Oh boy, one of my favorite stores, what more can I say, Walmart should have their employees walk a customer to the section of the department store the customer may inquire about instead of just telling the customer and pointing... That would constitute Excellent Customer Service, instead of leaving the customer to fend for themselves. The last time that happened to me I left the store and the cart with everything in it because I didnt feel like a valued customer, so I went elsewhere.

Ordered a 50” TV just to open it and find it in this condition. Took it to the store & they were barely helpful and rude. They showed no compassion or focus on fixing the situation and leaving me a satisfied customer. Couldn’t even exchange immediately, had to wait on money to come back into my account. Also, I was not the only customer to return a broken tv at the time. There was at least 3 or 4 others

The staff keeps the lines moving quickly. Friendly staff. Young staff can be hit or miss, but these kids are a hit. Good job HR dept.

Theres an extraordinary young man here named Justin. Tall, darker complexion guy, worked in delivery pickup. Justins costumer service IS EXCELLENT!!! All he did was provide my order to me. But he was so very professional and polite, and he worked quickly! As remarkable as Justin is, I wonder how in the world isnt he a manager!🤔

100%better than the location on 83rd Steward. Employees helpfull not talking to each other.

This location is better than most Walmart. I first went to the Walmart on Stewart in Chicago. I wanted to buy a pair of weight lifting gloves and belt. None were present. Afterwards. I went to another Walmart on 95th street in Chicago. The set up was a little different then the one I regularly shopped at. I needed help! I saw several workers in the halls as I worked by. As I approached one guy he ignored me. The second guy sent me in the wrong direction. The third guy stopped what he was doing and excoriated me to the right section . He was a nice person to have helped me. The store only had one of each left. I felt very good and lucky. Planet Fitness is located near by. I dont understand why the store doesnt order enough work out gloves, ect. and keep reorder them.

Walmart this Walmart not surprised of the service thats received there are some good workers as well as some uneffective workers however this Walmart is always crowded and I believe if they had a more systematic system working in their favor the transaction line and services would run smoothly strong management team and a little bit of coaching

I love the self check out. Their always some one around to help you also they will show you how to use the machine if necessary.

Alot of isles blocked with sales racks. Seems like they are trying to push merchandise. It becomes frustrating when you cant get to the isle & items, because the isle is blocked with a skid of merchandise in the middle of the isle. Which just persuades me not to come here again.Self check out was half empty, plenty of self scanners but the girls were too busy conversing to place anyone at a register. It took a customer to go ask them if they can use the register for them to do their job. By that time the line was over 10 people.

You go there to buy few things but when you check out is like you bought the whole things lol very good deals

I like this Walmart they are busy....lots of people come here....it may be best to come early or a hour or two before closing. I like their new self check out its pretty cool and the associates keep it moving....Most of their staff is very kind when you can find them.

First time inside to shop and didnt realize you had to check yourself out. Not too bad of an idea but wasnt prepared. Store is quite huge for my taste.

This store offers a vast selection of items such as electronics, sports gear, toys, shoes, groceries, medical and pharmacy needs, clothing and more.... Whatever you need, you can most likely find it here... I came in for food items and was pleased to find fresh colorful produce and everything I needed for my seafood boil... I just dont care for the new self checkout system... I miss the friendly cashier experience...

This store is absolutely being mismanaged. I hope corporate catches this place before it is too far gone.

Poor customer service 😢 Rude young employees standing around watching their customers ring up when the company couldve left them to do that. It was also a terrible experience because they had 1 person working the Guest Service Desk and 12 ppl in the line! The lipstick by Cover Girl or Maybelline havent been restored in 1 month and lastly no Airborne chewable tablets in 9 days...pitiful.

I love Walmart, it is my favorite store to shop at because it sells everything you need. The employees are friendly for the most part and its always busy because people can come and find what ever they need. Yeah sometimes they might not have what you want thats because they run out of the product youre looking for due to the very busy business they have. All in all its a great store to shop in. It use to be awesome here we go cant eat the food like you use too. Other family members or friends come in and its not the same.

I have cater to this store many time in my journey to the south side on personal business for several years. The store is diverse, making my family and I feel nervous the first time being there, because my family come from a different background. The customers and employees made me feel welcome, making my family and I a repeat customer.This Walmart is like any other Walmart, except there is no cashier as of 2021, just self checkout. This threw my wife in a pickle and an employee came up quickly to assist with my wife in this new technology. I guessed Walmart is either short of staff or making people do the work by being a temporary cashier and bagger.

What do the workers do here other than talk to one another. There were ywo employees who helped me...one I knew personally so she was attentive and the other I believe it was because I forced her. When she tried to get the yoing man to help, he wouldnt talk directly to me and only answered her. I needed assistance with buying gift cards and everyone seemed confused on how to do this...especially since self check was my only option to checkout with my other items. I was sent to financial service, where the young man looked extremely bored and looked as if I was disturbing him and wasting his time. I keep asking myself why do I continue putting myself through this. Produce was great at this location though. I will just head iver to Meijer next time.

Ghetto .Does walmart know people actually dont have to stop for them at the door to have their recipts checked. Asked a employee what happens of someone doesnt stop he said we call security 😒. You need to have a sign or policy that says ppl must stop. They dont do this in the suburb walmarts smh. Id rather not shop if I got to be stopped when Im leaving and have things to do. Ill shop at Costco for that.

