Catherine was great! Continued to answer my questions after I received my hot tub. My only complaint was delivery, and I know Olympic contracts out for this, so I didnt take away any stars, but I do wish they could find another company for delivery. That company didnt deliver on the date promised, and when they did deliver it, they left trash in my driveway. Otherwise, a great experience with Olympic.

Our experience with Olympic Hot Tub in Everett was fabulous! Catherine helped me choose just the right tub for our needs, (hot springs TX) . However when I heard the wait time I cried. I explained to Catherine that my husband had been in back pain for several weeks without relief from the usual treatments so I wanted to get this asap. Feeling very defeated I went home. Catherine called a short time later that very day telling me she had prayed for us and had found the very model I had decided on and only 1 year old that could be delivered within 2 weeks. She also put a word in with Jourdan to possibly expedite delivery, which she was able to do for us.After using morning and evening for 3 days my husband said that its the best he has felt in many weeks. The warmth and massage from the jets and the buoyancy of being in water have helped him immensely.Catherine continues to check in to make sure everything is going well with our tub. Our tub is wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic. Customer service is beyond exceptional.

I worked with Catherine Becker to select a spa that would work well in my backyard. She was great to work with - very knowledgeable and patient in helping me consider multiple models and color options. I highly suggest doing a wet test. Hot Springs has a lot of different models and price points to choose from.

We have had our Hot Springs spa for 25 years and it is still going strong. Everett store is great. Now the bad part. I ordered a new cover for the spa on 11/21/20 and paid for it at the time of order. I was told it would be 12 weeks. With the virus O said ok. I called service to see what the status of my order was. I was told another 12 weeks making it 24 weeks total. Unacceptable. So sales is great....service not so good.

Chris, at the Everett store, helped us get our Excursion Plug n Play. Everything went well with the delivery. The only hangup was that we had to have our electrician install an outlet to accomodate the electrical plug. After that was accomplished, all is good. I didnt enjoy the experience at Olympic. They are really stuck on their prices. I was just looking for something to make it worth buying and they wouldnt budge. We ended up buying elsewhere and that place threw in the steps and came down on the price a little. That was all I needed is someone demonstrating that they wanted our business.Olympic was working the quality and availability angle. But there were no guarantees even after you put money down. When I mentioned possibly getting steps thrown in at Olympic the gal from woodinville got an attitude and informed me shes not playing that game.In the end I heard loud and clear that Olympic is taking advantage of the supply and demand because of covid and arent budging on their prices. So I chose to vote with my dollars elsewhere. I got more in quality and bells and whistles for a better price than I would have there.

The support from the distribution center was readily available communication wise, the big boys delivery guys were terrific, we hooked up the electrical, easy lift, filled, salt system, and it ran flawlessly. Being new to home hot tubbing, we were in for a bit of a learning curve on the process of installing and maintaining our own spa. Fortunately, the folks at Olympic Hot Tub understand this and, for the most part, made transition from empty patio to comfy hot soak at home a painless process.My only complaint is that there were some minor communication gaps between sales, post sales, delivery and setup and “hot tub delivery” is just that. There is no technical assistance even in plugging it in or filling the tub from the delivery crew. Also, the YouTube videos are helpful but don’t always map directly to the tub you are purchasing. E.g the control panel and the hose filter are somewhat different that I received.A hot tub requires some initial setup and a lesson in high school chemistry to keep it running clean and smooth. Fortunately, Christopher’s “valet” setup service, scheduled for a few days after delivery, eased us into this and raised our confidence from hot tub newbies to full pond frog level.I recommend working with Olympic Hot Tubs but be specific about your expectations and clear on your installation requirements from the start.

Ive just purchased my 4th consecutive Hot Springs Spa, the second from Olympic Hot Tub. The previous spa, a Jetsetter, lasted 8 years. It started leaking just before the 5 year warranty expired. Repair service was quite responsive. It helps to be patient, because they serve Whidbey Island only on Tuesdays. Catherine in sales provided attentive and even proactive service; the acquisition process for the replacement spa was painless. After promising me January delivery for the new spa, she called back a few weeks later to tell me she had identified a unit they could deliver in late October. She also arranged for the old spa to be removed ahead of time so that I could make some repairs to the floor. I dont expect cut-rate products from Olympic, but neither have I gotten cut-rate service.

