I recently moved, and this location is closer to where I live now. Ive been shopping at Sallys Beauty Supply for years, and Ive never been treated the way I was here. Ive been at this store 3 times, and each time I was watched like I was some sort of criminal. The last time I was there, an employee stood a few feet away from me, pretending to stock a shelf. When I turned around, she quickly turned.I understand the store would be concerned with loss prevention, but I didnt feel comfortable shopping. I all of the times that I shopped at other Sallys locations, I never had an experience like this.Maybe they should invest in some security cameras. I will never go back there again.

Nice place to shop for a variety of beauty supplies. This is the place for professionals as well as non-professionals.

My trip was quick and easy. The lady who was working was really helpful. She answered my questions and got up off the floor where she was busily working. I do understand thats her job but there wasnt any complaining and she smiled often. She made an impression.

Hard too get on the website and order I tried had to go to Amazon and it let me order just what I wanted Sorry Sally Beauty @🤔

Had an ok experience. I noticed that their prices were higher than another Beauty Supply store close by. But the store was smaller but cleaner and appeared to be presented in a more professional way. The young lady who waited on me greeted me when I came in. She was also attentive and cordial. Plenty of parking.

The customer service at this location sucks, I went in to get a couple of items because i didnt want to go to the big box store and wait in line, I enter and the store was empty i was not greeted at all and I had to find someone to assist me, the girl who worked there just directed me to where the item was, I go to the cashier to check out no one is there I had to stand there for another 3 minutes before one of the girls told another girl to check me out, i was asked if a had a sally card I respond no and she gave me the total I was never given the information on how to obtain one. For service like that I will go to the big box stores if you ask me those two girls who work there are getting a free pay check I guess thats why the store was empty.

What I came for was out of stock and the clerk was supposed to order it and call me the next day and she hasnt

I go to this location if I dont want to travel so far. First time I went, the lady that was stocking was very rude when I asked if they had an item in stock. She makes the other girls look bad when she is the only one with the attitude. Last time I went it was a very pleasant visit. Everyone was professional and assisted me very good. The Hispanic stocking lady is the problem in that store.

Very disappointed that I called the telephone number listed on the Internet and a young lady answered and never said Sallys. When I asked if this was. Sallys she hung up. I called back 5 times someone picked up nevered said a word and hung up. If the number listed on google is incorrect please change. I will change my rating at that time. I have been a customer for over 10 years.

Sallys overall always has pretty good deals however at this location they tend to make it out as brain surgery I dont like when they are out of their free tote incentives they dont try to accommodate.

Love the staff, cozy environment they have everything I need for hair care.

Not a lot of natural hair care products and the ones that are sold there are over priced. Customer service need improvement.

Sallys has been my goto beauty supply store for well over 10 yrs. Sometimes the employees arent well informed on products, which isnt helpful. Otherwise, Ill always be a customer.
