The best service I have ever had. Always there to solve my problem either on the phone or at my home in a day or two, even though we live far from Hayat. If you need medical equipment this is the place to go. I would like to give a heads up to Christine who finds me the right tech to talk to and to colin who is always the right tech, gets the problem fixed and I always learn something in the process. Shout out to Collin super nice guy. Collin was able to order me my customized chair through a different provider even though Hayat retailers didn’t meet my specifications on the type of chair I was looking for. He was able to fit me to my likings. Awesome cool dude very polite !! Thanks buddy !!

My sleep doctor referred me to a new provider of CPAP and supplies. This provider, Hayat Home Medical Equipment was local, so I was thrilled….right up until I visited their facility.The initial appointment was professionally conducted with one exception. It took them a half hour to figure out what I owed for the appointment. After I was presented with a bill for the day, I happily paid for the services provided.What happened after is very disappointing.This initial appointment included a written commitment from Hayat to provide CPAP supplies as required by Blue Cross without any action from me. I was supposed to start receiving those supplies one month after my appointment. After three months of no supplies, I reached out to find out why the supplies were not coming.I emailed three times before hearing back from someone in billing, not customer service. Hayat told me there was a balance due from my initial appointment, which is now past due, therefore they would not ship the required supplies. I told them the initial appointment was paid in full at the time of services per their employees. They did not care and told me to pay or no supplies.This action from a health provider to put a patient in danger is reprehensible. I use my CPAP every night.I have since ended my relationship with Hayat and will not be going back.What a shame.

Colin is an excellent technician! Came out promptly to service the oxygen concentrator. He is very knowledgable and a pleasure to talk with. He has been to our house before and remembered us. I would definitely recommend Colin!

Hayat was recommended to me after I had tried another provider that was not very helpful. Lori was extremely helpful and I could not be happier. I surely recommend Hayat. The staff was friendly and answered all and any questions.

I went to their store 1/6/21 after calling several other stores looking for medical equipment. They had what I needed and was open to the public. Once there I recieved fast friendly service, Monique from customer service was extra helpful.

Kim Lakawitch 1st of all was very friendly very professional. She also was very knowledgeable. When giving instructions on how to use my machine she was slow and deliberate with good eye contact making sure I understood. SHe also made me comfortable to ask questions and even call back if there were any problems or questions. I dreaded the process but her confidence and kindness made it a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend her as your therapist.

I used to bring my father here when he needed to buy a nebulizer machine. Ive always been met by friendly, professional and helpful people here. But, recently I needed supplies for myself. I was greeted/helped by Aja and Monique. They were so friendly and helpful. I was having an issue with a piece of medical equipment/ having the right fit. Monique measured me to ensure that Id be able to have optimal therapy with my equipment. Aja took time to explain options to meet my medical needs. These ladies took the time to help me in such an amazingly friendly way. They made me feel so comfortable and well informed. I cant say enough positive things about my visits to Hayat Medical.

My overall experience was great. Staff was nice and friendly. Kim explained and showed me how to work the equipment. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful.

Great customer service from Monique. She help me with my husband’s overnight Oximetry. She explained how to use It very clear to me so I could do it myself for my husband William. They worked with his Insurance & they also accepted Care Credit too!

Kim was the Respiratory Therapist that talked to me about the CPAP I will be using. She took her time and explained everything to me. I really recommend this place to anyone. She is very good !

Stay away from this company AT ALL COST. If you are referred there, go ANYWHERE else. Their billing is shady, and everything about this company is extremely suspicious. They billed my insurance company $275 for an item that’s $19 on Amazon, for instance. I visited once back in October, and then, months later, got well over $1000 in bills. I have great insurance and had already met my deductible. They will take your insurance company for all they’re worth, then come after you. DO NOT GO HERE.

Hayat home medical it is truly a great place to do business with. Monique is a complete and utter sweetheart, always very helpful and curious. I highly recommend this place for all your CPAP/medical needs.

When I first walked in to purchase a wedge for my elderly mother I was warmly greeted by Aja and politely asked how she could help me. She and the staff that work there are very professional and knowledgeable. Aja immediately picked out just the item I needed, and I was on my way in minutes. This place is great.

First time here to get my C-Pap and sleep apnea supplies. I have never got this machine before I deal with Kim one of there respiratory therapist very nice and sweet very helpful. She took her time explain everything to me I really recommend this place to anyone

Ive always had a pleasant experience dealing with Hayat. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to be well stocked and always have the item I need.

I have been going to this location for several years and the service has been steadily been going downhill, trying to reach someone on the phone is terrible.Hayat must be hurting for MONEY $$. The company now requires you to pay up front for your supplies, even if you have Health Insurance. You must now pay a pro-rated estimate of your supplies up-front, and then wait for your insurance company to pay its share, then get billed again for the remainder of the bill.I assume its because people are being delinquent on their payments, but for those of us who pay are bills in cash and on time, its just more of a hassle.The billing department takes forever to answer, and customer service at the front counter needs a refresher course.

This place has what we needed and more and if it wasnt something that they had they ordered it right away. Very friendly staff(Monique) and helpful, thank you for your help.

