Alisha has to be the rudest person I have encountered in a few years. Had to wait a day before making review so I was not so angry. Darrel Cunningham is the owner and I called him and left messages at 3 of the stores he Owns but he never called back. No worries I get around alot and several times a day I am asked where would I go for this or that. I guarantee Napa in Excelsior Springs will never get my business or my recommendation again. And I will actively try to convince others not to go there either.

Went to go buy parts on Saturday online says open from 730 am to 7 pm got to part store at 5pm and found closed door saying 4 pm closed need to update times online

First time visit didnt have what I was looking for.
