selection of various THC products. Fair prices.Im sure it has to do with the laws. But it is mildly annoying to have to show ID upon entering and making purchase. Especially when the person carding you upon entry, is also the one checking you out.

I decided to try this place and get away from the big franchise pot stores. The employee had time to answer my questions, and helped me out to decide what I was going for which is relaxation and sleep. The prices are very reasonable. I am an 56 year old woman so my knowledge is not up there like the younger generation. This is my pot store.

Long time loyal customer. I will no longer visit this store because the supervisor there JUST flipped out on me for commenting that I was happy the dog wasnt in the store today (Allergic). apparently thats all it took for him to flip out on me and lose my business for good.

Great selection, knowledgeable about their product and now taking Card transactions. Prefer the small building and friendly crew opposed to the General store styles elsewhere.

Good product. I like how they have something for every price range. Only thing Id ask is if youre selling full gram joints of wax and weed for 10 than lower the price of full gram joints non infused to 6-8.

This place has great bud and better deals for it. The staff are pretty cool as well. Only giving it 4 stars because when I brought my girlfriend in, they denied her because she has a vertical ID. She turned 21 in April, her ID is up to date, and they still didnt accept it. I understand being careful, but thats a bit over the top.

Great prices for good weed. If youre on a budget - come here. They have some really great $10 grams. Even cheaper prices on Ozs and eighths.

The staff is coo but this place is way overpriced and the product is not good quality. They tried to charge me 200 for less than a quarter a couple prerolls and a cartridge and that was with a military discount that they only offer half of what other places give. No exchanges or anything here. I wont be back

I’ve only been here twice now (just moved to the area) and both times I have had great experiences! They have good prices plus their products are awesome! They have standard brands but some high quality in those brands for a good price! I think this will be my primary dispensary now :) Thank you all! Ur doing an awesome job! You can tell their budtenders are very knowledgeable, and as someone who used to budtend and has a lot of knowledge about cannabis, I really love this quality in a shop and in their employees! Best prices, and EXCELLENT budtenders. They have become friends, not just dispensary workers. Andrew, Oscar and Anthony are knowledgeable about the strains and the difference effects and nuances of each one, and remember our personal preferences. It feels more like going in to chat with buddies who have anxiety soothing remedies for us than making a retail transaction. PLUS, they are canine friendly and usually have treats for the doggos :)

There are 3 retail cannabis establishments on this block of Evergreen/ Hwy 99, and this is the lowest tier of them. They dont have the quality of Bloom, nor the quantity of Bud Hut. Instead, I was visited with an attendant who knew nothing about the products, in an environment that bespoke of the hustle. Like... you knew you were getting lesser quality, so, Y u mad?Overall, Id stay away. Even try the new Local Roots(?) place behind Taco Bell! You can fat quality and TACO BELL! 😂

At first I was super excited there medically endorsed but I bring my card into get my patient recognition card and they never gave me my actual card back I went in twice and asked for it no one has gotten back to me then I opened some oil they claimed to be one of the best they have and it doesnt even melt to dab worst oil I have seen bar none and now I have to go get a new car cuz they took mineso much help for epilepsy glade they dont care about medical patients go to Mary js way better quality and they wont jeep your card

Entire staff not up to date on current 2018 medical cannabis laws. I was screamed out by all staff and by someone who was only addressed as the big boss and refused to give me a name.I have purchased here previously.This staff is uneducated and very very rude. Dirt product for dirt prices.If I ever return it will be with an LCB officer to educate. This is a horrible dispensary for patients.If you want someone to take care of you as a patient go to Puget Sound Marijuana down the road.