They did an awesome job in getting me a CPAP machine. I was attended by Hamed Matana who was extremely professional and addressed all of my concerns. I had been with a different supply company and I was a little apprehensive to change. H. owever, after working with Hamed, I feel very confident with Hayat Home Medical Equipment. Went to Hayat, gave prescription and insurance information. Copies of all information given to receptionist. Waited one week and never received call. Called on 3/17/19 and was told the coordinator was not in and that I would get a call on Monday 3/18/19, didnt get a call. Called on Tuesday 3/19/19 and was told they found prescription but not the insurance information. I informed them that the receptionist put the prescription with the insurance information. Asked me to give insurance information over the phone and they would have to get approval. Just trying to get a cain. Chose to try another company. Would not recommend.R.C.

If zero stars were an option, thats what they get. I ordered a pair of compression socks 2 weeks ago and have not received them. They called the supplier, supposedly they have not heard back. I cant believe they called me to tell me that. Also, the woman there named Michelle is quite terrible and does not respond to messages. Bottom line take your money elsewhere or you will regret it

Super great staff was in and out with my order. Told them my name my item was waiting for me at the desk.

Heartless and incompetent! From day one, they messed everything up. They do not listen to patients, they do not care either. I even spoke to the manager who made all kinds of promises that they never kept. I waited throughout the holidays. I need a portable oxygen concentrator but the only one they have weighs 10 pounds! You carry a 10 lb sack of potatoes around and see if it makes you out of breath. Absolutely heartless company then called me one day, after weeks of ignoring me, to tell me my doctor had ordered the oxygen to be removed. News to me! Called the doc, and it was Hayat who sent over a form for my doctor to sign to cancel my oxygen. If these people are supposed to help you breathe, dont count on it. They will remove your oxygen if they decide they dont like you, or your name, or your face, or whatever. I have no idea why they would decide THEY could dictate to my doctor that my oxygen should be removed. Beware of this heartless, cold, and incompetent company. There are better ones out there.

Do not do your business here please. I have been billed for equipment that I have never received several times and I when I call to speak to someone about it Im always getting a voicemail and they never return my call.

I have nothing but good things to say about Hayat and their staff. My husband heard of them from a fellow participant in the Northwest Community Hospital Fitness Center program for IPF. He was impressed with the portable OxyGo the gentleman used. We contacted Hayat and they sent Joseph out with not only the OxyGo but a home concentrator as well. The first concentrator being a bit loud was replaced with a quieter one at out request. Awhile later we planned a trip to Maine. I contacted Hayat to determine what equipment I needed for the trip. Ryan, the manager, gave me several options to choose from. The one I chose worked out extremely well. Whenever I had a question, I could count on them to have the information I needed. When we needed a bubbler on the home concentrator, Joseph came out and attached it for us. If they were busy when I called, they always returned my call. Hayat went above and beyond for us.

Do not do business with this medical equipment place. Set an appointment with therapist to demonstrate equipment and the therapist never showed up. Also, Never received medical equipment purchased that my insurance paid for from this store. Stay away!

Terrible customer service and billing. Ive tolerated them for a while, but they just kept getting worse. I signed paperwork and spoke with an agent about getting CPAp Supplies monthly. That lasted three months and stopped. Ive been sent to collections by them after never receiving a bill. Not even a 30 day notice!! They dont return calls and are extremely hard to get a hold of.

Ive had nothing but good luck and pleasant service with Hyat. Some people will complain no matter how good their experience!! Ive ALWAYS received my supplies in a timely fashion and Hyat even calls me when it is time to replenish!

Im Done. wish they had a zero with a line through it. This place tells its truth. I have been without new supplies over six months. Not once did I cuss, or be rude I. i just voice my views on what is fact women of color is treated differently and i am going off of what i have dealt with as well what others have shared. i will be kind and not mention the womans name, just initial A, just went frantic as if i called her a racist, which i didnt. i was nearly expressing how i was feeling. no compassion there she was just quick to be offended by a expression, for i never once called her racist. Quoting her it is by discretion how supplies are mailed, ground or 2 day express. well minds was mailed the 19th of February when the call was on the morning of the 18th of February and my supplies will arrive Monday the 25th of February. yet they know the mask and tubing i have is no good. 31/2 hours sleep last night, 5 the night before. Im done, for i dont matter here. thanks Hayat Home Healthcare for the add stress. posting everywhere the truth.

Horrible place to do business with. I wish I wouldve read the reviews first and I wouldve known better. My mother order was placed by her Dr. office with them in the beginning of September. These incompetent people took way over a month to get the clinicals from her dr. office just to fill her order. Then on 10-24-18, I receive a call to pick up my mother walker, which they totally messed that order up. My mother wanted the walker w/4 wheels, seat and brakes and didnt receive that one. She received the older one and was told it would be an additional $50 upgrade charge for the one she wanted! Like SERIOUSLY!! After shes been waiting for over a month. Plus, I saw the same one she wanted at the Menards for only $65 total!! Smh, I will be buying my mother the one she really wants. PLEASE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! JUST TERRIBLE!!!

I have never dealt with such utterly incompetent people in my life. After I bought the CPAP from them, they were supposed to send me replacement parts for CPAP regularly. Not once did they send me anything. Not once! So I actually called them up and complained and they said they would send the replacement parts. I waited two weeks only to find out the most essential part was missing. They are in the wrong business to be so grossly incompetent since people depend on these medical devices for their lives. I am considering filing a lawsuit against these stupid people for not fulfilling their contract requirements. I will also be reporting them to the BBB and FTC. I will also call every single doctor that uses their equipment. They really messed with the wrong person.