The Walmart Supercenter is very nice and clean. The Walmart Supercenter is remodel and very well lighted.

I start work at 730am. So for the past few weeks Ive been stopping at the Walmart on 95th and Western for lunch items around 610 am. However when you get there, the doors are never open on average someone comes around 630ish am. if youre lucky. Then if you ask why the doors arent open they give you attitude. Its ok Im sure Walmart will survive without my pennies. I will never stop at this Walmart again!

Horrible experience beware, bought an item for 13 bucks get to the car to open the product and its an empty box go inside to customer service explain to the worker at the counter and she informed me she needs to get a Team lead completely understandable, Team Lead HOLLY comes looks at the box and receipt and looks at me and says you have to contact the manufacturer, what a joke way to pass the responsibility, completely lack of customer service, this Manger doesnt care about you or me, just there for that check

So many people are supposedly hired to work at these various Walmart locations. However you can truly never and I do mean never, find anyone to help you with anything or find anyone that knows exactly where to locate what you want. I will never understand that. I hope Walmart gets better organized. Depending on my need I rather order online and wait for it.

They cleaned it up nicely but the customer service is stick bad and they lie so much. We came in for a AUX cord, simple right. They told my fiance that they dont have any and at the same time I found them on the next aisle. Get better employees.

This is really a SUPER center. This Walmart has a lot more items than other Walmart stores Ive shopped. I like the self checkout and the Walmart pay app; makes it so easy to scan and check out without having to pull out cash or credit cards. If not for the crowds, Id give this place 5 stars for the huge variety of every item you need. I like that they also have the notions department as well; a little section of crafts and sewing supplies.

Was in the store about 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, 8-7-21 around closing and they have self check out now and one of the workers told me to hurry up and check out, because I was holding up the Line and that was very rude because Im spending my money...they dont train people to use those checkout registers so I dont like the fact that youre gonna rush me while Im spending my money And that was so rude and they need to teach them better customer service

I went there looking for a vacuum. I checked online on their website and it said it was in stock.When I got there I searched the vacuum section thoroughly and did not see it. I asked someone one to check to see if they had it in the back. He said if its not on the shelf they dont have it. I showed him it says its in stock on their website.I then went up front to customer service and asked if they could please check in back for it. At least she did get someone to check but again they said they didnt have any. Why would it say on the website in stock but when you drive all the way there its not...??? Waste of my time!!

Updated as of April 27,2021- Review to 3 stars instead of 2 because the store has recently been updated and remodeled. I love the new self out checkout stations. Separate liquor station/checkouts and a snack zone station. Really nice improvement.This walmart is a hassle to find good and safe parking in a big parking lot. Too many cars going in and out. Not enough drivers stopping at stop sign or driving with common sense. I see shopping carts hitting park cars too. Its a madness.The store itself is equally unorganized and very proud of that. I would go early mornings and its a mess. A lot of things are in stock and a lot of things are out of stock. It’s a hit and miss. If I am in a rush I go here for convenience. I am in and out with a couple of things. I can never spent more than 20 minutes here because its crowded and people don’t have manners. They will push, crawl, and get into your personal space.I always use self checkout. The regular cashiers are rude and there is never enough cashiers. I honestly don’t come to a store to receive bad customer service so I like to avoid bad customer service by using self checkout.Always check prices and receipts because price tags are not consistent.

This store is dirty. Does anyone ever clean it? They never have fully stocked shelves. And why do they have certain items locked up? You dont see that in the white stores.

This place is out of control🙄 its like a freakin zoo. Almost got hit twice in parking lot because people cant drive, tons of bare shelves inside the store, people literally running around screaming and then all the registers are self checkout while employees stand around talking🙄

Never been to a Walmart so heavily staffed but no one actually working. So many employees just talking and sitting around. When you ask them where something is, you get nothing but crazy looks and attitude. The icing on the cake for me is how nothing is put where its supposed to be. Stuff all over the floors and hanging off shelves. Would like to say this was a surprise but honestly...it wasnt.

He hates going to Walmart, but he will go with me if I ask (so sweet).This location has actually improved. We visited this location in the afternoon and the items were still neatly organized. Some Walmarts around this time has merchandise that is picked through and unorganized. The customer service has also improved from the past year. The employees are very helpful. So far this year they have the best holiday decorations. The only negative is that its not as big as other Walmarts, so they dont have as much merchandise. Also, this location is often crowded.

I WAS SO MAD! I havent been here in a while and I hate the changes. First you have to park a half a block from the store because more than half of 3 rows are for curbside pickup, and they of course need handicap parking, so that takes the front third of several more rows ( no problem here). Then after walking a country mile to get in the door and do your shopping, you are required to self checkout because every single register is self checkout. WTH?!! I WILL NOT BE BACK. I dont remember applying for a job here, I wasnt trained to be a cashier here, and I would definitely remember if I was on the payroll, which I am not. Walmart this is really messed up, especially for the seniors.

Covid safe, a bit crowded. Many empty aisles. Went in self service checkout and there was about 5 employees standing there and finally one said all the green registers are available. Maybe if they were all grouped together or actually on a register it would have been a easier check out.