We absolutely love our new Flair Hotspring Hot Tub! We worked with Catherine and she was so nice and knowledgeable about all the tubs. We saw her first and then looked at other establishments that sold hot tubs and there was no one that even came close to how we were treated by Catherine. Love our new spa from Olympic! We went all out and got the Vanguard spa. What a wonderful experience. The jets are strong and soothing. We could not be happier. We had an issue with part of the outside of the spa having a chip in it from shipping and they are resolving that with no problem. Thank you!When a minor leak happened after installation, Patty sent Reg over the next day. What a joy to have top-level service staff to take care of customers. Hot tub is fixed. He went above and beyond the leak and tweaked the access cover as well. He also was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the sauna lights and is ordering new electronic ballasts to correct the problem.Olympic should be proud of Patty and Reg as well as all of the delivery people sent. Theyre a credit to Olympic and Ive already had an opportunity to sell Olympic to a friend!Overall, a great experience and one more lesson that you get what you pay for.

I would definitely recommend Olympic Hot tub. Catherine was our sales person, but J.T. was always helpful whenever I called and Catherine wasnt there or was busy. Not sure about the Hot Springs Beam though. It was installed on 9/28/19, electrically hooked up and water added on 9/29/19, and on 10/12/19 stopped working with a protection mode fault. We had to wait almost 1 week for someone to come out and take a look at it. Turns out 2 thermostats had to be replaced!! Two thermostats go out within 2 weeks of turning it on?? Hopefully this isnt a lemon and we have no more issues, but Im a little concerned. My husband used it about 2-3 times for each of the 2 weeks it worked and checked the levels for everything and they have always been good, so not sure what the problem was except defective equipment.

Bought my hot tub from them years ago. Use there chemicals. Service it myself. Easy to do. They showed me how. Tub still working after all these years, thanks to them.

The whole experience of buying my hot tub was great!Jon is so sweet and knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way!The delivery was great as well the guys were so nice and efficient and answered every question we had.I often have back pain from work...soaking in my tub every night has helped with my back pain tremendously! Gentlemen working when I came by to pickup some chemicals was great! He took the time to explain the steps involved in cleaning and treating my new hot tub. He even took the time to call me later in the afternoon as he was the only one working and the store got too busy.

JT was awesome. Loved him the second we walked in the door. Treated us fairly and never pressured us. He let the quality of his product speak for itself. We got a quote on a Jetsetter LX. Went and got another quote from Jacuzzi, and the experience wasnt even similar.We certainly feel like we got the best bang for our buck through Olympic and would recommend them to anyone looking for a tub. Wouldnt even waste your time looking elsewhere. We love our Jetsetter and use it almost every night. Thanks JT!!!!

I love my HOT SPRING SPA. Its truely my backyard doctor, my quiet R&R, quality family time, and social hour with friends. Its always 103 and crystal clear when I want to get in. The serivce from Olympic Hot Tub has been exactly what I was promised; expert and efficient .

I was in to look at hot tubs at the Everett store recently. I spoke with John (or Jon).He asked if we had looked at other brands. I told him we had shopped a nearby competitor to see what they sold.When is it OK for a salesperson to bad mouth his competition? Talking badly about the company, their hot tubs and their sales people.What made it even worse was that most of what he said- was untrue!One of the most unprofessional sales pitches I have ever experienced.Do yourself a favor- dont bother going to Olympic Hot Tub Company in Everett.

Sales: We visited the Everett store and met Jon (hot tub Jon), hes been working for Olympic for a super long time and is so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of every model, we were just blown away. Never once did he need to refer back to the marketing literature or other, he knows it all by heart and that to us is an example of his deep passion for tubs. He is also extremely customer obsessed and helped us navigate (site prep) and kept us very informed throughout the entire process - sales to fulfillment. Its very rare to have someone in sales care about the customer as Jon does once the deal is closed. Most stores will simply toss you over to another team and avoid helping post sale, not Jon. Jon is a team player through and through and if it wasnt for him, we might not have bought from Olympic at all, we were that impressed with him. Install / Delivery: We waited about 2 months for install which is what we requested as we need to install power out to our Gazebo. Our appt. for the electrician to finalize the tub wiring was to happen three days later. The challenge came down to the sub-panel that we did not receive at install, instead it was mailed out to us however, the sub-panel was mailed a tiny bit late and so we wouldnt actually receive this panel until after the electrician appt. - Yikes! It takes forever to get an electrician out to our place and so we were in quite a bind. Well, like John, I met Drew in fulfillment and explained our dilemma and Drew said, no worries, well hand deliver the sub-panel out to you in time for you electrical appt. He spoke with Kyle to deliver and within a day we received the panel on-time for our electric appt., just like that! Another great example of customer obsession that we thought was isolated to just Jon but no, its the ENTIRE Olympic Hot Tub team! These folks are the best, and they do it with a smile and actually seem to enjoy helping out to ensure we are happy - Well done team :) Were now committed to Olympic HT for all our hot tub needs and thank everyone being so damn great, its very refreshing to experience this level of team work, passion, and customer obsession.
